Always easy check in and check out. Staff is always pleasant and breakfast is pretty good.

This property is not ADA compliant. I inquired about the lack of a pool lift-required since 2013-and was told 3 different stories and was told I could use the pool at A sister location. Just what the disabled need, more work!! I’d Expedia should not dl business with hotels that Are Non-compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act

The Monticello Best Western was ideally located near the raceway and Bethel Woods. The price was reasonable and the property was safe and clean

Clean place, great location and friendly staff

The place was decent enough with comfy beds, but after I woke with big swollen itchy bug bites on my thighs and backside, it kind of nullified anything else.

Basic hotel, nothing fancy. The pool was small and cold. Bathroom super small and sink outside of the bathroom. The hair dryer in our room didn’t work.

This hotel is dirty. There was a mice running around in our room when we were watching TV at night. Also, the breakfast area is very small. We will not stay there again.

The room itself was fine. The bed was comfy. Our window was directly in front of the sidewalk and drive up to the front door so we heard suitcases rattling on the sidewalk and didn’t feel comfortable opening our window blinds. The pool was cold. And the microwave smelled like fish. Maybe a different view with a clean microwave would have made the difference but there were just too many things.

Quiet and comfortable, I would stay here again.

Hotel is older, but is a good place to stay. Has good places to go nearby (within walking distance).

It was covenient but very expensive for what it was. Toilet didnt work properly didnt flush took 3 or 4 tries basically there is a vent issue. The bathroom sink didnt drain very well, Almost overflowed. So i feel ripped off may not go there again for the price

Great Hotel.

Our first trip to Bethel Woods, and our hotel was perfect. A quick ride over to the venue, and a friendly, accommodating staff made it a great experience. We will be back!

The room smelled, the fan in the bathroom was deafeningly loud, the toilet moved around when you were sitting on it, the pool was unuseable, and the breakfast room was boiling hot.

Walls too thin. Guests in next room were noisy and kept us awake.

My first impression was upon walking up and finding the reception desk so high that I could barely see over it or reach to sigh the papers. Also noted a very faint smell of very stale cigarette smoke which I hated. My room had the same faint odor, but thank goodness I could open sliding door to air it out enough to make it tolerable.

Sketchy clientele- at night- contractors lying in the parking area, while a separate guy tried and then left- because he couldn’t invite someone up later (prostitute ?) whole thing felt pretty unsafe. Won’t ever be returning there.

The hotel was very convenient

We stayed here for 3 days/2 nights to attend a concert at Bethel Woods. It’s about 15 minutes away, straight down Hwy 17B along part of the Woodstock Heritage Trail. We arrive about an hour and a half before check in, so we asked if early check in was available. We were able to! The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful, and put us on the same floor and section with concert goers. They also gave restaurant recommendations. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. Continental breakfast was included. The food was selection was very good (fruits, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage and bacon). Staff was very quickly to keep everything stocked and clean, and were very nice. There is a pool and sauna, but I can’t review them because we unfortunately forgot our swimwear. There were people swimming, though, and they seemed to be enjoying themselves. The only drawback was that there wasn’t 24 hour access to coffee hot water for tea, except the small coffee maker in the room. There is a diner around the corner with excellent food and friendly staff that will give you tips if you’re attending a concert at Bethel Woods for the first time. There is also an Italian restaurant right next door, Colossio’s. It was AMAZING!
