I had expectations of a fairly basic room, but it was extremely clean and comfortable with really nice bedding. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was better than expected for the price as well. I’d stay again!

Small room compared to our last stay.
Only window looks out to a very busy, 4 lane road. Bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, fridge worked, TV remote was very confusing. Had multiple movie channels on when I first turned it on. Changed channels for news and could never find the movie channels again.

Minimalist accommodations. Toilet too low & too small (child size). Attendat in breakfastcroom was excellent.

Everything was great. The only issue I had was the attitude of one lady working the day shift at the front desk. And that when we extended our room they were not very accommodating to keep us in the same room. I had to move all my stuff from one room to another. But otherwise it’s a great hotel. The lady in the breakfast area absolutely was amazing and made my mornings. The rooms were great and had a good amount of storage and space to put stuff. They were accommodating to my fur baby, who was happy there, and offer a little doggy area. Overall I’d stay there again.

It was very nice and quiet. Must have been newly remodeled because everything looked fresh. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was what usually comes w/ BW hotels. Even though it was near 2 busy streets, it was very quiet. Our bed was super comfortable.

The woman at the counter was super friendly and helpful. We had a pet friendly room which was very clean. Hardwood floor and spacious enough. Outside there is a little area with turf for the dog to use. Overall just a great stay.

Restaurant right across driveway and very good food
The staff in the breakfast area, so helpful & polite. And they make your waffles for you! A first and we’ve traveled 13 states
My only suggestion is if you’re a senior please request the first floor

It’s a nice clean room, however, I would not call this a hotel. I would call it. A motel typically motels have doors on the exterior of the building and you access it from your vehicle. A hotel on the other hand have doors that align in hallways.

Took around an hour to check in because of miss communication. Customer service this days wants to rush things when taking a few extra seconds to explain could have save a lot time and stress at checking in.

Very friendly front desk. We left items in the room and called, they went to room and got them and saved them for us. They were friendly throughout this as well. We would go back.

There were ants and when I let them know they told me they will just spray it and then about a hour or so there were ants again. They said "its California...."

For $240 a night, i would have hoped the room was a little bit more updated. It was literally an old roadside motel that had been remodeled, but the feel was still

Overall pretty good for the value. The room, bedding, and bathroom were great. The chair was well-loved. The air conditioner smelled pretty bad when we turned it on so we opened the window instead. It was noisy outside at first but quieted down when we went to sleep and remained quiet. Service was great at the front desk and they had a waffle machine at breakfast and pretty good variety of other foods

Great stay with family of 4. Great beds with pillows, acoustically sound room, loved the blackout curtains so you can sleep better. Kids loved the pool and the breakfast food options. Overall very happy with this stay and will do it again!
