THE PARTICULAR ROOM WE GOT NEEDS ATTENTION. NO COLD WATER OUT OF BATHROOM FAUCET, FOUR WAY PLUG DID NOT WORK BEHIND CHAIR AND TV KEPT LOSING SIGNAL. OVERALL ROOM IS NICE AND CLEAN. WE HAVE STAYED MANY TIMES HERE.

Hotel staff was great. First room we went to had a bad smell and staff promptly moved us to a new room within minutes. We didn’t even have to go back to the front desk, they sent someone over with new keys. They also brought us replacement batteries for the remote once we realized they were missing. Property itself is very clean and close to several eating establishments. It’s also right off the freeway, so very convenient for transportation purposes. Will stay here again!

We were told we would get a call when our room was ready but we never did.. Our room was in the back of the hotel there were no directions to lead you to the front lobby that was pretty far away. The place is like a maze. But the room was great!

My daughter and I came to town for her State Boards, spent a great night, used the hot tub, sat on the balcony, had a wonderful breakfast with Edith being an absolute gem! While my daughter took her exam I asked for a late checkout and received it, we ended up not needing it but was grateful for it! And as always the cookies were warm and delicious when we checked in.

The stay is sooo awful and I can not sleep for the whole night due to the noise. The toilet is auto-flushing every 3-5 mins and the room is next to the road and parking lot and the noise is soooo bothering and I believe nobody can fall asleep. I lived in the 746 room which is really noisy, and when the next room taking shower or flush the toilet, our room can hear it clearly clearly!

Lush garden and friendly staff a plus! Stayed on the 4th floor and when getting off the elevator we faced clouded windows with mold in the corners of them. The room itself has a bubble in the carpet near the tv. Could be a tripping hazard. Very clean and quiet though. It served it’s purpose.

The property has always been nice. I found the walk to my room from parking difficult due to ramps dow and up, along with twists to get to the elevator and to our room. It was a feat for this 77 year old with a walking disability
