Good room and nice outdoor pool. Should think about offering a small breakfast.

Visit to Grand Canyon. Good location. Friendly staff.

We appreciated the spacious double Queen bedroom and the big bathroom. Ice, fridge, MW and coffee machine, free parking and pool & jacuzzi with towels were also provided. We enjoy the bathroom amenities as well as the free coffee/tea all day long in the lobby. Location was convenient for us as we stay just before our departure from Grand canyon. Lots of restaurants nearby (they have a partnership with the Mexican one next door but we enjoyed the steakhouse opposite side of the road). The WiFi was good. And we had enough plugs in the room. Big tv too (even if we didnt use it) Possible Improvements : The bed were just ok and the usual carpet in US hotels is not really clean as usual too. Check in till 10pm only. The only negative point is the too high price (200$ for the room without breakfast). This may be the market price, but it does not correspond to the value of the product.

We paid $200 a night for a first level room that was worse than a hotel 6. If they want to put you on the back building do not do it. The A/C will keep you up all night rattling. The rooms are old and and in desperate need of an upgrade if you are going to charge that much a night. Like i said maybe the first building is nicer but the back one is a crap hole. Would not recommend.

Decent stay. One night to visit Grand Canyon. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Very friendly, clean establishment. Staff beyond helpful. I hope a good portion of profits go to the indigenous community. We will be back!

This was a great place to stay by the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Very comfortable and convenient.

The hotel was clean and quiet even though it was very busy. Very conveniently located at the bottom of the hill in Tusayan with easy access to the park entrance and restaurants and sundry shops. Our room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed the stay very much. Parking was a little difficult but we used the free trolleys to help us move our luggage.

The overall hotel appeared to be clean and the counter staff was nice. The only complaint was that the beds were a bit hard and the pillows were tiny. This made it hard for us to get a good nights sleep.

We loved our stay here. Staff was friendly. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Decent hotel. Close to the Grand Canyon National Park. Close to several food options just outside of the part. Staff was courteous and responsive. Pool & hot tub were clean.

Excellent guest service, friendly and easy check-in a few hours early, pool, fitness room, refrigerator, microwave are great for a convenient location to Grand Canyon National Park and you can even take the free park shuttle so you don't have to worry about finding parking in the park Sometimes the hotel would respond quickly to messages but other times not very timely, nothing urgent and we could have called instead of messaging but overall would definitely stay here again!

Stayed just for an overnight and it was comfortable enough for a family of 4 (2 adults 2 teens). Check-in was prompt and friendly, and the property clean. We enjoyed our short stay.

Stayed 2 days visiting the Grand Canyon. Its close to South rim entrance clise to some restaurants and a gas station. Service was excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely return if and when i visit the Grand Canyon again.

our experience overall was very good. However, because of the hotels proximity to other hotels, it could be noisy at night and early in the morning as large tour buses were parked close to our building and people were getting on and off and talking loudly.

Checkin was very smooth with no issues. They recommended a place to eat which was was good.

Friendly staff, clean room and only 2 miles from the south entrance to the Grand Canyon are some of the positives of staying at this hotel.

The check in was quick and friendly. Hotel is in a great location to the Grand Canyon and food . Reminded us of the places we would stay when we were on family vacations when we were little. Reminded you of the past in a comfortable and updated way.

The whole stay was beyond excellent. Every staff member were very friendly and were more than helpful. I lost my drivers license and had to have documents printed and faxed. They were very efficient and I was able to get my ID so I could fly back to Georgia. 😄

Close to the park!

Awesome location that is highly walkable to several restaurants and tourist centers. Cozy room with very close parking if you get there earlyish. Comfortable bed and a nice desk to work at. Heater is quiet and efficient. Liked the on-site laundry, but wish I didn't have to ask for $2 in quarters every time.
