I loved the view of the lake

Property was clean, staff was friendly. Tv options were limited. If it did work, it was constantly buffering. Itbwas all live streaming

The Grand Glaze has the friendliest and most welcoming staff they made us feel like we were at home during our stay The aminities were excellent and the room was clean and smelled amazing

Very dirty, no Continental breakfast. Pay the extra money for a different hotel you’ll thank me.

Everything was very clean and comfortable

Staff is friendly, everything else is average/below average compared to other motels.

The hotel was a little older, but that was the only complaint. The front desk was great, it was clean, we had a great lake view room for our anniversary. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was good and could tell they are trying to remodel. It really needs a lot of remodeling.

I was charged twice for our 3 night stay. I am waiting to have this resolved. I believe they were going through renovations, which is understandable, yet some areas were more dirty than others. We checked out early on our check out date, in which I mentioned upon check in. I waited for 15 minutes at the front desk for someone, as a sign was up that they stepped away. I ended up having to leave a note with our keys. With being charged twice, I’m not impressed with that at all.

Was told breakfast but had nothing!! Even called night before to verify. Uggh

Room was very nice. Pool filter was not on, filled with leaves and bugs, slimy floor. Spa did not have a handrail, slipped on way in. Even though signs in elevator said breakfast available on Friday, it was not available until Saturday.

Place is under construction and not well staffed. Pool is located down a cliff basically from the hotel with like a thousand steps to manage to get there and back. Not worth the hassle, and the pool was dirty. Pulled debris from the water including old bandaids. Advertised breakfast buffet was non-existent. Bed was horribly uncomfortable.

We checked into the hotel and checked the bed. We had bed bugs. They did give us another room which had ants, but we needed a place to stay. The toilet ended up breaking and having to manually flush the toilet. No one ever came to clean the room or change the sheets. We had to go to the front desk to request new towels. The bathroom and floors also had hair left from the pervious person.

Overall good experience. The place has gotten a lot better as far as maintenance, new carpet, newer bathroom. Was not told no tub and only a shower and there was an ant problem next to the bed. Staff was great with everything so we didn’t complain about anything.

This hotel is in dire need of deep cleaning and renovation. The lobby appears old but not filthy. The bar area same but we did NOT want to eat here. The balcony on the bar was just as dirty as everything else. Elevator floor was gross. Our floors were so bad i didnt want to walk barefoot even in bathroom. Our room had a new tub, we walked by a stack of new tubs as we checked in. The bed wasnt terrible but of course we felt the need to check for bugs. We didnt see any in the bed. Pillows were small. The balcony was sturdy under our feet but old rotted and unsafe with the cattle fencing bowing and easy to push out. Do not put your kids on these balconies. Im honesty surprised the city inspector has allowed this. Its a very sad situation as its obvious this hotel was probably one of the nicest, best places to stay 30 40 years ago. Owners should be ashamed. It looked like maybe they were trying to renovate a bit outside by the bar but with all the other obvious dirt, not from renovation, someone that cares about this place needs to be on site! If you are coming just to party and stay drunk you may be fine here. The pool looked nice. The hot tub was really neat looking but the chlorine smell was to strong to use. The sauna is big and beautiful and i would have loved to use these options if i was already disgusted. Again VERY SAD SITUATION. If owners cant afford to keep property in tack or at least pay to keep it clean they should sell! We absolutely paid too much for our room!

They are in the process of remodeling so some stuff is nice and some stuff is still old and very ran down. I say wait a month or two and then try it. The lobby is very pretty and the door man is amazing. Has a resort feel. New bathrooms.

The staff were all very friendly. Easy check in and check out. I would not however stay or recommend this hotel to anyone at this point. The hotel is VERY RUN DOWN, actually depressing! Musty smell upon entering the room. The sink was rusted big time at the overflow - disgusting trying to brush your teeth and see that. Bed was fairly comfortable. It’s a shame that the hotel is as run down as it is!

From check in to check out this hotel needs help. For over $240 a night I expect better. TV didnt work, they were unable to replace with a new 1 until next evening . Hotel bar was out of very basic items (tonic, tequila) and bartender had no idea how to make any basic cocktails. Hallways had extremely heavy marajuana smell. Music blaring from rooms nonstop. Woke up last morning to no electricity. More of a frat house then hotel.

I loved this hotel the stay was great with the price , a lil outdated but its is being remodel so cant wait to see the updates, close to a lot of stores great location about 10 mins from the strip will forsure stay again. Staff was so nice and caring!

Stains on bed sheets, room smelled like old spice, hair on bathroom floor, sliding patio door doesn't lock, doors and hardware are falling apart, and if you have a dog that might bark - because that is what dogs do - if one person (who is probably not a dog person) complains, they will threaten to evict you and charge a $75 nuisance fee. They claim to be pet friendly but are not - only if you make sure your dogs don't bark.

The only issues I had with my stay here was the tv in my room only had one channel to watch. The room my kid stayed in their tv never worked and the office never sent someone to fix it. They didn't offer complimentary breakfast neither. They do provide a breakfast buffet on Saturdays and Sundays for 13 dollars a person. So if you're not a big eater that's 13 dollars for one plate.

This was a last minute decision hotel that we found on Hotels.com. The hot tub was very nice and relaxing, the outdoor pool was very clean, the staff was amazing and it was overall a good trip. Money friendly as well. The view of the lake was super enjoyable.

I wasn't sure what I was getting into here and was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted at the door and the door well held everytime I came and left. The check in/check out process was very quick, easy, and smooth. The lobby and pool areas are absolutely beaitiful. The resort was under construction during my stay but they were very respectful of quiet hours and privacy. I absolutely recommend and will be staying here again!

Quiet and convenient

Bed was not comfortable. Coffee pot did not work. Bathroom fan was extremely loud and that was connected to the main light in the bathroom. Staff was awesome 110%!! Lobby very nice. Rooms were clean but need to be updated a little more and still smelled of cigarette smoke. Overall good for the price.
