TV in the room didn’t work and Wi-Fi was out most of the day. Otherwise room was nice. Staff friendly

This hotel is way too big and consequently under utilized. Lots of empty space and bars and cafes not open? 81 degrees and the poolside bar not open? I believe it caters more for the convention center rather than the family traveler.

Facility was super nice. Restaurant inexpensive and good. Very pleased as I didn't know Greesboro had a place like this. Will definitely stay here next time I come.

Good stay overall. It’s a big place with good quality amenities. Conveniently located off the interstate. A must if you are there for a conference.

The hotel shower is made for white people. We don’t wash our hair everyday so trying to shower and not get your hair wet was challenging. We had to call twice to get toilet fixed. There are NO MICROWAVES in the room. Customer service was very nice and professional but I will not stay again.

The Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons was a great stay! We loved our accomodations as it provided a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. Everything is at the hotel to include restaurants, coffee shop and space to have group gatherings. Joseph's restaurant was a great place to eat without having to drive outside of the hotel. My only suggestion is that the hotel consider gaining more luggage carts for people to load and
unload their luggage. For a hotel of this size, having a fleet of luggage carts would have been helpful. I understand there were only a few.

Hotel employees ignored questions I asked and problems I had. They kept telling me the manager would assist and when I spoke to the manager he had no record of any issues, and also did nothing to solve problems.

Asked one of the women at the front desk about restaurants in the area open late and she told me "to look it up." The man in the club lounge was amazing! Very nice and kind.

It was an amazing stay from the beginning when Michael saved me from having to load everything up to our room with multiple trips. He offered his service to help get all of our luggage upstairs. When the restaurant, cafe, and vending machines were out of regular soda, staff offered to go in the back and grab a drink for me out of the staff vending machine. Our last day we had an emergency situation and EMT was called and the staff were awesome with their help and prayers. Great place to stay. Very well recommend it, every time.

Always enjoy staying at this property! Comfy beds, nice pool and restaurant in the hotel, as well as a cafe! Parking is easy and convenient and the people that work here are very friendly and helpful, especially the doormen!

It was great. The bed felt like I was sleeping on air. It was amazing, absolutely loved the pillows! Everything was clean. Nice to meet loved the size of the t v in the room. When we left we just left the keys there. Parking was convenient because of the way they have. It wrapped around the building we were near C on the first floor

Club lounge was supposed to offer N/A drinks. None were offered, Ice machine was broken on our floor (26). Bed was extremely broken in and uncomfortable. Me and my fiancé both woke up with terrible back pain.

Could not connect to wifi, despite multiple trips to front desk to solve this.
"Guest Services" button on phone just resulted in a busy signal multiple times. Never did connect to guest services.
Ice machine on our floor was not working.
Soap dispenser in shower was empty.

My wife and I were in town for her Birthday/Billy Strings. The staff was friendly and accommodating and we really enjoyed out stay.

Beds were exceptional. I slept like a baby. Rooms and lobby very neat. My only complaint is that I t’s time to replace the carpet. They smell old.

I walked up the front desk young man help a person. The other guy acted like he did see when another person walked up he helps him not me . So I waited patiently. The house keeper way polite on seven floor I asked her was she going to clean my room she told me someone else will clean it.
