Very good stay, in particular the morning fitness classes with Beat and his team were excellent and a great start to the day. All of the stay were friendly and a good location. Even though on a steep hill, the hotel shuttle bus was prompt so there was no issues with this. Only draw back is no evening entertainment and the V bar very quiet so had to venture out every evening.

The staff were amazing, we stayed for 9 nights, hotel is a little tired. The first room we were put in was dated and near the road, We requested to be moved and fortunately we were able to move up the hill, great view, no noise. Room was ok, not the best but certainly not the worst. Clean and tidy, pools were nice and all staff made us feel welcome.

Nice hotel with great views. Very friendly and helpful staff. Traffic noise throughout the day spoiled the peaceful setting. Overall the hotel is a little tired and needs a revamp.

Location was very close to patong beach just 2 minutes which was a great thing, they have shuttle car to transfer you from inside to outside or outside to inside the hotel as the hotel is on high level area. The trips organisers team was really nice and helpful. For family rooms with bunkbeds they need to assign the view in the web side because they gave us a very bad room at the beginning and changed it after many complaints Breakfast was poor. Reception team need to be more supportive specially during check-in as many people are coming from far distance with long flight.

Nice hotel, great staff apart from one grumpy receptionist. Nice pools. Very close to everything Patong has to offer. I’d just say to be careful crossing the road outside the hotel - traffic does not stop for pedestrians on the crosswalk.

Large room with a great view of the ocean. Wonderful complimentary shuttle service to bottom of the resort and to the new mall ( Jungceylon Mall ). Staff are very professional and courteous. Room is spotless albeit a bit dated. Breakfast can be improved with better quality and variety. Great value for the rate I paid for my ocean view room.

Novotel Phuket Resort Patong was a lovely resort overall. Very friendly and polite staff, who assisted us with tour bookings and other queries we had during our short stay. Breakfast buffet was wonderful with plenty to choose from and catered for all nationalities. It can do with some facility updates as it's 4-star rating. We would recommend the resort to family or friends if visiting Phuket. We wish the staff all the best for the future and thank them for their hospitality.

I spent 9 days w 9yr old daughter. ALL staff was amazing,helpful, welcoming. None had an attitude. Always had a smile. Food Delicious!! Rooms/Areas Clean! Views Amazing Spa/Gym/Daycare/activities Location 3 min walk to beach Would recomend and come again Thank You for hospotality!

Hotel facilities flawless. All staff in every department were extremely helpful and friendly. Private pool access is convenient and enjoyable. But the room only deserves 4 stars as the bathroom design is very old. The shower in bathtub feature is inconvenient for middle age people like us with bad knees. Shower sliding door served as a shower curtain not far enough to avoid excess amount of water leaking out seeping to the bathroom floor, wetting the floor can be quite slippery to get out of the bathtub when not careful. Bathroom needs a renovation.

I enjoyed my stay, staff was great and helpful, location was good, you could walk to the beach or grab a tuktuk into town for cheap. Food was decent and having 3 pools was a great option as I was with my granddaughter and she enjoyed them all! The breakfast buffet had lots of options to enjoy and I didn’t get bored with it. I would recommend this hotel!

The property sits just across the road from a small, secluded beach area with a beach club right next to it. And just on the other side of the club there are plenty of delicious street food vendors lining the beach, where the average price of a meal is 100 baht (roughly $3 USD). Just about a 15 minute walk down the beach will find you at the famous nightlife area, Bangla Road of Patong Beach. The property itself is gorgeous and very clean. The views from the lobby, bar, restaurant and ocean view suites is to die for, but if you go during the high season (Dec - Feb) then i would highly recommend the pool access suites as the temperature and humidity will both likely be in the 90's.
