When I looked at the outside of the building I was thinking okay it looks nice and seems kept up. After you enter the inside of the hotel the look changes. Soon as I entered the room it had a smell and the biggest roach I ever seen. I kept everything in my suit case and nothing touched the floor. I seen a total of 7 roaches and they were not little. I know this place has to know about them and just don't care. The lady that checked me in was nice. I thought about complaining and to get a different room but I'm pretty sure the whole building probably has them. I won't be returning to this location.

Our room had roaches in the refrigerator and bathroom so we told them that then moved us to another room which ended up being worse than the other. Lights didnt work, phone didnt work plus even more roaches. Ill never stay there again!

The room was a dirty the only thing was clean was the sheets I think, roof was leaking the day it rained in Kokomo that woke me up didn't know if the roof was going to collapse

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Rooms are bare-bones, with a tiny refrigerator and microwave require an upgraded room. The sheets are basic and the mattresses a bit soft. The room was clean and AC worked well.

It's just an old facility. The laminate wood is buckling and the bathroom door was damaged. No fan in the bathroom. We could smell stale smoke. But it was only for one night, to sleep. It was ok for what we needed

I didn't expect much, and that's exactly what I got. It's the darkest motel room I've ever had. One light didn't come on at all, but it was missing a bulb. The two that did work only put out the equivalent of maybe 20 watts worth of light. I would have opened the curtain during the day, but it was missing several of the plastic eyes that the hooks fit into and gaped open at one side, so I decided to carry things into the bathroom (which had adequate lighting) if I needed to read. The mattress was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect for needs.

The only two things good about the room cold AC and it was clean. Bad TV and when the replaced the TV it only had 3 channels. No elevator. Not so friendly employees. Overall if it's last minute and you are not staying long it's okay.

First of all its a non smoking hotel. Walk in and the while place smelled so bad .our room was filthy.our bathroom was like a dirty truck stop bathroom. We kept or socks on while walking around the room and put our shhoes on in the bathroom

The room floor was filthy....Didn't seem like it had been cleaned in over a month. I washed the floor myself. The building was nice from the outside but a dump inside. Room outdated and hallway carpet dreary and poor lighting. A positive thing is that you could have a pet and it had a laundromat on site. My tv was all over with the channels and I couldn't get NBC or CBS. No one knew how to adjust it at the desk. Plus the tv was small...only about 23 inches. The room was not worth the price of $75 a night.

As for the room although it was a non smoking room it smelled like smoke. Our 2nd night there we had a couple next door banging on the adjacent room door at 4 in the morning scarring our kids and the front desk people just said sorry !

The non smoking property was filled with smoke upon entering. The room was the most filthy room I have ever stayed in and I was in a desperate situation with little choice during an ice storm or I would have kept moving on even though it was non refundable when I booked it. It shouldn't be too much to expect to remove the previous peoples hair and bodily fluids from the tub, toilet, sink, bed and floor prior to renting to someone else.
