It was difficult to find a hotel that can accommodate large dogs so we were so happy. We checked in with our golden retriever and doodle, both are large breeds. Check in was smooth. We have to pay 1500php/dog per night for the pet fee. One goodie bag for our dogs was delivered after requesting for a dog bowl or pet amenities. They said they will give another one for our other dog but after following up 5 times, it never arrived. I am disappointed with the housekeeping when day do daily touch up. Dust is still everywhere. They always forget to give us face and hand towels so we have to ask for it. Kitchen has everything you need, big size refrigerator and a 5 gallon purified water is provided. The bathroom is old and small for a one bedroom executive. TV needs an upgrade too. Cable is really slow to load on the old tv and pretty hard to watch on a 20’ tv from the sofa or bed. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall we will stay again.

Beautiful area and 3 bedroom 4 bathroom with maid quarters in the heart of Makati. We arrived early and was hoping for early check in but they were not able to accommodate. The front desk staff was nice but not as friendly compared to all the other 5 hotels we stayed at in Manila. The actual suite we booked though was beyond gorgeous. It had enough space to accommodate our family of 6 but could sleep 8. It was clean, had washer/dryer in unit. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Paid for a night at 2pm night checked in. Made me wait 2 hours in the lobby for my room. Ginally checked in at 4pm. Got to the room wifi did not work. Had to get thst fixed, had to wait another hour for that as well. Basically spent alot of money to wait around when these things are suppose to be seamless. Love the individual people here but service as a whole is horrible

The room was phenomenal. Very large with a kitchen and laundry. The people working there were all extremely polite and professional from the door staff to the lobby workers and front desk people. Definitely would stay there the next time I spend time in Manila.

First I'll reiterate what another poster on here stated that I felt like I paid for a marketing campaign when the property was no where near the pictures. Now without further ado let me tell you our experience there: 1. checked in after a 15 hour flight and there were 2 dead cockroaches in the bathroom. F disgusting. that right there was a deal breaker. Oh it gets better.... 2. the wifi is terrible and there's hardly any TV channels so if you're not outside, you sit there in the room with not much to do or watch. 3. the beds are very firm. too firm. couldn't sleep. 4. there was a note on the desk that said there's construction starting at 9am. No, the construction started at 5AM! 5. the kitchen appliances were at least 25 years old. the colors were the colors of the brady bunch kitchen from the early 70s. we didn't even consider trying them out they looked that old. 6. our room had a balcony. One problem...the freaking balcony was accessible from the rooftops and the balcony door into our hotel room had no lock! anyone could just come right on in if they got on the other rooftop. 7. the guys that worked the desks when I went to complain at 1am and the next morning were too concerned with how they looked vs how they treated the customer. the two girls that tried to help us that next day were very nice and tried to help but by that time, it was too late. One was the asst manager Vanessa I think. All in all there's better places to stay in makati and cheaper.

This hotel offers a premium experience. Check in/out desks are not what the average hotel offers. The desks offer a more unique experience for the guest with most of the time eye level service, no matter how tall or short you are. The only disadvantage to this is, there aren't many staff working, so wait times can soar. The restaurant on site is delicious and the prices comparable to that of local competition: Chilies, TGI Friday's, etc. Sadly, some menu items don't seem to be available all of the time. The service is exceptional no matter how many guest fill the tables. Breakfast buffet is decent. but, in my opinion overpriced for what was served. With the mall just downstairs, finding something to fill your belly is easy enough. The swimming pool is a decent size and the middle hits about 5ft. A refreshing swim is nice after a long day. The outdoor hot tub can easily fit 10 people. Its giant, and the heat makes it very relaxing. The rooms are typically small. They do offer larger rooms for a higher price, but there is enough room to get around. The temperature on the shower does not exceed that of the hot tub. -Which is somewhat disappointing. The bed is the only extreme downfall to this hotel. It was hard as a rock. I think the carpet on the floor offers more give. In just 1 night, I had dislodged my Sacrum. The hotel in general would have won me for a future stay, but I cannot come back because of the bed.

It was a horrible stay. Online and on the phone they said they have an elevator, we get there and they did not let us use it. They said it was broken. I am handicapped so this made things very hard for me. They also put me on the second floor. We had 3 rooms 2 of the rooms did not work. The shower flooded the bathroom in one room and the broken toilet flooded the other room. The other room we after arguing got a different room. All rooms are supper small and have the smell of mold and sewer gas. The internet does not work and the breakfast is a joke. 8 choices for food. We stayed 3 weeks and this was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. They charge for stains in the towels and bedsheets. With the amount of mosquitoes it was hard not to squish a fully feed mosquitoe on the bed when you slept. So I had to clean mynown stains to make sure they didn't charge me 5 times the price of the sheets. Also they didnt clean. You ask them too and they woudl use the same sheets and take out garbage and then sweep the floor...nothing more. There was always someone arguing with the front desk staff. The staff where always very rude. Horrible hard beds just like sleeping on the floor, no comfort at all. Rooms super small no room for luggage or clothes had to live out of suit case. Safe was not bolted down could walk right away with it.

Have been staying in Ascot for the past 9 years. Will keep going back. Great location and well connected to all the big shopping malls, SM, Glorietta, Landmarks and Ayala Malls. The room is very comfortable and I always feels at home when I stayed there.

Perfect place to stay, from staff friendliness honestly everyone greets you with a smile & a greeting if’s truly amazing. It’s the best breakfast Buffett and it’s right in the mall so your shopping couldn’t be more convenient.The rooms are spacious and quiet I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay we’ll definitely be back
