The condition of the hotel is horrible. The pool is green and old. They are remodeling but it’s horrible remodel by obvious non professionals. It needs a total revamp. For the price we should have stayed somewhere else. The front desk person was accommodating and helpful. The hotel just gives me the ick. Fridge in room didn’t work and neither did the blow dryer.

Would never stay here again. Where do I begin…The sheets were on inside out with makeup stains on the other side. Super springy mattresses. The ice maker had black mold growing in it. The room door wouldn’t shut and had to be slammed to close, the deadbolt was broken and didn’t latch properly. The room was dirty from the carpet to the bathroom floor. The people at the front desk must not have spoke English, as they just smiled and nodded. I’m pretty sure they could care less about clean or functioning rooms.

Check in was super quick. The bed was super comfortable.i didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but they looked clean.

It’s a no-fuss hotel with a great breakfast. The property is older and it shows, but the beds are comfortable and the water pressure is good. Breakfast includes waffles, eggs, sausage, toast, muffins, bagels, yogurt, fruit, etc. they even had a non-dairy coffee creamer option that our daughter appreciated. We would stay here again.

The room was generally dated. The check in process was fine but there was no accommodation for the fact that I am deaf. I had to repeatedly ask the host what he was saying even after I told him I couldn’t understand him because he talked too fast. The TV did not work and it was promptly replaced. However, the tub was filthy. The noise at night was not acceptable. No one answered at the front desk. Someone was running up and down the halls all night. We got no rest. The mattresses are hard and have a dip in the middle. We actually checked out early and there was no refund or credit for the unused night. We left at an acceptable time in the morning. There was no refund for our pet fee either, we were charged for both nights regardless that we only stayed one. We travel a lot and are not complainers. This was the worst night I have ever stayed at a hotel. Hotels.com was of no assistance to help with the property.

Outside doors do not lock . Construction crews stay there and are up late, noisy. Scrambled eggs are from a large plastic bag. Not much healthy choices 😐

Very run down. Rooms were clean, but property not kept up. Cloudy windows, old curtains, shower curtain dirty, outside garbage can overflowing. Didn’t eat but coffee was drinkable.

I appreciate the consistency of this hotel. It is clean, with friendly staff, and a 24 hour front desk which works well for me on quick, oddly timed trips. Plus the breakfast is good and the price is right.

Pretty standard hotel. It is under new ownership, so it has been slightly renovated, but will be done as they continue. They were nice, clean rooms. Since we have kids, we got the room with 3 king sized beds. They had 2 tvs, a table in the center of the room, and quite a bit of space! Would definitely book again!

Room and building outdated and in need of upgrades. Door #1 of building would not lock allowing anyone to come in. No USB power supplies and limited outlets. Beds very hard. Toilet had loose bolts attaching it to the floor.

The hotel needs updating. For those looking for a view-there is none. This hotel is good for those looking for a one night stop. The housekeeping leaves a little to be desired. The window corners need to be dusted. Bathtub has some black spots. Mold? Housekeeper just pulled blankets up instead of making the bed properly. Breakfast is okay. Eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, muffins, juice. Coffee was very good and conveniently placed in the lobby for 24 hour access. Hotel is just okay. Could use improvements for the price we paid.

At first I couldn't get the door locked,so I bearicaded the door, but didn't have time to get anywhere else..last try it locked, smelled not clean..but I have allergies. People were nice

Very nice pool and spa area. Room was bigger than most hotels we’ve stayed at! Big refrigerator and a couch, separate kitchen sink and counter area! Really enjoyed our stay! Will stay there again, definitely!

This place is just okay. I don’t think it’s worth the price we paid ($197 for a one night two queen bed room). The room was mostly clean but the walls could use some attention as there were scuff marks and dirt on them. Bed was comfortable, it was okay for just a one night stay but I don’t think I would return again. The pool and hot tub were decent.

When we checked in, they tried to put us in another room because we said we had animals. After checking out the new room, saw that it was much worse than the one we had booked. They put us back in the room we booked, which was much nicer, but still many things were broken or not “nice” Sink would not turn off all the way, wash cloth hanger in shower was covered in band-aid caulk and broken, outlet and light switches were yellowed…etc. There were also no available outlets next to the bed, so couldn’t plug anything in to charge. The beds and towels were not changed in the 4 days we spent there. The staff were very friendly, but we will not be staying there again.

The staff did not say hello. They just looked at us till I started talking. It was kind of awkward. Lots of people in the lobby just hanging out. The lady told us the pool hours kids till 10 and adults 24 hours. She didn’t seem to be a big fan of kids. She had a guy next to her that literally just sat there slouching in his office staring in another direction. She also told us the breakfast hours which was all good. She also told us the best way to get to our room. The was very helpful. Also there was a man outside the main entrance in his shorts with no shirt or shoes on smoking. I said hello but he just looked at us. It is winter and it was dark and cold out 32 degrees. Kids and I both thought that was super weird. The whole lobby smelled like smoke I am assuming because he was so close to the doors smoking.
