My sheets had on Makeup, so house keeper must not changed it so I slept on top of the bed with a blanket

We have 10 kids and only get away once a year for our anniversary. We arrived and were greeted by staff. They asked the purpose of our stay and we told them our anniversary. The first night we found out the bed squeaked horribly and it woke us during the night. Then ON our anniversary we were asked to vacate our room from 12-4 for them to repair the plumbing, which wasn’t fixed anyway. I won’t say our stay was ruined but I’m not sure we will revisit.

The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I had an issue with the Internet since it was free Wi-Fi with no password I could not use the Internet for my laptop. The front desk gave me a phone number and said it was their IT I spent more than a 40 minutes on the phone with no good results. I had a two day stay but cut it to one cause I needed to go elsewhere that had Internet.

It was a meh experience. The only positives are the staff and how walkable is to everything around. The room floors and shower tub were dirty and on Monday morning there was not hot breakfast when we went to get some food at 9:00 am. They only had waffles as hot breakfast. Won’t stay there anymore.

The customer service was horrible, we were there three days never got new towels , had to go ask for some. Ran out of toilet paper had to go ask for some, trash was over flowing. When we asked about it we were told “they only clean every three days”

Black mold in the bathtub, along with an active leak in the ceiling from the room above. Bathroom doors didn’t fully shut (they were water warped). Couch had greasy, oily spots like from someone’s oily head. Market was barely stocked with anything.

Overall the check in was pleasant, the location of the hotel was convenient. My room was clean but can use a little updating as far as furniture. The restroom was clean with plenty of towels but the tub drain was slow. Overall if I had a chance to stay here again I honestly would.

The lobby of the hotel was very nice and the man at the counter was very friendly. However, as soon as I open the door to my room, it reeked of smoke and dirty pets. I called the front desk immediately and tried to get a different room, but the hotel was booked. He offered to come into the room and spray air freshener. I told him that would make things worse and just cover up the smell for a little bit. I have asthma so I didn’t need anymore smells in the room. He told me he would let me know if somebody checked out the next day and if not, he would discount the room. The towels and bed also smelled like smoke. My clothes also line up smelling. The last night I was there, I went to go turn off the light by the night stand, and apparently they knew the room stunk and had placed a car freshener there. When I checked out, all he did was take $50 off. I would not recommend nor will I ever stay at a La Quinta again.

Our room was absolutely filthy. We found a bed bug in the morning. The toilet barely flushed and the sheets on one of the beds was dirty. I brought it to the front desk’s attention and there wasn’t a care in the world. The whole place smelled like a dirty diaper. Never again!

Great hotel located near everything we wanted to do. Carpets in hallways definitely need some cleaning but overall the clerk who checked us in was great and our room was comfortable

I only stayed 1 night and enjoyed the stay. Although, when first entered the room one of the study table legs were broken so I called front desk immediately to notify them that it was broken before I even put my bags down. Also, the cleaning should be better. The refrigerator and microwave were both nasty and had an odor that you only could smell when you open either one so definitely didn't use. The peep hole was inside out so you could see inside the room from the outside, so I put tape over that and notified the front desk upon checkout the next morning. Also, the breakfast was garbage as far as options. No eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, biscuits,etc. ONLY WAFFLES, FRUIT, BOILED EGGS, MUFFINS, APPLE/ORANGE JUICE, YOGURT, CEREAL/MILK. It wasn't a big enough deal to complain to management about because I only stayed for one night and just decided to get breakfast from a restaurant. But other than those 4 hiccups, the beds were comfortable, the ac was fantastic, the hotel itself was very nice, shower felt good, the hotel was clean around the hallways,etc.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly. Having waffles with the continental breakfast was a nice bonus. The only concern we had was the pool- it seemed to need some cleaning, and a staff member came to do the water check while we were swimming. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay.

The building and rooms were great...but the real star of the show was the woman who checked us in. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but I know it was her birthday the day we checked in, and she also happened to be from Brooklyn! Super friendly and helpful! :)

The property's location is great close enough to many attractions. Price is excellent for these times. Staff is professional and respectful. Especially Wanda - she is an amazing asset - she is warm and welcoming. But property itself seems rundown - furniture seems old, carpet needs replacing, breakfast options are limited, Styrofoam small cups for tea/coffee are just inappropriate.

When we arrived in our room to go to bed we discovered that the beds were very dirty. The bed I was using had what looked like mascara on the sheets and the top cover, my friends sheets had what looked like lotion on it ( the next day when they came to change the bed sheets they said it was wearing of the material and acted like we were being prima Donna) I have pictures of both beds before they changed them. Also we were placed across from the laundry room and people do laundry All Night long, at one point someone had change in the dryer and the clanking woke me up at 1 in the morning, I had to go open the dryer after about 20 minutes
