Booked this hotel as close to where I needed to be for work, the restaurant was closed on the Sunday evening I arrived. I booked as it has a sauna which costs 80euros to use!! There is nothing close by (shops, restaurants) so would give this hotel a miss.

Only stopped for 2 nights to see Verona this was definitely enough time. The hotel was clean, modern and professional. Felt like a Hilton compared to all our other stays definitely recommend if you want the more corporate hotel feel rather than the b&b type we stayed in the rest of our trips.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Hotel Leopardi.The staff is very professional and friendly,the rooms are amazing, huge and comfortable, the breakfast is very good and has cooked and continental options, free car park is a plus too, near the airport and all the main attractions.Highly recommended!Grazzie

Spent 4 nights at the Hotel Leopardi, room was a good size and very clean with daily housekeeping. Nice bathroom, big TV in the room. Buffet style breakfast in the morning which could have been better but service was great and would definitely stay again. Very close to the airport also.

The service at the reception is very helpfull. Breakfast is ok, furniture is a bit old but the room was big and clean. Good value for the money.

Really nice hotel, definitely recommend. Excellent service, really good breakfast, friendly staff. Only two thing i was disappointed was not kettle in the rooms and when I ask staff members for an iron was the same, they don’t provide iron but you can paid for the item for the them to iron for you

A very nice facility for the price, but not very conveniently located. The bar is nice. The restaurant is good food. Service was very friendly. The morning breakfast is worth the price. Make sure you drink bottled water, though, and the bed is extremely hard.

Clean large rooms, recently decorated, compared to other colleagues who stayed in different hotels, my choice was the right one. Centre of town is 3 km away, easily reached by car, free parking in the hotel was a great bonus. The only criticism is that I asked for an iron and ironing board, just to press my shirts after being packed in the suitcase, paid 8 euros per shirt and they came back looking more less as they were when I gave them in.

The staff was excellent, very helpful and attentive. There were some things that showed the hotel was a bit run down: stained hallway carpet, faded wallpaper, cracked paint. Overall the room was clean and quiet. The shower pressure was good. The morning breakfast was good, many options hot and cold. I would recommend this stay!

The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because i booked a suite with a hot tub. When I arrived i was told the room wasn't available . So i paid more money for a room I didn't get. Now they did offer a spa treatment, which did work for us as we were on a schedule. I will be back to this hotel again in the coming months. I will book the same. Lets see what happens .

A very nice and convenient hotel in Verona. The room was very spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location close to the city-center is perfectly walkable.

Welcomed nicely when we arrived snd we were given helpful information during our stay. The man in the breakfast area was particularly helpful. We used the spa and , whilst enjoyable we would suggest adding an option of relaxing music and a handrail for getting into the hot tub. You could consider offering electric bikes with advertising for you hotel. There was some noise outside the room at night from noisey patron.

The spa and facilities were lovely however the poor location to the town and the rude and unhelpful staff both on reception and in the restaurant ruined our stay. The dinner was over priced and disgusting. Parts were too hot or overcooked which burnt my daughters mouth as potatoes had been done in a microwave We were not offered drinks menu Had to ask twice Bread and rolls were stale I paid 93 euros for the most revolting meal in our weeks stay in Italy so feel free to refund me

Nothing. It was horrible. Room was hot. Management was rude and made gestures about us. A family emergency forced us to leave early and they were very unkind about the matter. Gave no allowances for future nights. Would never, ever stay there again and would not recommend for anyone. They even turned us away from their dining area and said they were too busy to supply room service.

The hotel is just outside of the center, convenient to walk (about 20 minutes) or ride a few stops on the bus to the center. Free parking and breakfast was included in the reservation, but the spa unfortunately was now )) The room is very clean and comfortable, good bathroom and shower.
