This a a great hotel for staging prior to a cruise out of Los Angeles. The area around the hotel is a little depressed and the restaurant outlook is not great. The hotel restaurant has pretty good food and the buffet breakfast is good.

The room was okay. The floors were very uneven, made walk in difficult for my husband. Restaurant, food was good, but wait was incredibly long for service, and there were very few people in the restaurant!

This hotel is excellent for cruise travel. We enjoyed being able to stay over in San Pedro and experience the local culture. The free trolley was a great addition..

Check in time they had only 1 receptionist and a consistent line of about 20 people due to cruise ship leaving the next day. After check in we went up to the room and when we decided to go out into town the elevators were broke. Tried speaking to house keeping but that proved difficult because of a language barrier which was ok. The lady called to the front desk and they told her to have us use the stairs for now. Went down the stairs and we couldnt get through any of the doors because yoh have to swipe a key card from that floor. Went to the other end of the building and tried those stairs and still everything was locked. Called desk they said theyd send someone to HELP US GET OUT OF TGE HOTEL. The emergency doors, nothing would open. They help did not come. Then we finally got out and i went to the front desk which was still busy and staffed by 3 people now. I asked to speak to the manager and the man said there isnt one available to speak to you and i ask him to have the manager call me once it slowed down, never got a call. The workers were laughing as we tried to ask them how to get out and made jokes like the elevators took a break. Was very frustrating and honestly the way it was handled and ignored i wouldnt sat here again.

Everything was great til we went to their little shop to buy something to eat! Almost everything they sell needs to be microwaved. There are no microwaves in the rooms. So we we to front desk, asked about a microwave, yes you can request them. So the gentleman got us one and went to hand it to my fiance' and he was shocked! We asked dont you deliver it to our room?! The man said no!! He made us carry this damn microwave up to the 6th floor! What hotel does this??? We paid a lot of money for 1 night at this cery nice hotel, to have to carry a freakin MICROWAVE ourselves?!?! That is just wrong! We didnt have time the next morning to ask for someone in charge cause we has to get on a cruise ship, but that was definitely wrong of that front desk man to have us do that!!!! Thats horrible hospitality and not caring at all about your guest!!

Hotel is a little old has some wear and tear but overall good. Restaurant was a little pricey and no meal comps considering the cost to stay there. Our room keys didn’t work the first time so had to go back down to the desk to rectify the issue. Ice machine only worked on the 10th floor. Very inconvenient

I’ve stayed at several Crowne Hotels. This hotel wasn’t the same. The chair in the room was shredding. There were linen carts in the hallway. The staff was exceptional. The area and environment was great. The quality of the room kind of set back my opinion on the room.

Hotel in good position for the criuse terminal, hotel ok in the public areas, but our room was very dated, furniture old and worn with rips in the soft furniture, chairs etc.. safe did not work and no cups in room.

My stay was calm and uneventful. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that I'd like to mention was the mini-fridge make a squeeling noise. Once i turned on my sound machine to sleep, I couldn't hear it anymore. But if I didn't have the sound machine, the noise would have probably kept me awake. Otherwise, great stay! Gorgeous view of the harbor and perfect location for restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again.

The lady receptionist when I arrived was amazing , remembered my name and the room I like and she gave it to me . Was fast professional and really made me feel good The room did not smell fresh but everything else was great. The reception when I got in was awesome she is the same lady who helped me the first time I went there over two years ago ,

Conveniently located in Downtown San Pedro. The area offers plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was very pleasant especially Jimmy at the bell desk. The room was large and comfortable. It had a mini fridge that was cold. The pool was nice and water warm, but they didn't have any pool towels. There is a bar and restaurant on site.

We stayed at this hotel for a 3 day music festival that was about 1.5 miles down the road. The hotel was one of the only decent hotels in the area. The staff was great, especially Jimmy/James that bellhop. The room was large and had a mini fridge. The water pressure in the sink was full blast, but pretty weak in the shower. The pool area was nice and the water was warm. I would stay here again.

The hotel was falling apart. The lights in the room did not work, the sink in the was broken. The fuse box was exposed. Plus I reserved a Queen bed and got 2 full beds, not very romantic.

Checkin was ridiculous. Arrived after 4.00pm, lined up for about 15 minutes for the first of only 2 desk clerks & then were told "rooms are ready but there have ben people waiting since 10.00am to check-in, we'll cal you in 10 to 15 minutes." We were called over 90 minutes later & then had to line up for another 20+ minutes to receive our room asignment & keys. No bellhops or lugage carys to be found. We were upgraded to a nice suite, which was appreciated, but whatever the problem was with the long delay was difficult to undestand.

We arrived early and the room wasn’t ready yet, so they stored our luggage and we went for a walk. They called us when the room was available and we came back to complete the check-in. I really liked that we didn’t need to sit in the lobby waiting. Check-in was very fast, efficient and friendly.

When we arrived no luggage carts were available, nor was there any attempt to locate one by the staff. We had to park and bring luggage to our room in 2 trips. According to your staff, one of the elevators had been out of commission for at least two days.. "not even sure if manager had reported the problem."

This is 3rd time staying here for the event "Conquer the Bridge Run/Walk. Our only complaint really is the elevator situation that has persisted all 3 years. At least one is not working, this year two. There are no stairs available to take below 3rd floor. 3rd floor stairs exit directly to the outside. There is no way to access up from 1st floor inside the building. We take the stairs whenever we can. This will mean we will find a new place to stay next year on Labor day as we will continue to attend event as long as we can.

The location was great but aside from that our experience was not a positive one. Our room was already opened when we first arrived leaving us feeling uneasy and staff waived it off like it was nothing, AC was broken making it extremely uncomfortable, staff just didn't answer, and after checkout an item was left behind and not turned in by staff.

In serious need of an update. Furniture was in rough condition. Buffet breakfast was the same buffet you get for free at other hotels but cost $22 per person here. Area was kinda rough. Could be worse. The positives were the bedding was clean, the lobby is nice and it does have a pool and hot tub.
