The front desk was incredibly welcoming every evening when I came in to stay.

Room was clean and a/c worked very well during heat wave. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and free.

The A/C did not work and we had maintenance try and fix it for 2 hours. Before midnight they said we could either try and sleep without A/C or move rooms. We moved rooms and hotels.com said we couldnt get compensation for it since they gave us a different room as if we could refuse the room and look for a different hotel at midnight. The beds were uncomfortable and aggrivated my rheumatoid arthritis. In the morning I could not stand up straight as the pain in my back was too great. I got free breakfast for my inconvenience and pain.

Very mid feeling for the price. Nothing wrong with it but just very plain vibes which would be totally perfect at a price point closer to 100.

I generally always stay here when in Pasadena/Arcadia. Front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming. Fitness room is open 24/7.

Convenient, central location, all inclusive with hot breakfast. Best price I could find for a decent hotel near most of what I needed to access. The frequent police activity in the area was disturbing, but I felt secure all the same. Top feature in my eyes: Hot tub. Primary issue: Pool towels were dinky little rags that were rarely available. I ended up using a towel from my room.

Stay was pleasant. Room was very clean. ATM was out of order, the complementary water was clogged and the food service staff just smiled and said “oh it’s clogged.” The service desk was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself was very comfortable and clean. Overall it was a great stay.

We were never told at check-in that we had to request housekeeping to clean our room or give us new towels. There was a tiny sign on the mirror that said housekeeping would be every other day but the front desk said that sign was obsolete. When we called down to the front desk, they brought up 2 towels.

This property had bed frames about 6 inches wider than the mattress and not suitable for sitting on the bed as the frame hurt my ankles as they hang off the bed when sitting on the bed. Also, I kept hitting my legs with the frame. So many bruises. The water from the shower came out scalding hot and ice freezing interchangeably. Very uncomfortable bathing.

Incredible, friendly, professional staff. It's always clean and comfortable. It's also good that they provide food and beverage options for the weary traveler. Great experience.

This place needs a lot more luggage carts. They only have 1 small wobbly cart that can barely fit 2 luggage and 2 bags. I had to wait in line to use the cart checking in and checking out. For a place that does not clean daily, they need much bigger trash cans. The hallways are filled with trash. I had requested trash pickup 1 day that never came so I had to throw the trash in my doorway like other guests. There were no extra trash bags in the room to use either.

Our host Briana was so nice and accommodating. She made checking so easy with a smile. When we decided to stay another night, she made sure we stayed in the same room. The room was nice, the pool was cold and the ac was pimping. We stayed for our wedding through the 4th of July and it was a great choice.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Hilton Garden Hotel. I was excited to bring my parents and wife for a pleasant stay, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. Upon check-in, I informed the front desk that I am a Gold Member. However, I was told that since I booked the room through a third-party service, I would not accumulate points. Additionally, when I inquired about the complimentary bottled water typically offered to Gold Members, the staff refused to provide it. Shortly after entering our room, we encountered a large cockroach on the bathroom floor, which was larger than my thumb. This incident frightened my wife. I immediately reported this to the front desk, but their response was underwhelming. They merely said they would send someone to catch the cockroach and informed us that there were no available rooms for us to switch to. Furthermore, no compensation was offered for this unpleasant experience. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in our room was extremely loud and could not be completely turned off. Even after switching it off, it would automatically restart after a while. Additionally, we could clearly hear footsteps from the room above, causing the entire room to feel like it was vibrating. Given the severity of these issues, I believe we should have been offered a complimentary room as compensation. This experience was far from the high standards I have come to expect from Hilton hotels.

The overall experience of staying was good. The hotel met my expectation. However, the room cleaning service was lacking due to shortage of staff. Some basic supplies such as disposable slippers and cotton swabs were charged instead of being provided free of charge. I had to buy those stuff from local store. The carpet in the hallway is kind of worn out and should be replaced. The staff overall were friendly.

It was nice. I was disappointed that you have to request for someone to come and clean your room and request for new clean towels. Their shampoo dispenser are low and again have to request to be replaced. All these problems could be solved if they clean your room and see what needs to be replaced. I had to request for toilet paper.

It was great as usual. The staff is friendly, both Amaiya and Briana were very helpful. Ill be back next week

Hotel is dated and dirty. House keeping staff is very good. Front desk staff, except for Pauline, is incompetent. Pauline is both very professional and very pleasant. Bartender and restaurant staff is nice too.

Very quiet area, rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Stayed for my birthday and was very pleased.
