We've stayed at this Residence Inn before and will again. It's convenient to the various freeways we need to use as well as being very quiet. I'm sure we'll stay here again in the future.
Only one complaint...after returning after being gone all day, I could smell cigarette smoke. It was weird because I only smelled it in our room. I turned on the AC and fan and the smell disappeared.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at in the area. I loved having my “own” room and not going through lobby or long hallways. Very spacious accommodations.

The only things I would request changing are the drapes. The curtains are too sheer and become almost transparent after sundown and into the evening. If it is dark outside and you have any room light on, then your entire environment becomes clearly visible to the outside.

i loved everything about the stay, the only thing i was iffy about was the staff it was only the person who did the check-in which was a gentleman with long hair he kind of made me feel awkward while I was checking in and checking out didn’t feel welcoming. It just felt kind of there in a way wasn’t too engaging wasn’t very talkative. He was just dry had no affection or emotion. It just felt like he was just doing his job but everything else loved the room. The little condos vibes pool was amazing. Service was amazing. Breakfast was amazing as well. Everything was just perfect.

Located in a somewhat industrial area but short drive to restaurants freeway access etc. We stayed here during move-in weekend for Cal State Fullerton. They have a great complimentary breakfast and all of the staff were great. The room we were in was towards the back of the complex and you do hear some freeway noise but actually it was like white noise for us falling asleep.

The room had spotty internet and tv connections. The room also had holes in the wall lamps next to the bed. For how much I paid I expected a bit better quality.

Took a family vacation to Disneyland with our 3 adult daughters & our baby daughter. Family suite had 2 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Plenty of space of everyone & privacy. Room was clean & staff was helpful. Price was decent & we would definitely book here again

Not so bad...setting is like an apartment with full kitchen.
We tried to check in early like 2PM as we are attending a wedding at 4PM. we finally got our room at 3:30PM....so hectic. Needs update on bathroom fixtures. Shower curtain is too old and dirty.

Checkin was at 4, we had called in much before requesting an early checkin. They said it’s not available, that was understandable, when we reached at 5pm (checkin is 4pm) they said no rooms are ready, it’s going to take some more time. We had driven from vegas and it’s not right to wait to checkin at a later time.

Morning breakfast staff is very rude .5 min before 9am staff starts cleaning . My daughter asked for sausage patty she threw it on my daughters plate. 3 min after 9 am my son asked for more whipped cream she saysno more close. Seriously we understand its from 6am to 9am but at least let the people that was in before 9am finish their breakfast. Also swimming pool needs to be updated with chairs are ripped and the umbrellas are damaged and has a DIY . Bathrooms are dirty and inside needs to be updated. Area not so safe if you have a suspect speeding in the parking complex and a cop chasing him . Marriot makes lots of money to be in the condition it was. Will not be back

We had a good week at this hotel. Pros: good breakfast variety every day, comfortable beds, full kitchen for cooking, kids enjoyed afternoon hot chocolate bar, short cab ride to attractions. Cons: pool was unheated most of the week and dishes & cutlery in our room’s kitchen were sparse. But overall, happy with our choice.

We had originally booked pur stay for pur Disneyland vacation at Worldmark Anaheim. We were informed that our reservation was canceled four days before our trip. We had two other options given to us, both Resident Inn by Marriott hotels. We picked this location unfortunately. The room was so dirty with broken furniture and horrible beds. We will never stay here again. The room had food splatter all over the kitchen walls. My grandsons socks were completely black on the bottom. The dishwasher had dirty dishes still on it. We found clothing in the bedroom from the previous guest. The coach had food stains all over it. Just a horrible experience 💯
