First and last time ill stay here... where to start?... well as soon as we arrived we saw some suspicious homeless around looking on us of course we got the sensation of an dangerous and unsafe area .. then we get our rooms as always i do inspection on bed and bathroom area and i notice was really dirty and a couple drops of blood in the shower area. Also noises all night from outside then on early next morning was someone with a unleash dog also we heard he try to attack someone.... for sure this is going to be the last time ill stay there

I have to admit this stay was not any experience I ever wanted to experience from a hotel aka motel. The front desk staff is nicest you people you will ever meet. Unfortunately, Jorge, the maintenance guy has notorious by using profanity against customers and accusing the staff of negative information. I used to enjoy staying at this hotel whenever I go down to Mexico as it’s right by the border. As I have no desire to ever stay here again.

The room was not clean when we arrived. dirt on the floor, cold cereal on the top of the closet hanging area, dirt in the bathroom, large wad of hair in the shower. There was a roach in the room. There were no blankets on the beds. I stayed 2 nights. we complained the room was dirty on the 1st night at the front desk, and was told it would be cleaned the next day. we were given blankets. The room was not cleaned at 9 p.m. when we arrived back at the hotel the 2nd night, the trash was not emptied and the beds were not made, the towels were dirty on the floor. we had to get clean towels and requested a 50% refund. they management gave us a 50% refund - after much complaining.

I have no idea how these people rent rooms out without even looking at them. Dan barely had any water pressure in the sink. Also half the lights did not work and no switch. The restroom had graffiti.

The worst hotel ever , extremely dirty , dirty floors , dirty shower & bathroom , dirty bed sheets with hair and stains all over , very noisy hotel the whole time , A/C wasn’t working properly, power went out for nearly 7 hours , and the worst squeaky bed both beds were super squeaky , we couldn’t sleep. We totally regretted staying there .
