The room down the hall had a party that included substances that you could potently smell down the hall. Not only was it loud, but smelled awful. The lobby heavily smelled like weed and made my group have a headache and feel ill.

First room smelled like stale smoke, had a broken deadbolt lock, and no phone. Second room had beer bottles next to the bed, sticky substance all over nightstand, oily residue and stains all over the arm chair, and weird substance on the tile floor just inside the door. There was a man with a stack of key-cards who was trying every door. When I told the front desk, they assured me he worked there (he didn’t) and when I clarified that he wasn’t the painter, as they had assumed, the front desk told me the man was mentally ill and did strange things often.

There was no ice available on the property and the refrigerator did not have a control knob. We were not made aware of that at check-in. We were told by the housekeeping staff that the Wawa up the street had all the free ice we wanted.

A lot of broken things. Room was dirty. Looks like the bathroom had not been cleaned what so ever. There was dead bugs on the floor.

Trash in the floor. Bathroom light switch cover, MISSING 25% of the cover and the wires showing. Major OSHA concern. Buffet breakfast 6AM-9AM. Even at 6:45 we could not make waffles or get juice. Did not take a bath; there was no Hot Water. Ran water for 20 minutes, still cold. So, we left.

Went to check out, had to wait because no one was there. I had to call the hotel to get someone to come to the front. As soon as the phone started ringing, someone busted out of the back door

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was not well cleaned. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom and there was a plunger left in there. The toilet water was shut off when we got in the room. When we cut on the toilet water it ran and the vavle leaked.

The carpet smelled. The tub was filthy! There was paint peeling off the walls and falling onto the floor. The free breakfast was a joke! Frozen sandwiches, granola bars, and some oatmeal.

Positive: Beds comfortable. Fridge clean. Toilet, sink, tub clean. Check-in good. Convenient location/close to I264. A/C worked well.
Negative: Carpet stained. Drapes dirty and stained. Chair stained. Desk chair broken. Dirt on walls (liked like something had dripped down the walls). Dirt on bathroom walls. Non-stop mat in tub peeling up. Bad odor in room. Breakfast bad/limited (waffle machine, microwaveable sandwich, oatmeal packets, packaged muffins, yogurt). TV glitchy. Dryer out of service. Pool closed (due to Hurricane/Tropical storm)--didnt open it even after 4 days post storm.
Would NOT stay here again.

It’s a good place to stay in a not so great location

Upon checking in no one at the front desk. Stood there for about 10-15 minutes even called the number and kept getting hung up on. Finally the guy I saw walking in sitting on the bench comes in and guess what he was the employee who should have been at the desk. Next finally get checked in go to the room and could not even get in the room. Go back downstairs he sends me to another room and the bed was messed up. Went back to front desk he send me to another room once you walked in you could smell the mildew growing in there. Head back to front desk and we still him to just clean the room that the bed was messed up. He goes to the room we watch him go in and he comes out 2 minutes later and says it’s ready REALLY so all you did was go in there and fix the bed. So they finally took us around to find a room we picked one but the tub was dirty and it did not smell great. It was late we had been on the road for 11 hrs so we were exhausted. We decided to go get some disinfectant and cleaning supplies and candles and made it work. We did not plan on spending slot of time in the room. The area was infested with homeless people not to safe.

The carpet is very old and dirty. Mattress is also ancient, soft like Tofu and you can even feel the spring coming out from the surface.

