Place is run down. Do not believe the pictures they put up. Seems like they were single apartments at one point back in the 80s.

It was a good stay. I didnt really expect much, so I wasn't disappointed. The room was clean, but average. The bathroom was recently renovated and it was nice. The bed could have been more comfortable. But I needed someplace good to stay and overall it was a good stay. I would have been happier if I didnt have to pay for parking.

The room condition was not great. It was very outdated and the pictures did not represent the room that we stayed in. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked and bathtub didn't look very clean. It could really use an update. Staff in the office was very helpful.

The front desk worker was so nice he tried to book me in the renovated rooms, but they were already occupied by the time I checked in (I booked through Expedia so I'm assuming it doesn't automatically save you a specific room).

It was clean , had parking , friendly staff, pool was nice. No issues . Rooms needed a bit of work, cracked tiles, chipped furniture and snags in the curtains, this didn’t affect our stay.

I originally booked a 2 king suite and did not get the room I requested. Second the bathtub was dirty and extremely slippery. Lastly we did not get room service while we were there therefore I did not get any extra shampoo/conditioner for my stay and had to buy in a gas station near by not woth my money.

Close to LA downtown, universal studios and santa monica which is the places we visited. Nothing fancy of this hotel. But good confortable beds, heated pool which the kids enjoyed. Would come back for the price and location.

Great place to stay for a night or two. The ONLY downside is there are cigarette smokers that use the main areas to smoke (shared space) which can waft into the rooms snd sometimes they muck up the non-smoking rooms. Be careful if you have asthma.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the rooms need to be repaired and updated. My room had a broken vanity set, cracked flooring, doors were missing from the closet, and more. All night, people keep talking outside my room and lots of street traffic.

Ummm I hope they refunded me Because I clearly called the hotel minutes after reserving since they charged me even though clearly stating on they wouldn’t until arriving at the property which i never did. Maybe they did refund me? I’m an investor I don’t have time to go through my bank account to see if they and that’s why I’m rating those one star since they never got back to me I would like a receipt or proof that they dis because si ever stayed there. Please someone help

Hotel is in a nice area and a few minutes drive to universal or Hollywood so it’s perfect to take your care or use uber if you want to drink. The hotel is OLD. Shower in my room barely worked and you had to play with the nobs to get it right to get it to work. Place is perfect if you want to just have a place to sleep that has easy parking and close to everything and costs 100$ or less a night. Anything else costs too much or doesn’t have parking or really bad areas.

What is a fairly decent hotel very convenient for me since it was only a 10 minute drive from Universal Studios Hollywood and Hollywood Boulevard. A lot of places to die nearby alongside drugstores just around the corner, staff was really nice and friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Pool was nice and clean and warm, overall decent hotel and fair pricing only flaw that I had was that the rooms were a little outdated and not as advertised online, not really complaining since I was only there to sleep, also didn’t like the fact that parking was an additional $13 per night, but other than that It’s a really decent hotel . Enjoyed my stay 👍

It sits right on a busy main street so the noise from the traffic went on a bit late and of course started pretty early. Other than the noise of the traffic it wasnt bad at all. The staff were extremely nice and helpful! The room was clean. Not a horrible place to stay when your trying to save some money. I believe its only a 10 to 20 minute drive to Universal Studios. There is plenty of food places and shopping within walking distance too.
