Although under renovation, very nice and clean hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Thank you, Beth, for making us comfortable.

This hotel had some major construction going on inside the hotel. They’re renovating the hotel rooms and hallways. They did give a disclaimer about the construction when I checked in. I was supposed to have 2 queen sized beds, but instead had 2 full size beds. It took them hours to deliver extra towels to room. I asked them to clean our room in between our stay, and they forgot.

Not awesome, will not return. In all fairness, I’ll do a pros & cons list. There were 4 of us: 2 adults, 2 children. Pros: Front entrance is pretty & smelled nice. Front desk staff were friendly. Cons: Shuttle ends at 10pm (even if you call 24 hours prior to check in). So, if you have a late flight, you’ll need to get an Uber - even if you were told by the hotel that the shuttle would be running for your late arrival). We checked in around 12:30am & the process was difficult and lengthy. There were issues with the computer - they had our reservation but the system wouldn’t process it. Our room key didn’t work after 3 tries & an assist from a staff person. We ended moving rooms and didn’t get into our room until 2am. Then, to our surprise, they are doing renovations so we got to experience hammering at 9am. Housekeeping knocked on the door shortly after. We requested 2 queen beds but after the room fiasco, we were given 2 full size beds. Overall, the hotel (other than the front desk) is run down and frankly, gross. The walls are thin, you can hear above you and beside you. There was trash in the hallways on the floor, random stains throughout. It needs a deep clean. Finally, our bathtub faucet dripped heavily throughout the night, which was annoying. However, they offered us complimentary water & a snack each for our troubles, so that was nice. We will stay elsewhere next time.

The hotel is undergoing Reno’s and for good reason the room was old looking and the beds were lumpy, poor water pressure The tv wouldn’t work so they replaced it Some type alarm was going off in the hall all night when we tried to call front desk they wouldn’t answer I stay at Hilton hotels all the time when traveling and never have problems but this one needs some work If they had said it was in Reno mode I would have went elsewhere

When I registered and they took my payment they said "Oh by the way, the water is not working and it would take a few hours to fix. I was on a business trip and had an important event to attend so water to bath was essential. No internet service and the hotel was under major renovations. I had to find another hotel.

Hotel needs renovations which they definitely were about to get started

Wish I could’ve enjoyed the pool more very nice area for the pool. Friendly workers great breakfast buffet will be back again! Handle any situation that I had.

Didn’t know property was under remodel until I arrived!! Was put on same floor as construction!

Signs were up that renovations are coming but I had a blinking light in my room all night - curtains wouldn't close so the parking lot lights shining in my room - elevators were dirty - rugs were dirty, overall poor aesthetics- first time experience of such conditions under the Hilton brand

Pedro at the front desk was friendly and efficient. The room was nice, but bed was hard and coffee in the room was terrible. My biggest complaint is about the breakfast. I paid extra to have it included (as it is NOT complimentary.) I went into the area to get my food. The staff person didn’t speak to me at all, just stared. After I finished filling my plate he comes up to me to say that the breakfast costs $12 something as he mumbled. I told him I already paid and he asked for my room number. They were out of cooked potatoes and coffee, pastry was old. Meanwhile, the guy just stood there. The breakfast wasn’t worth even $10. Then a young woman comes up and he tells her the same after she gets food. She keeps giving excuses as she hasn’t prepaid. He said that’s ok, never mind. I just turned around and stared at him. Obviously, some people don’t need to pay for breakfast. The morning front desk clerk didn’t greet me, and or ask how the stay was. Only said thank you when I returned the key and didn’t offer a receipt. Someone needs to give the staff more training on customer service.

Great location, they provide shuttle service from Sanford airport to hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Good overnight lodging to cruise port by Uber the next day.

Nice clean hotel, good soundproof windows. Even though our room was facing a freeway, we didn’t hear anything. Easy parking. One small issue- water in the shower head was dripping after facets were closed.

Hotel was clean and everything worked perfectly except the AC which didnt seem to cool properly.

The hotel room cost too much with all your amenities, like your breakfast and all your little extras they want to charge you for every little thing

Quiet and convenient this hotel was just perfect for our trip.

They canceled our room without notification to us or Expedia. At the same time I called the property at 8pm to advise of a late arrival and they never mentioned an issue with the room. Didnt really want to assist at solving problem until we insisted

Great Clean Quiet

Stay was ok. Seemed like none of the rooms had toilet paper. Not that I was worried about a break in but our door latch was hanging off and the door wasn’t aligned so you had to tackle it to get it open. Use your body weight to close it. Beds are good for one night but woke up the second day with a pretty stiff back. Breakfast was on point but the jury is still out on if I get charged for that

We only stayed one night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The swimming pool is outside the window and there was a lot of noise until about 9:30. I booked the room because they advertise an airport shuttle. I was very disappointed to learn, that their shuttle did not start until 7AM. I had to make other arrangements

The property itself is very nice and well maintained. The rooms are a little small, but very nice and updated. The beds were very comfortable as well. Our only complaint, like others have stated, is the staff is not friendly at all. Even housekeeping was unfriendly. They do not clean rooms everyday, so I asked one of the housekeepers in the hallway for some fresh towels and she was very put out by my request. While I liked the hotel and location, I might look elsewhere next time I was in town, just based on the unfriendly staff. It's a hotel, so to me hospitality should be first and foremost.

Comfortable stay, bit pricey.

Gabby- evening desk, was outstanding. A bit run down, but my shuttle driver shared renovations start April 1. I would stay again.

This property needs to be upgraded. I was in two rooms, both were nasty. The 2nd room's bath tube was flaking, not just a spot but the entire tub. The Staff was great, and the bar/food was very good. I was surprised by the ratings listed; this is not a clean place.
