Hands down grossest place I’ve ever seen in my life, I left immediately and can’t get a refund bc I didn’t tell front desk, I had my one year old with me and was not going to let him hang out in this unsanitary place longer than he had too, I had to make immediate accommodations due to the poor conditions of this hotel and it’s a shame I had to be penalized for putting my family in front of a disgusting corporation. There were also at least 3 smoke detectors going off for a new battery change, I have footage walking down the hallway where you can hear it, but am unable to upload it. Most disgusting place I have ever seen, i pray they get shut down, I have called the health and fire department regarding the issues. Ryan is the manager and fails to maintain these declining maintenance, which should be of regular concern. It is obvious that the manager and workers do not care for this property.

My son wanted to sleep in the car. Stains on the couch, bathroom door off a hinge, mold all over the wall and ceiling in the bathroom, bed and pillows were hard, bed had a broken dip in the middle, low water pressure, bugs crawling to what must have been a hole in the wall behind the cork board, dust buildup in the corners so not properly cleaned, full size fridge was clean though

GFI circuit was non-functional and wasn't fixed when requested. Only one waste basket in entire suite. No low-level cleaning was done after first night. There was no ice available in entire motel.

Overall, a pretty dirty hotel. Elevator needed cleaning inside and the handprints all over the metal elevator doors really could have been polished off. In the room there were little white specks all over the floor that needed to be swept. There were stains on some of the fixtures. The sink was cracked and bonded back together with some off-color bonding. The iron had two holes at its base, so when I didn't see the holes, filled the iron with water, and went to use it, the water came pouring out all over the place and I could not get any steam. The lights, both overhead and lamps, were all bright fluorescent (or LED) white lighting so there was zero atmosphere. It was lit like a bus station restroom. One of the lamp shades by the bed was so crooked it looked like it was nearly off. (That last thing is pretty minor, I admit.)
I can count on one hand the number of hotels that I have been a little squeamish about sleeping on the bed. Add this one to the list.
I only encountered one staff: the front desk person. I had to wait about seven or eight minutes before she showed up. She was friendly enough.
This is the first time I have ever reviewed a hotel online. That should tell you that I felt strongly enough about this one to actually write this.

They didn't have a room for me after accepting a reservation!

Arrived and was told that they had been sold out for over 2 weeks. I don't know why Hotel.com let me book and prepay but fortunately my money was refunded. I arrived late after working 3 hours away from home and just wanted to shower and sleep, instead I had to drive home.

we arrived and was promptly told that they had no more rooms and that our reservation didn’t matter. we drove 4 hours to this hotel for an early morning surgery. we were left scrambling to find a place and didn’t find one until almost midnight and it put us hours away from the hospital that the surgery was scheduled in. The staff was just like oh well. nothing we can do. They have over sold us. But yet the entire time we were looking the hotel kept coming in search as having rooms available.

We stayed here because it was close to family members and not knowing the area thought it looked like a good choice. The room had a fridge that did not work, hot plate, microwave, mini kitchenette but no cutlery, pots, dishes, etc. as you have to ask for them because of sanitary conditions, no mention of this at check-in but these were thankfully not required. Someone had tidied the room and changed the linen and towels and the bathroom and kitchen had also been cleaned to a point but the room had an old carpet in the living space and it was burnt and had not seen a vacuum in awhile, there were crumbs on the coffee table and desk. There were no light bulbs in a couple of the lamps. It appears that some people may live there on a temporary basis and also a hub for construction workers as well. Nothing really around this area as mostly a commercial area but a good restaurant around the corner "Owen O'Learys" food was good and priced reasonably. Breakfast was coffee, tea or coco, granola bars, oatmeal and muffins.
Ran out of everything by 8:15 and it was to be available until 9:00. The receptionist was cheery and pleasant. Okay stay for a night!

The plumbing in the bathroom was terrible!!! The tub would not drain while we showered! The sink would not drain at all. I guess because the toilet flushed we should have been happy. THE ROOM #323 should not be allowed to be rented unless plumbing is repaired.

Room was dirty, smelt like cigarettes. Bathroom had hair balls all over the floor. Wash cloths had dust on them. Only one plastic cup was left at our bathroom sink, two wrappers were hidden underneath it. The room was definitely not thoroughly cleaned.

We were only there for about 9 hours. It was comfortable and clean. Our only issue was that the lavatory drain was painfully slow, couldn’t wash up easily because the sink filled up quickly with used water. It’s unsanitary! We reported it to the front desk upon checkout, and did receive an apology. She did fill out a maintenance form to rectify the issue.

The only thing that was positive about this experience was the nice lady at the counter. We entered our room, and it was absolutely disgusting. The mattress to the couch had blood all over it, almost like someone had been doing some serious drugs on it. The floors had not been swept let alone washed. There was Mildew all over the shower. The toilet was brown. There were Pills of some sort in the drawer. A homeless guy was cooking on the outside grill. This place needs to be completely shut down and redone or CLOSED. Noone should have to stay a night in a place like this, especially for the 300.00 a night they were charging that day. We could not stay there, and they didn't have another room available, therefore we had to continue on back to North Carolina!!! WITH NO REST AT ALL. I did get a refund, but it was at a cost of use having to drive through the night home. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE.

Booked a 10 night stay and left after one night. Although we only stayed one night I was charged. a 3 night stay.

***DO NOT STAY.***Cought 2 cockroach. I do not recommend for family with kids. I felt unsafe With my wife and 2 kids. Thank God styaed only one night. I caught 2 cockroach. We were 4, only 3 pillow. I askes the front desk, no pillows and only one extra blanket was given. AC was making loud noice, sink was clogged and toilet was flushing very slow. Strong smoking smell. I saw people smoking weed by the entrance. I believe secion 8 people are living in many of the rooms. Do not expect hot breakfast, only coffee and store muffins with granola bars. Dogs barking, people screaming in rooms. Another mother was in nearby extended stay with a daughter, she asked for refund when she saw the conditions but was denied. It felt really unsafe. Never again staying. Only good thing is the asian girl working on front desk, she tried to help us alot but there were things beyond her pay scale. Reqlly bad business.

Property is in need of repairs, toilet was leaking on the floor, part of the sides of the sink were hanging off, all metal pieces (drains, etc) were rusty, doors entering in the building aren't updated and are somewhat difficult for wheelchair access. There were roaches in the room and hallway. Room had not been cleaned well before we came in. Handicapped ramp is not accessible for my wheelchair as there is a pretty big gap between the parking lot and the sidewalk/ramp area which my wheelchair wheels kept getting stuck in requiring my boyfriend to physically lift the chair out of. We were told we would be in a wheelchair accessible room with a roll in shower with a bench but they ended up putting us in a different room with a tub so I was unable to have the shower I so desperately looked forward to. In the morning the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate into the pouring rain out front. The front desk staff was super helpful, friendly, and refu ded our stay and assured us the room would be closed and the roaches would get treated but I have never had such a disappointing experience at a hotel before.
