3-night stay for Kings Island visit. Close to the park. Skyline Chile is next door and Texas Roadhouse is next to that. Waffle House and a Sushi restaurant within walking distance. Check-In was quick and easy. Small elevator but it is only a 3-floor hotel. Room was your typical double queen-bed room. Problem (1) was beds are HARD. Old fashion extra-firm with a 1-inch-thick foam pad. (2) thin windows next to I-71... lots of loud road noise. (3) curtain didn't quite cover the window and there was a mirror right next to window so the whole room lit up every morning with the sun. (4) thin ceiling and walls... you hear every step from the room above, and you get to listen to all the showers from every room around you. The bathroom was toilet and tub with the sink outside in the room. Has its pluses and minuses. Mini fridge and microwave came in handy. It is the cheapest hotel on this exit, so if money is what you are worried about, bring ear plugs and a sleeping mask you'll be set.

The person that checked us in was very unfriendly he didn’t give us any details or anything about the hotel, room service came and took our dirty towels but didn’t leave us clean ones

Bare bones motel-style stay. Comfortable and safe. Breakfast was okay, but it was the and biscuits with sausage and gravy every morning. Coffee was awful. Good value for the money, though

AC was off in foyer and hallways and rooms. Walls were in need of paint. Towels werent restocked daily, had to go tonfront desk 2x. Overall average accommodations.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff, Shawn went through extra mile to secure room for friends who had a room canceled at another hotel. Breakfast food was okay, very basic and no hot eggs seems a little under par compared to most hotels serving breakfast. Hotel conditions very dated, old paint and carpet, musty smelling in some areas. Minimal towels and toiletries, so we had to ask for enough items to get through 2 days and 2 nights. Shower operated poorly, faucet was loose and required caution to get the water running properly. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels were clean and fresh, so appreciated that for good nights sleep. Hotel is ready for some upgrades to reach level of competitors in the area. Hampton and Tru by Hilton much more updated and clean experience and stay and much better breakfast.

The stay was very nice. Clean, great staff, good location, good breakfast, nice pool, nice room and good supply of things in the room. A couple of things didn't work in the gym, but we enjoyed the pool then.

The hotel is very ‘tired’ and needs refreshing. The rooms are dark and uninviting and the lighting is very poor. The prices are hiked significantly during the tennis tournament but this isn’t reflected in the offering. Staff were friendly and helpful in the main. Poor value for money

Close to King's Island theme park, but definitely in an older area with shuttered businesses next door and nearby. The breakfast was lackluster with Sausage Gravy and Biscuits with relatively just runny gravy (very minimal sausage) and the rest of the breakfast was almost barren. On the 3rd morning a large Coaster Camp was staying and they went "all out" and hard boiled a bunch of eggs (the first and only protein available for breakfast). The had signs that bringing breakfast back to the room was a $50 charge - my brother and I laughed because there wasn't' really anything to TAKE back to the room....

Second time booking at baymont! My husband and i got the second floor this time around. Room was better than first floor only thing wrong was the carpet felt so sticky! However i still give 4 out of 5 stars!

The property was located in an ok area at first. Then noticed it has some sketchy closed buildings around it. The odor of mildew filled the lobby. No air in the hallways which makes the mildew smell potent. Our original room was nice, we got a king bed, except the fact that everything was severely outdated and beat up. The shower head was broken and sprayed water all over the bathroom. Was given the room next door which was a double Queen. Would have been nice if we were offered something else for the inconvenience.

There wasn’t a coffee pot in the room and only one bar of soap. The sink was outside of the bathroom so you needed to take the soap back and forth to wash your hands at the sink. Check in didn’t supply any info like WiFi or what time breakfast was and there wasn’t a vending machine.

The hotel okay its somewhere you can just lay your head down and go to sleep.For me it was the smells, it just smells as soon as you walk in the hotel lobby, the elevator, the upstairs and the room they all had there own smells ..... if you think that i am lying please ask someone who stayed there or visit

The sludge buildup around the pool walls were so disgusting. The rooms also carpet we're nasty the only good thing was the brand new bed. They need to update their facility

there were bed bugs spotted immediately after getting to room. All the furniture was mismatched, looked like it was from a garage sale. Tiny tv. Nothing like what is shown in the pictures when booking.

Dirty. Fire alarms hanging from the wires. Smelled like marijuana. Needs an entire face lift. Phone head was broken and what appeared to have some type of pill and dried “chocolate” shoved inside. No remote for tv. Sink didn’t fit and the faucet was put on backwards. Shower head was pointed down and couldn’t be maneuvered. Hair in the shower. Would not recommend ever staying here.

It was a decent place to stay but it seems run down. Breakfast could have been better. The pool was fine, and it wasn't too hot and humid in the pool room. Everything worked in the room just fine. The beds are comfortable enough. Its very conveniently located but thats the only part of our stay I was thrilled with.

Room was disgusting. Smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. Employee at front desk seemed annoyed when issues were brought up to them. Nothing was done to resolve issues. Tv in room did not function properly. Poor lighting in all areas. Room was in server disrepair. Walls were cracked around windows and doors. Ceiling was stained. Bed sheets were clean but bed felt very dirty

Employees were very friendly and helpful, but the property is in major need up upgrades. It was clean, but the furniture is old. And our carpet felt and showed its age. The continental breakfast was minimal. Juice machine broke, only half and half creamer for coffee. Then there was a sign that said if you took any breakfast to your room, you would be charged $50. So you are forced to eat the breakfast downstairs in the lobby. More than likely will not return, but considering the price yoy pay, it was not extremely horrible.

My fiance and I have stayed at a few hotels around Lebanon, Ohio and Baymont by wyndham suites is by far the best of all!! Clean! Friendly! And we woke up earlier enough for their coffee!

close to what i wanted to go tub was a rounded bottom with nothing to keep a person from falling and that is what happen to my grandson that is 7 yrs old
