I really like it it’s great place to stay
3.7
Very nice room. Hotel centrally located for dining and shopping.
3.7
Great place for the money
3.7
Room is good size, beds are comfortable and bathroom is clean.
3.7
Would like paper litrerature with info on on-site restaurants, transportation info(e.g. monorail, bus), maps.
No soap dish- caused untidy sink counter area
Towels awful! Scratch, one had a hole.
Ivy worked well, housekeeping promptly provided additional towels/cups.

I have been going to Las Vegas for years.
From 1990 to 2004. I always enjoyed the experience getting many comps, seeing many shows and especially enjoying the great food with great prices.
It was culture shock when I visited Las Vegas The end of October 2024. First of all dining in restaurants was unbelievable. Imagine spending $80.00 a day for breakfast for 2 adults then dinner at least $125 to $200.00 then drinks are at least $20.00 person in Harrahs. Didn't take me long to realize I was being screwed out of any money I had come with to play with in the casino.
What the hell happened to the old Las Vegas Strip where seniors loved to go for the great food, gambling, hotel rooms etc Well friends that is definitely a thing of the past.
Anyone going there now be sure to bring a few thousand dollars because it is nothing like the old Vegas.
All these new casinos they care nothing about the customer and giving him something for the thousands he spends. Forget it they are definitely in it for making money and screw you the customer.
Harrahs does not even clean your room everyday, you must hunt up the housekeeping staff Everyday and tell them to clean your room. This when paying $200.00 a day for that room which does not even include a microwave or coffee for the coffee maker. YES, they do not give you these amenities because they want you spending money to buy and spend.
I could not believe how this city has changed also very few seniors. Stay Away.

There was no water on the second night to flush the toilet or take a shower. I’m requesting for a full refund. That’s so shameful because I have business guests.
3.7
Great property right in the center of the Strip. Room was great although the bed wasn't very comfortable.
3.7
Had to run the hot water for 10 minutes to get hot. No housekeeping 1 night had to call for towels
3.7
It was pretty good
3.7
Hot water was sketchy. Had to run it for 5-10 minutes to get hot water. Housekeeping didn’t show up on the last night.
3.7
We arrived without a reservation and went online to book a room. All I can say is I got so lucky!
3.7
Property and areas around were clean and easily accessible. Room was not so good. Very outdated. Hardly any electrical outlets. Shower was just awful and downright dangerous! Had to get in the shower to access the water control....therefore getting wet every time. Shower floor was slick. Shower no grab bar, no place to hang up your washcloth, not even one corner shelf to put your shampoo. The hotel and staff were good.
3.7
Room was great for price, staff was responsive and facility was nice. Super convenient location. Shower design lacking, sprayed water all over the floor.
3.7
The hotel resort fee is ridiculous. U cant use the pool coz it was cold then they charge $25 for parking for guest. They are thieves.
3.7
The room had some issues: no trash cans in bedroom or bathroom, both outlets next to both queen beds (USB and power) worn out, not usable. 1 other outlet in room no power. Lighting behind bed did not work. TV Volume did not work, turned up to 100 (max) was not sufficient to hear any programs.
3.7
Rooms were nice, but expected to have a coffee maker and a mini fridge. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Showers leak all over the floor due to the way they are built and only ever had barely warm water.
3.7
I paid for room with city view and I didn't got it
3.7
Room was noisy. Opposite side of elevators. Carpets needed cleaning or replacing. Plug outlets did not hold things in. Plugs fell out, phone didn't charge, watch didn't charge next to bed on nightstands. When showering, water sprays on marble floors. Slipping hazard. Bed and pillows were very comfortable! Couldn't reach front desk by phone on nightstand. Nothing complimentary. Blinking msg on phone continuous with same recorded msg. "Boy who cried wolf"!? Booked through Hotels.com but wouldn't accept the gift card for balance payment.
3.7
The Harrah's Casino was a last minute choice and it did not disappoint. The front desk personnel was friendly, the room was clean and updated.
3.7
Best hotel to stay in Las Vegas never disappointed with this hotel air
3.7
Check-in was terrible. Offered us a mobile check-in but we still needed to check-in at these kiosks when we arrived. Of the whole 5 kiosks they had, 3 weren’t working so the line was slower than the ridiculously long regular check-in line.
The rooms were okay. Nothing special. No fridge, no bathtub like the pictures.
The shower didn’t have a door and the water just splashed everywhere, which was strange since the water pressure was horrible. The shower head was so close to the wall so you had to hug the wall to shower.
If you sit to use the restroom, grab your toilet paper before you sit because the toilet paper roll is on the wall behind the toilet and it’s annoying to try to rip off the roll unless you’re super bendy.
Walls are very thin and you hear all of
Your neighbors’ business. Bring earplugs.
No coffee in room so your only option is one of the places downstairs with an incredible markup. Expect to pay $7 for a regular cup of Joe.

