This hotel gave us a great, comfortable & relaxing start to our trip. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The rom was very modern/chic and bed & pillows VERY comfortable.
Also, the cost for overnight parking is reasonable. Shuttle was a huge plus! We’d stay here again if e fly from Manchester.

I had a room that overlooked the generators. I had a climate control system that sounded like a jet engine. They did comp first number. I was so tired next day I left for another hotel in the afternoon. They can keep the nights stay. Been staying at Courtyards and others across Marriott chain for 25 years and this was by far the worst.

Our fridge didn’t work. All our food we brought for the weekend spoiled !

Clean room, updated facility. Convenient location to nearby restaurants and downtown venues. Staff is Very friendly. Bartender is very personable. Would be nice to have more food options on-site.

It's a beautiful property and a lovely place to stay after a long day of traveling. The only thing we didn't like was being charged for parking. (I don't think we were told in advance, but I am not positive.) That said, it was our favorite place we stayed on this trip.

The amenities that were included in the description of the hotel were false. or at a minimum misleading. First, they do not have a jacuzzi--they filled it in years ago. They do not have a restaurant, they have a a Starbucks that is open minimal hours and there bar consists of 4 bar stools.

My room didn’t have heat all night. The woman at the front desk said that several rooms had an issue with the heat. It was a very cold night

So close to the airport and made it so convenient to fly out before the crack of dawn.

The hotel itself was average. Not bad, not terrible. We were there for 3 nights and we didn’t get any type of cleaning done at all to our room. I called every night and they said they come every other day. Well they never came at all. I had to call for towels every night. One of the nights, they couldn’t even bring us the towels. We had to go down there and get them ourselves. I did like that the hotel room ac worked well. The room was also nice. The front desk guy when we checked in was very friendly. They said they were short staffed so hopefully they get that under control. I would probably stay here again if I could get my room cleaned at least once during my stay.

the room was old and not updated. bathroom needs to be remolded because bathtub had bad crack on wall and tub was stained. reserved a king bed but it was the size of a queen. could hear thru the walls and neighbor keeped us awake. had to pay for breakfast at a very hefty price. no coffee in the lobby for patrons. Never stay there or any marriott again.

Recent one night stay that included unclean room (trash in trash can, hair on bathroom floor, spider climbing up wall while brushing my teeth), noisy guests, additional fees, and poor customer service including being hung up on 2x by guest services. Avoid this hotel.

This property is in desperate need of housekeepers. Our room was never cleaned or freshened up while we were there.

Adjoining room with chirping smoke detector. Front desk offered to move us but she is up front by her self. water coming from sink faucet doesn’t shut off, 2 towels for four people, no body wash in the shower etc. I don’t normally care, after a long day of traveling, just not the ending we enjoy.

I liked they had a 5 day promotional per night discount. I did not like that they did not have breakfast included for the price in comparison to other hotels. The water quality in shower seemed subpar with mineral buildup and my skin reacted. just me not my wife. there were no bags in the garbage in the room and they were small. Room service at the time was every other day and then when we did talk to an attendent sadly it was not english so it was difficult to communicate, but our request was fulfilled. I liked where it was in Manchester. the 5 dollar parking fee is very odd but during time I went it still was cheaper with the promotional 5 day stay. room was clean and bed was good.

Room and location was satisfactory. We liked the small fridge and microwave in the room. Stayed at a place in CT that more expensive and no mini fridge in the room.
Room was next to the street so it was a little loud but not nearly as loud as the dog barking across the hall for FOUR hours!!! Keep your damn dogs in a kennel if you’re not going to take care of them. Complained and they sent someone up but the dog kept barking and said they’d talk to the tenants. Meanwhile all the rest of us have to listen to your darn animals and ruin our trips. Others shouldn’t need to suffer to accommodate one. A discount should be provided to everyone on the 3rd floor that day. Y’all got some additional money for having a pet on the property. Do the right thing.

All the staff at the front desk were warm, friendly and inviting. The young woman who checked us in (whose name I didn’t get unfortunately ) was full of helpful advice and information. From selecting our room to which airport shuttle time would probably be best and what food would be available at the bar. Room was clean and inviting cool, but not too cold on this warm day. Property is quiet despite being two turns off the highway . Shuttle driver was friendly and helpful.Would definitely recommend to someone else for an early departure at the airport.