Upon arrival customer service was poor. The room that we originally received had EXTREMELY dirty sheets. And looked as if they were never changed on the other. When asked for new sheets it took over an hour before we got a response (we went to the counter). He said someone would be coming yet no one came. After the 4th time of asking we were told there was no house keeping on staff. I asked for sheets to change myself and this took another 30 minutes. He switched out room twice. In the second room we were told the lights didn’t work as he walked in thw room and turned the lights on… assuming the sheets were STILL dirty. He then assigned us to another room and took an extra 30 minutes to give us new sheets. He took me to the laundry room and told me “all sheets we have are clean” yet we were given a room that was previously slept in, and UNSANITARY. The tv also then didn’t work. Things were missing. Furniture was chipped. And the “complimentary” breakfast is terrible. It is not a sensible breakfast. Overall I was EXTREMELY unhappy with my stay. I had to give other visitors a heads up about the room conditions. The second room we were pair to after being told we could not stay.. he gave to someone else while I was still standing there. I was disgusted because he knew the stature of the room once he looked at it HIMSELF. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The rooms need updates. The mattress is lumpy and uncomfortable. The air conditioner in my room made loud noises all day and night. The carpets need to be cleaned. The rooms are cleaned enough to look clean. It has potential but it’s looks like the people that manage the place aren’t diligent in making sure things are up to a GOOD standard at least.There was leftover spaghetti in the microwave…….I never used the microwave my whole stay. I came for a family emergency and needed to be there a week. I wanted to wash clothes but the washing machines were in horrible condition and would’ve made my clothes dirtier. I had to clean the room myself to fill comfortable and I still was itchy after staying there. They need to work on the rooms and the leak in the main hallway.

This hotel was under construction and we were placed in a room that had a broken door, broken furniture and many other things. The stains on the carpet and furniture made it so I would not take off my shoes nor sit on the chair. Aweful.

Room 214 has a bad toilet and when the toilet was clogged after the first use. Instead of sending maintenance, they tell me to keep using the plunger. I actually did use the plunger and then they tell me that the plumber will not be there until 11pm (we just checked in there at 8pm) so I basically could not use the bathroom. Their solution was to use the bathroom in another hotel room and sleep in our room (there were three of us). When we arrived both staff members were playing some type of game on their phones before they checked us into the hotel. We left this hotel there was no quality at this INN if I could give negative stars I would. This experience sucked

WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! DO NOTBWASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE!! stayed here with my daughter and her little girl and husband. My room was filthy, no smoke detector in the room. The AC made this loud rattlung noise and the toilet kept clogging that i had to use my daughters bathroom The staff was so rude and the whole building was run down and run down cars parked around the corner of the building with junk filled inside. I wish we wouldve just cancelled our stay and looked for somewhere else to stay at!!

If i could give this 0 stars i would. We frequently travel and stay at plenty of hotels and this one was by far the worst! Our stay was just a couple days or else we would've found another hotel to stay at. This place was completely false advertising! My mom booked a hotel room that was located across from me and my husbands. I dont know which room was worse. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the staff was rude and felt like we were inconveniencing them even though we were the only customers at the service desk at the time. The main lobby was filthy, dirty all along the floors. The pool they advertised was not functioning and closed. The ceiling was leaking and the gym ifnyou could call it that had a treadmjll and a couple other equipment in it. I found a trail to run on instead of working out in there. I asked the staff during check in about the fitness center and he just scoffed at me and said if you would call it a gym. Now to the rooms, both our room and my moms room were filthy!! Dirty and hair all over the corner of the floors!! Our room we found an old key card with what appeared to be a crushed up pill on it. They advertised a safe and no such thing existed. Our bathroom had a funky smell and the main light kept making a loud rattling noise. One of the other lights jn the bathroom was blown and the mini fridge was so dirty. Luckily i brought cleaning supplies and did their job for them and cleaned the place before we unpacked. We had our 4 year old daughter with us.

The stay ok this time around. The pool still isn’t will cleaned out and available to use so that sucked since the temperature was in the 90’s. There cable and wife was down the first night the front desk staff really wasn’t any help regarding that matter until I sent my husband down to change rooms thats when she told him it was down. There was a wife bearer behind the chair in my room. My daughter picked it up thinking it was her father’s.

I booked this hotel for the pool only to find out it was closed. The breakfast was low quality not offering options like other hotels for example, toast or having waffle makers. There was weird yellow stains on the side of the bed and on the tub.
