This hotel was very nice. It offered everything. I love the fact that the bedroom is separate and has it's own door. The ocean views are nice. The yard was beautiful. Just everything was perfect. I loved sipping wine by the outside fireplace. Less than 10 minutes away is a shopping center with different places to eat.

Valet and front desk were unorganized and the process was quite slow. Our vehicles did not fit in the garage and were told to use a side parking lot. This lot was continuously blocked in by valet cars sitting in front of the entrance and exit. The valet was very overrun. The person above us was very loud and the room was a little outdated. I could understand if this was a busy Friday or Saturday, but it was a Wednesday.

This is always our first choice for a hotel, love the ocean view. Weather is always nice except for yesterday, winds due to the fires. Can’t wait to return & we always tell others who also love to come 😍

The hotel looks beautiful from the street. Unfortunately, hotel management is weak. Staff were poorly trained and signs of cost cutting on maintenance were evident. The place feels like it has been updated since it was built. The guest room smelled like it was drenched in disinfectant and deodorizer. On the other hand, the restaurant was a treasure. The food was excellent and our server was both charming and capable. We would go back for dinner but next time we’ll stay somewhere else.

Pictures looked amazing, rooms were decent, but the moment we opened the door it smelled like Motel 6. Really, this is a Hilton supposedly, why does my room smell like Pine Sol or some other cheap cleaner? Room was as far away from the beach as possible, with a view of the entrance to the parking garage. What was the point of staying here? Might as well have been in downtown LA.

Incredible! We wish we could have stayed longer! We stayed mid-week and so we felt more at ease with less guests roaming around. - Customer Service was excellent - Self Parking available underground. - Hotel consists of multiple buildings centered around the pool. - Pool is heated so it’s perfect for night swimming. - Large hot tub! 10-12 guests easily - Dinning options are…eh. Would prefer to eat offsite for the quality & selection of food offerings. - Rentals included in your stay (2hrs) Hoverboard, surfboards etc - Beach is nearby but water is easily 100ft from exterior.

Nice location ! Right next to the beach. Pool is heated. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. I found trash in the sink and crumbs on the floor. The room had a weird odor. Bath tub could use some updating. For the price, I expected the room to be in better condition.

Beautiful beach and partial ocean view was very beautiful. The suite was very nice and roomy, quiet, and a great bed. Overall, very pricey for valet parking and restaurant and alcohol. As expected but probably won't spend the money again. Such a great area. Happy we went.

This is a great place to stay for a weekend-from the valet to the beach it’s wonderfully accommodating. We stayed for just one night to take family pictures nearby and wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately our room type (Lanai) wasn’t available. We stayed on resort for a short time after checkout to enjoy the pool. Poolside food was pretty good, breakfast at the main restaurant was smaller portions but also tasty. Definitely plan on returning to this resort in the future and staying longer.

The whole place is lovely! The pool, the beach, the room. I had a wonderful time. The only thing I have to make comment is about their front desk. Few times I called and noone picking up my calls. I had to go and pay them a visit. Like when I have to order grubhub and want to tell them my food will be delivered at the fromt desk. When I had questions about parking or valet. Noone to pick up my calls. Maybe because they were short staffed. I understand but I still have to bring it up. But other than that, great experience .

I’ve read others reviews and can see what they are saying. The place can do better and the hotel needs to be updated in areas but overall it is a great place. The staff I met with all were nice. The location is amazing. It’s like having your own private beach. The pool and surrounding grounds are worth the price. We did encounter no pool towels but had read reviews and brought our own. The room was great. Bed was comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised that ocean view suite had two bathrooms and a wet bar with a refrigerator and microwave. The outside deck was huge with loungers and a table. The TVs are not smart TV but cable was good enough since we were rarely in our room. We did enjoy the fire pit and had a great time just relaxing.

This was our last stop on our family road trip. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We were looking for a beautiful hotel to spend our last night in and this delivered. Right on the beach with a very nice pool and spa. Room service selection is not great but we decided to order Uber eats anyway so the kids could spend more time swimming. Our room was extremely comfortable but unfortunately the location of the room had much to be desired. We were under a stairwell across from the ice machine and elevator. Noise wasn't really a problem but it created a very dark feeling out the window. Breakfast was absolutely delicious (but pricey). Expect to pay $7 for a latte and the french toast, breakfast burrito, and breakfast tacos were all $16+. Overall I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to families.

The hotel was lovely, but NEVER did they mention until we saw our card charged, that parking and a "resort fee" for an Additional $90/night even existed! One beer and one glass of wine at the bar cost $65. Outrageous!

We absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are quite large, the grounds are beautiful and the pool is wonderful. Unfortunately the spa was not working during this visit, but the weather was so nice that it didn’t ruin the experience.

I have loved this location for years. I love that I can walk directly from my room onto the beach. More people have moved into the area in expensive homes and townhomes but the new Hilton Zachari like the Embassy Suites offers that beachfront amenity, watching the sunset from my balcony, walking in the sand and great drinks in the pool bar.

Upon check in we waited an hour for our room to be ready. Coming back from the pool seemed that house keeping was in our room leaving behind water bottles that were not ours, bed sheets just thrown over the bed and not replenished the towels. The main bathroom the shower just seemed to drip not able to turn it off so the constant water dripping was loud all night long.

We had great time on the beach and the pool. Large nice rooms, comfortable beds. I gave 4 stars because one of the rooms had a strong smell of cigarettes. They didn't gave me a reasonable option to replace it i had 2 rooms one of them for 4 kids and one for me and my wife, and the only option they offered was in 2 different buildings. Also i would expect to keep the pool cleaner.

My family had a great time at Zachari Dunes , short distance walk to the beach, loved the pool and room had an awesome view to the beach. Place was clean and staff was friendly . Definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for nice getaway.

The people about be us were banging all night and did not care how many times security asked them to stop. This went on for 6 hours. This was the worst stay ever and I will never be back. I am requesting a refund.

One ice maker for 3 floors and it was on the bottom floor. The elevator only worked part of the time. The ice maker broke the second day. The place is old and poorly taken care of. I could go on but basically it is a dump especially for what it cost.
