The TV dis not qork, had to cal maintenance. The unit on the room was cold, could not change to heat.

A friend and I went for a couple of days to tour the city. All was good with the hotel, check in was easy and everyone was very helpful. The only issues that I would say was that the heater in the room would not stay at a temp that we could count on, going up and down during the night and not being able to keep it at a constant 75 degrees. However, the room was very clean, bar was nice and we would certainly be wiling to stay there again.

This is a lovely spot right in the heart of Chattanooga. The service is terrific, and the people were so helpful after a long day of driving. The onsite restaurant and coffee shop are great amenities.

Everything here is an up charge. No coffee in the lobby, water in room is $3! Old tired hotel, not worth the price per night.

Walking distance, short walk to eat and drinks. Outdoor pool area is very nice.. workout area is also nice. Will be back in the area, and will stay here. Oh yea..don’t pass up the complimentary cookie.

We were charged for using the hotel parking lot, when, in fact, the hotel recommended we park overnight in an adjacent parking garage. The parking lot was substantially less expensive than the hotel parking lot. We checked with the hotel after the first night and learned that we were charged for using the hotel lot the first night. The hotel said they would remove that charge. The second night the hotel again charged us for using their lot when win fact again parked in the garage. That charge was to have been deducted, but as yet we do not have indication that charge was deleted. We are members of the hotel chain honor club, which generally means we get free breakfast. The breakfast server told us we would get the discount. We were charged the full rate for breakfast and we were denied any reduction in that cost. The overcharges were an unexpected cost that soured our respect for the hotel chain.

FILTHY!!! We stayed here twinge in 4 months. The first time, We checked into the room and the bedding smelled like sweat and body odor. There was hair on the sheets, as well. It was clear they just made up the bed and did not use clean linen. We requested a room change and that room had a moldy bathroom, but at least the bedding seemed clean. This stay, when we checked in we noticed the tub had hair and dirt in it. We saw the cleaning person in the hallway and asked her to clean the tub and give us more toilet paper . We came back hours later and there was additional toilet paper however, the hair in the bathtub and the dirt was still there. We immediately went down stairs and checked out. It is clear that cleanliness is not a priority here, so changing rooms was not desired. I will never stay here again, and do not recommend you waste your money. I am a Hilton honors member and am very disappointed in this property.

Hotel was decent. The only thing I did not like was that it was too expensive for the quality of the Hotel. 1. Has a little cafeteria and restaurant but the restaurant does not open for lunch. 2. Room was too small for the price per night. I paid 207 per night and taxes are high. Would not pay more that 150 at that hotel. 3. Walls seemed to be remodeled you can hear noise coming from other room. Hardly any Noise cancellation. 4. Parking convenient but very expensive 22 dollars a day.

Room had a smell. The elevator is super slow. The hot water and pressure was great, but the tub looked very warn out. The tv was impossible to turn on or change channels. Just not what I have come to expect when i stay at a Hilton Hotel. The pool and amenities were nice!

Room smelled like urine, bed frame falling apart, paint chipped on lights, wholes in wash cloth, not much light in room. Could not have bathroom door open if someone was coming threw the front door. Not enough room. Dinning in restaurants food took so long. Food over priced, poor quality no flavor. Room service was quick but food not cooked and part of order was forgotten. Will not stay there again

We had to change our room 2 times .The first room smell bad , I sprayed a half a can of Lysol and they spray the room and it still smelled. We knew to the second room. The shower had trouble draining, and it had mold on the inside of the shower. So we moved to the last room it was clean and after all of that, the only thing they took off IP was the parking. they know that they could’ve did better than that

Hello, Last night was incredibly uncomfortable! After 12hrs of nonstop for with a 7yo, i showered and got in bed @ 10p only to notice period blood stains on the linen. I removed that part and covered with my kid’s throw, which is incredibly small. I did not want to alarm her by having the front desk to strip the bed at that hour- So, i stopped by the front desk as we were leaving out this morning. I’d kindly like a refund beyond and apology for last nights stay. I’m sure renting rooms with blood stained linens is not the vision or mission of Hilton. My daughter and i left at 10a for a day at the water park. We returned at 5p to the same mess that was left. Yes, the bedding was changed. But, the rest of the room was left a mess. Is staff no longer cleaning the rooms?! I’d assume if there were blood stains on the linens that it’d make plenty sense to freshen be entire room. This has been a BAD experience. I’m looking forward to hearing from you and if this is beyond your scope, please guide me in escalating my request. Best, Chyna

We enjoyed our stay at the Double Tree. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our granddaughters especially loved the warm chocolate chip cookies we received at checkin! Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant on site, but we did not try it. They have a convenient coffee/ gift shop with a great selection of treats downstairs next to the pool and front desk that we used several times! 😁 It’s an easy walk to the Aquarium , IMAX and multiple eateries and ice cream shops.

Staff was welcoming and helpful! Location is in the heart of downtown making most everything you want to do within walking distance or a VERY short drive. Warm and delicious cookies given upon arrival were DELICIOUS!!! Would definitely stay here again.
