Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and the bathroom was renovated. One perk we enjoyed was it was a close walk to the beach. We had dinner one night by the bar and the hamburger was really good. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at this place! Even though it wasn’t technically a resort, it felt like a resort like stay at a more affordable price! We loved the pool, pool bar, happy hour with two free drinks they did each night, and the delicious breakfast buffet! The rooms were also super clean, spacious, and comfortable. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the San Juan area. Also, the beach was just a short walk away. The beach chairs and umbrella this hotel provides made for a very relaxing time on the beach!

We’ve stayed here many times, but this last trip didn’t go so smoothly. First, half the power in the room went off after trying to turn on a bedroom lamp. Then close to midnight the ceiling started leaking and we had to gather up our things and move to another room. Staff was great, but facilities let us down this time. Also, in the morning at breakfast coffee was cold and juice machine was not working. Tried to get a hot coffee at The Eatery but their system was down.

Embassy Suites was a very nice place to stay for our business trip. The hotel was conveniently located, clean and the staff were very helpful. Our only complaint is that the hotel wastes too much energy with excessively cold air conditioning. The temperature outside was only in the 80s, but the lobby and eating area was so cold there was condensation on the windows. Also our room temperature when we arrived was 62 degrees. We turned off the AC. Running AC at such a low temperature wastes energy and actually makes people uncomfortable. The hotel could save money and the environment by not keeping the indoor AC so cold. Otherwise very nice. John

Great location! Short walk from beach and restaurants. Hotel provided umbrella, chairs and towels for beach day. Beautiful grounds and pool! Wish I could have stayed longer

The stay was great. Breakfast was very good, could have been a little more variety day to day. Room, common areas and pool very clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and extremely friendly. Would definitely return!

I genuinely enjoyed my stay. It waa great for my family. My only complaint is that they need to do away with the carpets. This hotel encourages pool and beach activities without so much as a balcony to hang clothes to dry. Once the AC is off the mildew smell is on. Fresh omelets were a plus to their continental bkfast.

We stayed here almost 10 years ago and it literally hasn't changed since. Rooms were the same and there was some water damage to the room. They are undergoing renovation. Looking forward to a new look. Would love to return.

Was woke up every day at 7:00am with a jackhammer. Complaining every morning. Construction was not to start until 9 am . Horrible!

This is a Hilton line of hotels not a low brand how ever it looks like Pablo’s Motel, my room had a remote control that didn’t work (got it swapped) a all night running toilet that I fixed, lamp in bedroom bottom all heavy rust, bathtub dented and discolor looks dirty no matter how clean, sink hair cracks everywhere and found someone else’s T-shirt under the sink (really!!). Breakfast…long line for a crappy omelet one guy cooking for the entire hotel ?? The quality of the food is not there the bakery area has some Motel 6 quality pastries. They charge for parking they charge resort fee (didn’t see the resort) plus all the taxes it adds up extra to your stay, last day only 1 out of 4 elevators worked and the site construction will wake you up at 7:55am EVERY day :( I expect a lot more specially if you are going to put the name Hilton attached to the Embassy suites… I had way better quality for a lot less, not even thinking about coming back.

The bartender at the bar was great. He recommended which mofongo to try nd it was delicious. the property itself was nice. i feel the pool wasnt all that compared to the photos so if youre booking for the pool im sure u will be disappointed. they do give 2 free drinks everyday for each adult for all the days that you stay there. so if you dont use the ticket one day then the next day you will have 4 free drinks. u can only use the ticket during certain hours. everyone was nice. they do offer free breakfast as well. wasnt much options and the omelet line gets really long. spent most of my time outside than in the hotel. i do also like how the rooms have a living room with an extra bed also. not sure if i would stay here again.

Me and my friends stayed at Embassy for 6 nights. There were little inconveniences at the beginning as we didn’t get the floor/room that we wanted (due to construction) but they were really accommodating and fixed the issue right away. The included-breakfast is definitely a great perks of staying at this particular hotel. The hallways to the elevator, to the lobbies, and the dining areas all were kept clean which was very satisfactory. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking to book a place in San Juan.

Traveled with family. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. My kids enjoyed the pool. Room was clean. However, music was a little much, especially when it’s late at night and only a couple of people are in the lounge. Also toilet was slow to flush, but once the front desk was notified the guy showed up with plunger. The hotel and the restaurant “Cueva Del Mar” look dated.

Call ahead to cancel because of tropical storm/forming hurricane Ernesto. I was not allowed to cancel, nor given a refund. Every other aspect of my trip was refunded: car, house rental, private lessons I booked ahead, airline tickets, restaurant reservations. Skip Hilton.

The bedroom room 444 toilet needs to be upgraded, room tables should be cleaned. Room 445 as soon as we got it the toilet got clogged but they sent someone immediately. The rooms should be updated.

My room was not adequately cleaned. The trash can in the bathroom was good. The tables had dried food and liquids on it. The kitchenette area counter was dirty and there was something red spilled in the corner of the bathroom. I did call the front desk but it was not corrected.
