Nice clean and comfy.

We were only there 1 night, however the hotel smelled nice and clean as soon as we walked in. Our room was clean and decent size. Staff was friendly. For the price we paid J was impressed with the accommodations.

Everything was wonderful! Location has been remodeled since my last stay and it is beautiful! Everything was clean. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious 😋. Beds were comfy and shower pressure was great. Well done!! We will be back!

We had traveled 3 hours and wanted to rest and when we got there the room wasn’t ready for us then we got in the room and the bed sheets were dirty in a room that had supposedly just got cleaned there was some kind of over powering smell in the whole building that made my wife sick to her stomach and the lady at the front desk seemed to be high on drugs and kept complaining about having to be at work. Not very professional and not a great experience.

Towel dirty. Otherwise, a good stay.

I always stay in Best Western becsuse I totally feel safe, The employees m a ke every single person feel very special! I wont stay anywhere else!

I have chosen this hotel for the last few years when I attend the July 4th race in Anderson.

There was a cockroach crawling on the wall of our room

Really disappointed. It was super expensive for an old, run down hotel. The ratings really aren’t accurate for this. It’s an old hotel that’s been somewhat renovated. Still felt old and gross. Room floor wasn't clean. My husband even stepped on a metal wire of some sort and we had to pull it out of his foot. Luckily he is up to date on his tetanus. We only stayed overnight and that was plenty. Don’t recommend.

The parking was strategic, nice desk staff, and things were clean.

Being dog friendly and very clean were standouts for sure ! The staff and rooms and dining area so clean and well air conditioned. Always someone to assist ar the front desk and havimg laundry facilities a huge plus. Nice size pool very clean and outdoor view from pool makes an enjoyable atmosphere. . I highly recommend staying here

Overall we were happy with our stay here. I had high expectations based on prior reviews, and it mostly lived up to those. One item that knocked it down a bit in my book -- our room had a musty smell and it was difficult to keep cool, perhaps because of the really humid temps outside. Despite running the AC at cold temps, the room never really got cold. And it's a no smoking hotel now, but there seemed be a hint of the past with the musty smell. Also, they are currently painting the outside of the building, so our window was tarped over; therefore, you could never actually see outside -- but I know this is temporary. The black out curtains were really useful since there was a lot of light coming in through the tarped window. The free breakfast was decent. Nothing spectacular, but it's free, so it's still really nice that they are willing to prepare different menu items each morning. Location to the highway was great and there is a decent amount of restaurants right around the hotel. It got the job done for us.

Unresponsive and unaccomodating.

The hotel was great as was the breakfast. The staff were wonderful.

Staff was friendly, room and facility was clean. Variety of breakfast choices. The mini fridge buzzed very loudly all night, would have turned it off but needed it. Mattress firm.

Other than the homeless woman sleeping in the lobby all day and night, the stay was uneventful. Someone was always mopping the floors but whatever chemical or lack there of left an unpleasant odor.

Service was exceptional and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great... home cooked by one lady and she has a daily menu... you don't have a choice of everything but you will get eggs and ham/bacon/sausage every morning with specialties like Biscuits and Gravy one day then French Toast the next etc. It's very good and she's also incredibly nice too so tip her well. I was very pleased with my stay. Recommended.

Dont forget to put do not disturb sign on door .otherwise housekeeping wakes you up at 8!

Beautiful hotel that was very clean and filled with friendly staff. Pool and hot tub was nice as well...breakfast was delicious. I'll definitely book again if we are back in the area
