The suites was worn. The curtains had stains on them, the toilet seat was worn showing the lid indentations on the seat. The cleaning product used on the flooring left a sticky residue. The couch needed a cleaning, so I didn't use it.

Getting they the room at front was easy, but we were put in a building that smelled like something sour, walls were thin could hear other ppl tv on. And bed wasnt comfortable. N no sheet on fold out. No maid sevice unless u stay more than 6 day. Only fresh towels daily.

First checked and I was super tired and grouchy. I laid down and realized I was getting but. The hotel room was infested with bed bugs. Had to move to a new room. No offers to get a refund or accommodate a different way.

Mediocre as usual. Even when I spend the extra for the better room with a balcony I get stuck with a patio that's unusable and a hole burned into the couch. The best part is because I booked through a 3rd party the hotel did nothing to accommodate me.

Service from staff was exceptional! This is an extended stay hotel so there are some issues around that such as smoking (marijuana and cigarettes) in areas that I’m sure were not approved. Still, the hotel was very functional for our stay and the staff was excellent as previously mentioned.

It wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either. Dirty dishes in room, no towels in the bathroom, couch in room had gross smell and gave my daughter & I the heebie-jeebies. Staff was nice but that was really about the only positive. Couldn't take advantage of the pool because crackheads hanging out.

AS A BLACK MAN I WAS ACCUSED OF SMOKING OUT OF THE ENTIRE PROPERTY! THE MANAGER NAME IS BRYANT WHO IS ALSO AFRICAN AMERICAN AND LIED TELLING THEM I CANT EXTEND. I CALL THE POLICE AND THEY NOW WANT ME OUT. THE DEADBOLT IS ALSO BROKEN AND ITS A SAFETY ISSUE! THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY AND ILL BE ADVERTISING THIS COMPLAINT ON SOCIAL MEDIA USING MY PERSONAL MONEY

My husband and I booked a stay here for 2 nights so we could celebrate my birthday Just the two of us since we have roommates. We had a very nice time, the place was very quiet and felt safer then other places we have stayed. The staff at check in was very courteous and helpful making checkin in go very smooth. Over all we would definitely stay here again!

Asked for ground floor but gave me 2nd. Common area carpet looks run down. Parties every day at the BBQ, smoking area. They also charge for parking now. Wouldn't have stayed here if we had known. They did not charge when we came here the first time 3 years ago.

Do not stay here. They let their cleaning staff enter your room if you go to breakfast. They take your belongings from the fridge and keep them. When you tell the manager, he defends the practice.

Close to hospital. Convenient in my case. Sofa sleeper cover worn out. Extra bed with no sheets or blankets was set up in the middle of the room. Queen bed was comfortable and clean. TV remote was dirty. I cleaned it with hand sanitizer.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice my room was considering the very fair pricing. I honestly expected it to be more "bare bones," but instead, I had a suite with a full kitchen, sofa, desk, and an additional bed besides my queen bed. I didn't need most of that, but it made the room more homey and larger than I'd expected. Everything was in good shape, albeit not "fancy," and the staff was very helpful (twice when I went to the lobby for assistance). The only thing I didn't like was not having a breakfast option without walking across the street to a shopping center or, in my case, taking an Uber to get to a good breakfast restaurant, since the two restaurants nearby were both closed down. I would definitely stay there again.

Property is older but well maintained. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen basics (pans, dishes, etc. provided). Only complaint is that AC consistently turns off regularly at night due to motion detector. Staff is friendly, responsive, and helpful.

It was about what we expected. We were glad the doors were accessed inside. It’s a low service hotel. They don’t clean the rooms while you’re there. That was fine. But the sofa and chairs were damaged like from a cat scratching them and just dirty. I put a towel down to sit on them. The beds are super comfortable. The a/c works great! There was only one smallish mirror in the entire 2 bedroom suite. No full length mirror. Just odd. The carpet was dirty. There is an opportunity here to have a super nice hotel. The location is great. But the upkeep and cleanliness is lacking. Dented fridge and broken cabinet door…

By some of the recent reviews, I wasn’t expecting much, so we were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean, the courtyard well kept. Yes, it’s not perfectly new, but the price well makes up for it. We’ll definitely be back.

Non smoking room smells like a smokers room. Not thrilled about guys hanging around in the parking lot. The painter painted the bathroom cabinet and splashed brown paint onto a white wall. It was not repainted white. Online pics much better than the property. If all rooms are the same, they need major updating. One positive is the room is large and has a kitchenette. The online positive reviews were not warranted for this property. When checking in, another guest was leaving 3 days early due to his room being awful. He asked for a refund and the receptionist pointed him back to Expedia! Yikes

It was next to a gas station, which was very convenient. The pool area was very nice. The lobby staff were very friendly. It was lacking a hair dryer in the room, but thankfully, I was able to borrow one from a relative.

Room was dirty. Food stuck on wall. Stains on mattress pad. Mattress pad was falling apart. Door to fridge/freezer installed on the wrong side making working in the kitchen awkward. Property is on older side. Cabinets are well worn. Hole in bathroom door. Would not stay here again.