The best thing about staying at Harrah’s is that it has prime location on the strip, which has everything out their front door giving you many options from food to entertainment without having to Uber or walk a mile.
The downside is that the room is very basic and though the bed is comfortable, the rest of the sitting areas in the room aren’t. Plus the furniture was dirty and stained. The AC didn’t work good at all, which made my stay uncomfortable due to how hot and muggy the room was.
There are better options.
3.7
Customer service was not helpful and was rude. Many issues checking in and noone told me the same thing twice. Every person said something different. Was impossilbe to get a hold of the front desk via phone. Once I arrived, the front desk person was so rude. Hotel was dirty and smelled.
3.7
Was the most comfortable bed I slept on, not only that the view was wonderful.
3.7
Our room was in the Valley Tower 24th floor overlooking the Sphere and High Roller. Loved the view with the sunrise every morning! If it’s your first time in Vegas and you want to stay on the Strip I think Harrah’s is a decent place to stay. Bring lots of money..Vegas is expensive!
3.7
Room had a musty smell and the air conditioning system kept the air feeling very damp no matter what setting we tried. Outlets did not work, neoghbors extremely nosey and front desk was no help in assisting even at 1:30 am.
3.7
Huge hotel with lots to do and good restaurants. Rooms are very large (unnecessarily so) and the staff at reception weren’t great but it was a fine trip.
3.7
Only complaint is the shower didn’t have a door just a half glass nice but no. Also no microwave and fridge
3.7
Loved it. Clean and tidy. Great location. Hotel staff very helpful. Will return.
3.7
The check-in kiosks did not work and the auto parking attendant did not recognize our room key.
3.7
Clean.
No coffee or bottle water in the room.
Good 55 inches TV, Basic everything include the chair with no back support
3.7
Virtual check in. Ok if you don’t need personalized service. My room was spacious with an office/sitting room. Lots of options for in hotel dining. I just don’t like having to pay extra for parking.
3.7
Really like being right on the monorail and Carnival Court is always so much fun with great bartenders and amazing live music!

*Staff rude trying to check in/out. We are elderly and they pointed to self check in/out - electronics are not easy for us.
*Air condition not on when we arrived and it made room musty and uncomfortable
*Room smelled awful - odor constantly
*Lots of bird feathers in our beds, a few on floor, in sheets
when pointed out to staff, no apologizing to us or explaining where they came from, just stating that shouldn't be. Will it was and i took a baggie of feathers to front desk - lady shrugged shoulders and threw them away.
*Bathroom was awful - whoever designed the shower was off the mark on it. Soap dispenser leaked on to shower floor and made it slippery. The lack of door or curtain was awful bc water was all over bathroom floor. The lack of a door on bathroom can see through it. When getting up early or in the middle of night, there was no way not to wake other bc light was so bright. Need night light or door that wasn't made of glass
*Dirty carpets in room and hallways
*Need more bathrooms in the casino area
*Food prices and beverage prices way too expensive.
*No shuttle system and if there was we were not made aware of it
*We aren't fancy people and really don't need much but the condition of the rooms are bad for the amount of money which is charged.
*Rooms themself did not need makeup mirror area. It would have been nice to have small refrigerator, coffee pot or even more drawer space
3.7
Stayed at the 48th floor. It was so loud during the night that it was impossible to sleep, it felt like there are no windows, thus the higher the floor you pick the better, however you’ll be charged more.
No fridge included at 48th floor, which seems ridiculous.
3.7
The hotel charged me for two days when I only stayed for one. The hotel also had the wrong day reserved. I checked out at 11 AM and was charged for two full days of parking when my car was there for exactly 25 hours, so $35 for one hour. A couple clothing items were accidentally left behind, yet housekeeping nor anyone else has record of the items. They just disappeared. I sadly have nothing good to say about my stay here.
3.7
Great location, great service, and friendly staff!
3.7
I stayed in Vegas for many times but never had such a bad experience, very rude, very disrespectful, very unprofessional, very unhelpful. If you want to have a good time in Vegas stay away from this place, even the management doesn’t care if about the guests because they think this is Vegas and they don’t need to care about the guests.
3.7
The only issue I have is Parking. It’s $20 a Day. Other than that, Hotel is Clean. Rooms are great updated, bed is comfortable. Restrooms are nice. Staff was very Helpful at Check in.
