Good place to stay near university. We went to football game to watch my alma mater beat SHSU. GO TOPS! Anyway, the hotel was nestled behind other buildings so kinda hard to see and get to at first. Located nicely near other restaurants. Good room, comfy, good wifi, really good breakfast, easy in and out. Please note the brown clerk girl needs to get better, quicker, and be more fluent in English.

Three things, I never had a warm shower. Two, my room smelled like curry. Three, travel as a woman on her own, the room had a suite door. I did not like that. I think the door was connrcted to management quarters because there were glow in the dark stars on the ceiling. The thing I hated the most was i had to go around a corner in a blind spot to get to my room. This was very uncomfortable due to late returns to and from the hospital.

Upon arrival, they did not have my reservations in the computer system that I had reserved through Hotels.com and then after booking a room on site, I have been charged for two nights stay twice. The front desk clerk upon arrival did not have 1 ounce of care that my reservation was not in the system and then she booked me another room even though I really did have a reservation. I had asked for downstairs due to hip mobility and a king size bed, and I got an upstairs room with two queens. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel.

King size bed but 4 of the smallest pillows I have ever seen. They were not even full standard pillows! The receptionist was kind but stated they had no other or extra pillows. Beyond that, it was a good stay.

A/Cs didn't work well had to transfer rooms and was told the new room was same price and a refund wasnt going to happen. The office staff wasn't very professional and didn't really want to help. Shower head sucked and was rusty carpet was disgusting. For the amount of money i spent i expected better could have went somewhere else for better accommodations. Absolutely dissatisfied and will not ever be back to that location and may have my company not use Best Western ever again.

The property is nice and clean I think the key to this place are the people . They helped us and took exceptional care of my family . Thank each and everyone at the property. They made us feel at home and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you again and when staying in Huntsville this is the best choice period.

My order was for a king bed room but when I checked in the host said hotels.com sent request for two queens. I showed her my confirmation but she did not provide what I ordered. When we entered the room I had to use the rest room so when washing my hands there were beard hairs in the sink. Very disappointed.

Jessica at the front desk was the most pleasant and helpful a person could ever ask for. The other's that work there, eh nothing special. Other than her, it's a hotel, it's nothing special, it's not disgusting or run down, it's not the best I've ever seen. It was quiet enough, clean enough, reasonably priced. If I'm ever back in town, I will stay there again no doubt

The overall experience was awful for the price and the condition of te motel in general. It is a motel not an inn and suites.

I loved how quiet it was. How chill the location was. The breakfast was good. The sheets were comfy, the room was pretty spacious.. the only thing i did not enjoy was the toilet had a few things that were weird like it would leak from behind where you sit down.. and the A/C didnt feel like it was at 60.. it felt a little more like at 68 ot even 70.. other than that, loved my stay.

DO NOT BOOK!
When we arrived to the property we immediately felt uneasy. The place looked very different from the pictures provided in the app. However we were tired and wanted to rest so we decided to check in.
First the checked us in into room 133. When we opened the door, the room was NOT CLEAN! Towels and linens all over the floor trash and other stuff that we didn’t even look at. We closed the door and went to the front desk to complain, they were nice but called the cleaning lady in front of us and scolded her (not nice). Then they switched us rooms and gave us the room right next door 134, when we opened the door the room was invaded by flies, honestly like around 16 of them. We complained again and the cleaning lady came back with a towel to kill them! She explained that it was because there was trash all over and she was not exaggerating, we literally had a trash bag full in front on the door. We decided to leave and get another hotel to stay for the night. No way we where going to stay there.
They didn’t want to reimburse us, but we created a complaint with Expedia and they are going to handle the reimbursement with the hotel.

Nice hotel. People above me were noisey and hung their wet clothes on the railing to dry off then they blew in the parking lot.

They dont have elevator but covered stairs access and within building u can use walking corridor. everyone who checks in want ground floor especially with luggage. but okay we fine, but no elevator and price $90 some per day we thought it is expensive. had 2 issues with hotel and we recorded into hotel log so they can take care for next visitor in that room. Front desk is very helpful and polite. I prefer technology has so much improved, why cant they have ac in auto temp mode depending upon heat and cold it will switch and keep fan on and auto option. fan has low, med and high - auto option would be great. have to go back to ac mutliple times to figure out the right temperature and possible options there. finally figured out in 6am how to get use it and then got good 2hr sleep. Need air to sleep well but need comfort temp to suid outside weather and inside room for proper rest. Rest all good, nice interior, beds, blankets, desk, outlets and new carpet. I think they should go $80 buck and not $100 that's way up.

I do not understand why we were put in a handicap room. I was looking forward to a nice warm soak in a tub. We couldn’t get into the room when we checked in because they were still cleaning rooms. I was told check-in was at noon and check-out was also noon. Strange.

We were very disappointed with our stay. There was a slight unpleasant odor in the lobby. The pictures are misleading of the room we chose. Our windows and microwave were dirty. There was no tub only a shower with nothing separating it from the sink and toilet so water covered the entire bathroom floor. During my shower an alarm sounded and my husband came to tell me our ceiling was leaking directly over the bed from the overhead sprinkler system. So obviously the plumbing is bad. Needless to say we checked out a day early and went to a different hotel altogether. I will not stay here again.

I parked my handicapped vehicle in a handicapped spot. I did not see on the passenger side that they had a rack for some reason about the height of my tires. They claimed I hit it, which I did not realize if I did. They waited until my stay was over and I was back home to charge my credit card without my approval for the said damage instead of notifying me while I was still on the property. Obviously I would have rather use my auto insurance then be charged 100s of dollars for something that I did not see and did not even belong in a parking lot.

We stayed for two nights to be near family. The rooms are accessed from the outside which I don’t prefer but nothing about that on the website description. Breakfast was ok and ran out of eggs and gravy so that was disappointing. The room was clean, but as I was sitting in my room in the afternoon after our room had already been visited by the maid service, one of the maids put her face right up to the window to look in. I did not appreciate tha invasion of privacy. Just not impressed overall with the stay here.
