Very basic but comfortable.

Room is dirty.

It smells bad. The bath tub water does not drain so the shower water stays in the bath tub. Not enough towels. They said they will bring the towel nut never did. At 2:40AM, they asked me to come down and get towels myself even though I called twice since check in and they said they will bring it to the room. The water from sink faucet wS not running. It sprinkles a few drops and that is how you are supposed to wash hands. The luggage cart wheels are all broken and could not wheel the luggages without lifting the whole cart or twisting my body. Terrible.

Desk clerks when checking in were slow. Had a line of people checking in, only one person was checking in. Manager & another clerk were talking about washing personal car, when finished manager states we'll be right with you & walks to back. After checking in attempted to go get dinner before going to room couldn't get out the parking lot, key card given to me did not work. So tried calling for help, they told I had to return back inside to have reprogrammed, asked for clerk to come & show me to make sure I was scanning right, she asked me to wait until her line was gone, as if I hadn't already been waiting. Upon returning from getting food key card didn't work to go in elevator or room, had to wait for assistance again. Also my husband is handicap, & someone with a black mercedes SUV & another car were parked illegal taking up multiple handicap parking spots had chained off the area so no one could park there, but those two cars. Finally when checking out turned in key, tried leaving parking could not get out. I attempted push help button thinking that I would be buzzed out. Nope! The clerk told me I was supposed to get one when I checked out, she asked me if they gave me a card & I had just checked out with her & another clerk, all they did was take my key card & drop it in a jar. The customer service I can compliment is the security card. He was the only one who actually attempted to help & apologized for the inconvenience, to me & multiple other customers.

Ok for a bed of your catching a plane at LAX. No fridge in the room.

Secure parking ($15) very busy all night at check in counter. For the price and location great deal.

They use to take cash as a payment. No desk, no business center but its seems xlean, nice rooms, great staff but something bit me in bed and i didnt ask dor that.
