Room, not good; Humid, stale, unclean. Not a room you stay in. Towels that were meant to be clean had hair. Floors, bathroom floors were not clean. It is as if the person who “cleaned” this room just made the bed, rolled the dirty towels back up, took the trash out and called it a day. Staying in this room was a terrible experience!

I just needed a place that I could sleep and get a little peace and quiet for not a lot of money, close to the highway and close to my workplace. Along with a little pool and hot tub time (my spa treatment), I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel just needs to ask the city to fix the roadway that accesses the hotel. Belmont/San Carlos/Redwood Shores/San Mateo County - please fix your roads.

Excellent service

It was definitely a work in progress feel. The room was clean and housekeeping did a good jobe but there was no microwave in the room, and no charging station or plugs next to the beds via access from the nightstand. The elevator was scary. Its small, cramped, and shook a little bit. The pool was nice, decent size, and had lots of shade, chairs, and tables so that was nice. But the ice machines didn't work, and the restaurant next door didn't open for dinner. It wasnt a bad stay, it just wasnt a really good one either...

The hotel is old and not in good condition. The old elevator and the hallways smell like garbage. out of condition. the rooms are average for the amount paid.

You can hear everything through the walls. Rooms are so old, smells bad.

From the moment we got out of our car, we could tell this was NOT a nice place!! We walked theough the "courtyard" to get to our room, and every window we passed had mold in the track and around the frame, and each screen had a spot that was bent like it had been pryed on! Once IN the room you are hit with a musty damp smell. Went to look out the windor and you could see what appeared to be patches of mold on the wall that had been painted over! Condensation on inside of window! I sat down on the bed to look at my options to go somewhere else-and it got worse! It was an old, broken down spring mattress that was super lumpy, hard, and noisy "crunchin" I've never had a worse bed at a hotel. I finally just told my son to sleep in his clothes and we would get up early and go!!

Internet sucks, signal fluctuates a lot and I wasn't able to work or take office calls

Overall hotel showed its age but given its price you can't really complain. Photos don't really show justice, looks modern and updated but upclose you can tell much of the furniture is run down. If you just need a place to stay Motel 6 is usually the way.

Great Motel 6 good for families and working people. Every room has its negative quirks like maybe fridge light out or whatever petty thing but everything works and housecleaning almost daily. Love staying here . Close to where I want to be and cool parks nearby Safeway close Trader Joe’s too donut shop nearby

The front staff were super kind and very helpful. I was able to check out at 645am which was extremely helpful during my stay.

The best Motel 6 I have ever stayed.

The elevator was next to our room very noisy most the right. The elevator was extremely small and smelled if urine. Outside was clean to an extent some homeless in the area. The room was clean very large. Only 1 plug and sund came right into room no curtain to block out the sunlight.

The rate was great and the area was safe and quiet

There is nothing to like about this property. Staff were not nice at all. The building and the room is not that clean. The roof in the building that we were in was also leaking on some parts nearby the elevator. We felt very unsafe due to the environment and the people that was in the same building with us. There are No Smoking signs everywhere but people were smoking not just cigarettes but also weed.

Helpful & curtious about the change in my schedule. There wasn't a hassle about it. An alarm clock in the room for wake-up would be helpful because the phone ringer volume wasn't very loud, as I'm hard of hearing.

Motel looks nice from the outside but the floor in our room looks like it hasn’t been mopped in a year. I wouldn’t walk around without any shoes or sandals
