WORST STAY EVER! PLEASE don’t waste your money by staying here. Front desk staff are RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, USELESS, EXPRESSIONLESS. Our room bathroom was in used condition when we checked in, we called the housekeeping and front desk 5 times but no one came to clean it, we waited till 2.30AM, we ended up cleaning it finally. We will be filing the complaint to health department to address this. We booked non smoking room but when we checked in we were told room is not available. We got 1 king bed and rolling bed instead. Rolling bed was just kept as is in our room and was not set up. We girls had to move the heavy furniture and set up the HEAVY rolling bed. We were CHEATED by this property. Also, The Pool is not included in stay, you have to pay $38 for that, it’s RUDICULOUS. It was waste of our money and this property spoiled our vacation. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this property if you really need to enjoy Atlantic city.

Excellent customer service during check in. She accommodated my request because of my husband’s disability. Check out is at 11am but we had house keeper come knocking on the door at 9:25am… to clean room. Woke us up. ALSO, Shampoo conditioner and body wash in shower all empty. Apparently not checked daily by house keeper.

Stay was not great. Rooms were not renovated or too old. There is no trash bin inside the room.

Wound up having several issues with the room. There was something going on with the water that needed to be fixed. There was an issue with the HVAC that needed to be fixed. There was weed smoke coming through the vents, this was never addressed despite the fact that I made 2 calls to the front desk.

This day was okay there was a couple of things that I didn't know about the property that they don't do room service unless you request it. And you wanted a thicker comforter on the bed. Other than that everything else was fine limited channels on the TV.

The first room assigned to us was in the Coastal Tower. Upon walking in the room, it smelled like cigarettes and smoke. I went down to Guest Services who was very nice and accommodating. They gave us a room in the Bayview Tower. The room did not smell like smoke. So, this was a relief. However, there was rust everywhere and on almost everything...the bathroom vanity, the bed rests, the desks. It was absolutely disgusting. Of course I cleaned with some Lysol wipes as I always do. But every surface was very dirty. Also, there was hair on the bedroom linens. YUCK!

we booked a king room, they only had double queen bed available. the room was not cleaned properly. blood stains on the carpet. hair in the sheets. hair balls on the floor.

I checked and the room was dirty. They sent me to another room that was dirty. The thurd room was clean. Service was not bad . The hotel needs to worn people of the dirty rooms in the coastal waters tower.

Awful check-in experience, room wasn't ready at 2pm. Came back 6 hours later and it still wasn't ready. Self service kiosks didn't work so had to stand in line for another hour just to get a lesser room (2 Queens instead of King which I booked).

Half of the restaurants were closed. I put in a request two times for housekeeping and they never came. The person I spoke to at the front desk was rude. I will never book another trip at Harrahs.

Got to the hotel and was told my room wasn’t available. Wasn’t accommodated for me having to get 2 twin beds instead of a king size bed. Very frustrating when with significant other. Showers was a chore as the rooms they put us in didnt have a way to close the shower and now the whole bathroom floor is wet.

The hotel was clean and had a nice ambiance, however when you book the hotel it doesn't say anything about the limited pool hours. once you book they then send you an email to let you know. I tried calling multiple times to see if they can offer a late check out so we can use the pool but was only allowed to do that at an additional $20 per hour and an additional fee to enter the pool. So we had to spend an additional $150 just to use the pool.

Check in was slow. I was given room 1529 in the coastal tower. Carpet was stained. See pic. I immediately went back to the front desk for room change. Waited over 30mins in the line .no apology from front desk. They all had sad faces. Not welcoming at all. At 12:32am , on my way to the second room 1433 in the same tower. Damage furniture. See pics. Did not get enough sleep and wasted my time and money

This is a beautiful spacious room! I really enjoyed this stay! Quiet and the view is amazing!!! Love it and I would recommend staying here! Short stay for me but relaxing.

I was placed in a room other than what I paid for, I requested room service for the bedding to be changed the staff said that she wasn’t assigned to my room so ask the front desk which I did, and it still never got done nor was I placed in the correct room the following day and they said they would do.

My room key was not authorized for parking access and the pool should close a little bit later. 8-5pm and a weekday is not conducive to people staying there but working. Maybe 7pm

Staff was friendly but would NEVER stay again. I was super disappointed that pool closed at 6pm!!! Which was a major factor in my stay in AC. Arrived to my room and had a fridge full of food from the prior guest. Hallways are poorly lit and the entire hotel had a kinda nasty smell. Def wouldn’t recommend it unless u just wanna gamble all night and not sleep. Def priced way too high for what you get.

We had a great time. The uo-grade on the room was wonderful, we are looking forward to our return trip. Have the plumber check the bathroom sink and for sure more glasses/ cup are needed in the room

We really loved Harrah's- the room was huge, the casino was fun, and there was a lot to see and do. The food options weren't great, we went to another casino nearby for better restaurant options... but would definitely go back to Harrah's to stay.

Terrible check in experience. Kiosks didn’t work. Only 2 people at desk at 9 pm. Dirty sheets in hallway. Front desk double booked my room and people tried to get in. HORRIBLE STAY. WILL NEVER STAY AT A CAESARS PROPERTY

The casino was a choice for price, not because we are gamblers. We were wanting to stay in Atlantic City. The check in kiosk did not work and there were an inadequate number of staff given the volume of guests. While I realize it is after the summer rush, the hotel is well aware of the volume of people coming based on reservations made. We never allow bell staff to manage our bags due to long downtime and our needs for medications stored in a cooler we were not allowed to bring to our room. All this for a tip? Really? Not to mention the lack of open dining services which is misrepresented on the website.

Had a great stay. All the staff we had contact with were very accommodating. The servings at the restaurants were delicious and plentiful. Got a couples massage at the spa and will be doing that again.

The hotel was 5 stars. The casino table games staff were extremely rude. Not 1 staff 3 of them. Absolutely ridiculous! It was unfortunate we loved the hotel, staff were excellent, valet excellent, restaurant staff excellent and store staff were also excellent. Lots of shops, Starbucks , arcade, pool and restaurants. We gambled elsewhere.
