Great placed but they don’t enforce the 9pm quiet time in the atrium. So, at 1am I heard hooting and hollering from drunks and I was on the 7th floor…

This was a guys trip weekend. Great accommodations, killer breakfast buffet (!), workout facility and bar. Major construction nearby, but still convenient to lots of amenities on KY and OH sides of the river.

Great location, surrounding area was beautiful, easy to walk to lots of local dining options and parks. Hotel itself was very nice, clean with friendly staff.

Building is very old and has some disrepair. Walls in our room were deteriorating and they covered them up with wallpaper that barely adhered. The atrium overlook was closed the whole time and my young son asked one of the employees why as he really wanted to go inside. They told him it was under renovation...which it clearly was not at all. The pool was pretty run down with the pool floor and walls deteriorating and large chunks breaking off and laying on bottom of pool. Pool also had two large spiders in the bottom when we tried to swim one morning. The shower head in our room didn't work properly and the stream of water was but a trickle. The A/C in our room was not enough to cool the room either. It had to be set at 64 degrees to be able to keep the room at 70 which actually felt like 75. The location of the hotel is the only thing that we really enjoyed as it is close enough to everything without being downtown Cincinnati.

Room was great. Clean and comfortable. No ice machine was a bit of a bummer. Would not reccomend morning buffett/restaurant. A bit pricey for poor service and cold food two days in a row.

We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the River! Exceeded our expectations!! Room was so clean and comfortable!!! The staff was so kind from the moment we valeted our vehicle to checking in! The restaurant staff was so professional and we never had to wait long for anything with any of the staff! We have always stayed at the Hyatt in the past. That has now changed this is definitely going to be our go to hotel accommodations for future stays, and we stay in Cincinnati quite often!

The beds were comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and serviced well each day. Sasha at the front desk deserves recognition for her professionalism, courtesy, and extra effort to welcome guests. It has an effect on your stay to have staff that goes the extra mile. Was surprised that there was not a complimentary breakfast or coffee. The views were phenomenal and the facility was very nice.

If you’re looking for a place to stay while going to a Reds game, this is perfect!! You can walk across the Roebling Bridge and be there in 15 minutes. When we did it, there were dozens of people walking both ways, and it seemed entirely safe (and I’m very safety conscious.) My favorite things about this hotel, other than that convenience were the view (ask for a river view), the staff (all SO polite and helpful, especially Alyshia at check-in) and the breakfast. Lots of healthy options, which I so appreciate!

This is a great location, with friendly helpful staff. The rooms are sizeable and VERY clean. When i walked in the room I told my partner that the clean smell was inviting. There are a couple of small things that surprised me, like the bar/restaurant closing at 10pm and quiet hours after 9pm given its proximity to Cincinnati. And that even though they ask about cleaning the room, there are no hooks for reusing towels, but these things are so minor.

The property left me disappointed especially coming from a flagship Marriot location. I booked a riverfront balcony room which the view was amazing. I wish I could say the same for the room. Upon checking in the room I was there for a music festival, I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat before the concert, upon leaving the room I quicky notice my room door didn’t lock. You could literally push it open. Crunched for time I told staff about the problem and I told them I was pressed for time. The maintenance team showed up about 45 mins later and it took about another 45 minutes to an hour to fix the problem. The door wasn’t fixed to my satisfaction but I guess the door did latch and lock. The room itself looked like it could’ve used a touch up cleaning and the toilet paper holder was broken. There was a hole on the sheets in the bed, this just wasn’t the experience I was expecting, especially for a 700 dollar a night price point. No compensation offered, not even a voucher for dinner which the problem made me miss and I ended up missing one of my favorite artists since I couldn’t leave my room until the problem was fixed. No offer to move to another room either, highly disappointed to say the least!

Cheryl at check in was a delight!! She made sure you had all the information needed for your stay. Valet attendants were also very helpful and ready to assist you with checkin and loading and uploading. Beautiful skyline views of Cincinnati. Rooms were clean and comfortable as well. Only negative for me was the area leading down to the Riverfront at the rear of the hotel. This is also where all the dumpsters sit...so it wasnt real eye appealing or smelling.

My son, grandsons and I enjoyed our stay however, when I made my reservation the information provided to me stated that breakfast was included with the price of the stay. The shock to receive a bill for $54.

Elevators were super slow. Breakfast was very standard and cold. Didn’t have traditional tasters so it took forever to get any color in the bread for toast. Evening clerk asked us for room number and name to add waters and snacks onto our room. There was a clearly drunk guy hanging around talking to the clerk. Not welcome I am sure bet he should have been more discrete because then the drunk guy repeated our babe and room number and said he was going to have a blast on us by charging our room for his drinks.

Overall, it was a good trip. We had no complaints about the room itself but getting into the hotel is a bit difficult as the hotel does not have it's own parking garage and the closest garage was full. I was traveling with my grandchildren so we required a crib. The crib that was delivered didn't even have any type of mattress or padding for a child to sleep on. Fortunately, we were only staying one night.

The room was nice. The staff was friendly. There was something wrong with our wall outlet. So some of our devices did not charge fully over a 6 to 8 hour period. Aside from that everything was well.

Very nice place to stay. We enjoyed watching the Reds jumbo tron and fireworks on Friday night from our 15th floor room The maids did a great job cleaning up our room while we were out and keeping clean towels in our room. Only issue was the phone didnt work in our room when we were low on body wash. I had to look up the number to call the hotel. Please note you have to park in a garage or use valet. Can be expensive if you leave multiple times throughout your stay.
