They advertise that they have a pool, but the pool room is used as a storage area for old furniture. Drain in the shower was very clogged.

It wasnt professional. Appeared that a Family party was going on in the lobby. For same price we could have gone to a nearby hotel with professionalism.

The pool is under renos but appears to be used as a storage area. Google and booking dot com still show it as having a pool! We had only thin fleece on the beds, no comforters and only 1 towel and hand towel in the bathroom. The corners of the bathroom were dirty as well. The actual room was decently clean and the bed was very comfortable. The guy at the front desk was very friendly

Management extremely irresponsible. A man introduced himself to me as the GM and another employee told me later that he wasn't the GM but a Maintenance person. I was checked in an out of order room.TV and Fridge not working in that room, microwave unplugged, marijuana smell and filty towels. Rude, untrained and unprofessional staff. NEVER Book this motel again.

The large bathroom counter and shower were nice. Bed was comfortable. Didn't like: The microwave oven had to be moved to the desk/table to reach the electrical outlet. The internet and cable TV were spotty. Breakfast offerings were terrible except for the cosmic crisp apples.

The customer service was average but everything else was below, pool wasn’t working, which would have been nice to give a heads up. And then went down for breakfast and selection was horrible, juice machines were out of order as well. Won’t be staying there again, would not recommend

This place needs to be clean, it was filthy flies and bugs were in the room the moment we opened the door. Lightening was terrible the room was very dark and cold, there was no way to even stay we left immediately. This place is not worth the price at all.

We stayed for 3 nights. There was no wifi and as people travelling in a different country we relied on this. The entire time it was not repaired and they Continued to tell us they were working on it. The pool was completed closed - no access. Breakfast was bagels and eggo waffles - no other options. Not even fruit or yogurt. Coffee was never replaced. Breakfast was advertised at 6am during the weekdays but wasn’t set up until 7:30am. The staff was never actually behind the counter and among All this - when we brought these to their attention the staff shrugged and did Not care. We asked for some compensation and were Told no - we could call a manager if we wanted to complain. Would not stay again.

The staff was nice. The elevator worked, the AC worked, and the lobby was nice. The curtains fell, there were some broken windows, the coffee maker in the room didn't work, the sheets were too big for the bed and kept falling off, the pool was closed, and the bathrooms by the pool were locked.

I was very unhappy with my stay I’m already in a situation due to me losing everything to a house fire. The prices are extremely high and very unreasonable. Nothing ever looks like the pictures but I guess when you have mishaps in life this comes with that.

The keys to the room were constantly not working. To the point I had to change rooms. It was understaffed. The staff that were working were friendly. But it was setup to fail. Would never recommend this facility to anyone.

This hotel was a replacement by Expedia at 11:30 pm after our original booking hotel had no room. It was ok clean, bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was only cereal and milk but clerk was at least respectful. Won’t be staying here again.

This hotel was the most disgusting I have ever stayed in! There was blood stains on the wall. The room did not look like you have been cleaned in weeks, if not months, toilet paper was shoved in a broken peephole, the dresser was screwed shut, the phone was gone. It looked like something shady happened in the room. They did give us another room, but when I asked to get a refund for the second night, they refused. We left anyways and just lost our money. My family’s safety is more important. I have never been so scared staying a night in a hotel.

Rooms were not clean. Pool and hot tub were out of commission. Our entire stay. Breakfast was very limited. The coffee maker and our room had used coffee grounds in it. The refrigerator was not working. And every time you turn the TV on the volume was at 94. on the bright side, the staff was very friendly

I was provided a double bed room and upon entering, it smelled of mildew. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and we walked onto dirty floors. I checked both beds and they were made with stained and dirty sheets. I addressed the issues with the manager who offered a new room and upon checking that room also, the bed sheets were also stained and dirty. I ultimately asked for a refund and went to another hotel. There is also nothing online that mentions the indoor pool is not in service and drained. The whole area is closed off.

The sheets were not clean and the tub drain was clogged and drained very slow so you didn’t feel clean. I will not stay there next year when I visit. I took a picture of the sheets if you want evidence.

Liked: friendly staff. Didn't like: room condition: four-drawer dresser had one drawer that worked, one that didn't and missing. Shower bar broken. Bed frame extended so could easily bump ankle on it. Pool closed,, no water. Breakfast very poor, two kinds of cereal, bagels, bread, apples, coffee and juice; nothing else. No protein items.

Our room was very dirty/ stained bedding and unsanitary mattress. Two other families had to ask for different rooms due to the uncleanliness. Lamp did not work between the two beds so you couldn’t see well. Finally after 10 minutes my family and I ended up leaving because I couldn’t have my family stay in those conditions.

Excuses was the name of the game. Arrived at midnight, and checked in with no effort. Light in entry flickering, TV didn't work, beds made improperly, sink dirty, hair dryer rusty, phone cord couldn't attach to handset, and no blankets. Switched to a new room in the morning and while cleaner,TV couldn't be made to work. Switched to another room and found broken 1 1/2" fingernail and soda bottle caps on floor and used soap in shower. Asked for clean towels after 3 days and told they were all in the dryer, and they would bring some in an hour. Had to go to the desk the next morning to get fresh towels. While I understand the difficulties of finding reliable staff, someone needs to inspect these rooms like their mother in law was staying there. This experience will DEFINITELY effect my future choice when choosing a place to stay. If these comments sound picky,just know that my wife had a double lung transplant approximately 15 months ago and cleanliness is VERY IMPORTANT to us.

The staff was very friendly and to be honest I rarely leave negative reviews. If I’m unhappy I simply don’t return but I truly wish I would have known prior to booking that simply because they charge over $100 a night does not mean you will have clean anything. I thankfully made it to Walmart before they closed in order to buy a bath towel, pillow and bed sheets to put over the top of the ones there. It was disturbing to even set my bag on top of the other bed not wanting anything of mine to come into contact with anything in that room. $20 a night is too much for this hotel.

Had to change rooms. First room was gross, paint peeling in bathroom, splattered disgusting who know what on the tv and mirror. Plus the tv didn’t work, nor did one lamp, the phone, and the auto lock mechanism on the door. You could literally walk right in, no key necessary. Second room slightly better but smelled weird and worse than room 1. Pool wasn’t working either so the 4 of us were stuck in a stinky hotel room.

It was inexpensive. The staff was helpful. There was black mold around the tub. There was no real hot breakfast. The juice dispenser for breakfast was broken. The pool was inoperable. Does anyone check these motels before allowing them to call themselves "Baymont by Wyndham." I am tempted to never stay at another motel with that name. Our key card would not open our room door. We have to insert it 4 or 5 times for it to work properly.
