Great hotel. Really cannot fault it at all during our 5 night stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Furkan the bellboy (unsure of spelling) went over and above to help us. Only 5 min walk to main attractions and main street. Very clean with maid service every day. Would definitely recommend arcadia blue.

Clean comfortable and quiet. Amazing location. Views of blue mosque and Hagia Sophia from floor 9 restaurant and terrace were exceptional. Also breakfast was included which was full service and hot. Very impressed.

Excellent location, walkable to Blue and Haiga Sophia Mosque, Cagaloglu Hamani Turquish Bath, Bazzar and restaurants are nearby and dont forget the restaurant located in the hotel spectacular vies to the mosques.

Located in tourist trap central, this is not a four star hotel. Upon arrival I was hustled by the cab company and intervening hotel staff, not even in the building yet. Once inside I was greeted with an attempt to sell me an overpriced ride back to the airport and brochures for overpriced excursions I didn’t even ask about. Haven’t even checked me in at this point. The room was large, clean’ish and had a great view; half hearted repair work throughout. Cracked glass, cracked tiles, some of which was attempted to be repaired leaving behind clumps of silicone; really bad look. Very thin walls, the room was either hot or cold but never comfortable. The bed was rock hard. Electrical problems throughout my stay; the lights would come on randomly for no reason and when they’re off, the lights buzz and flicker anyway. This ruined my sleep. The breakfast was underwhelming and bland. Just because someone presses the elevator button for you does not make it a four star hotel. Staff was not helpful. Any advice they gave was false, misleading and seemed to only be another attempt to rip me off. The only two redeeming qualities are the view and location. It’s a short walk to the major sites and countless restaurants, all of which serving the exact same menu. Very disappointing all around.

Hotel Arcadia Blue Istanbul is an exquisite hotel with amazing services and accommodation. The hotel is a walkable distance from some of the major attractions such as Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar. It is also close to a lot of restaurants offering different varieties and delicacies. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful to their customers. They were great at providing us with information on tours and guides to the different parts of the city. I specially want to shoutout the bellboy Emir who was very helpful throughout our stay. He provided us with information about the city and was kind enough to lend his bus pass for travel from the European to the Asian side. This is an amazing hotel that I will definitely book for my next visit to Istanbul.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Sultanehmet square so you can walk to the blue mosque or hagia sophie whenever you like. The room was good sized, they were cleaned daily. It had air conditioning, fridge with free drinks but no refils. Staff were lovely and spoke fluent English. The view from the room was amazing and having breakfast on the 9th floor with views of the city was breathtaking. Highly recommend.

Staff were very friendly and kind. We were allocated 7th floor but cleaning was very bad. We complained to staff but nothing much was improved. Finally. We had to move 8th floor. Reception and dining staff were amazing but cleaning staff let us down. It was great to stay at Hotel Arcadia Blue. We will stay same hotel in future.

From checking in at reception with Ferhan to our seemless entry to our room and seeing the property & helpfulness of Emir, we cannot fault this hotel. The service alone is a reason to stay here! Phenomenal service all through the hotel at all times in all areas - we appreciated this so much. This hotel has everything you need, surrounded by landmarks, restaurants and shopping. The unforgettable Bizarre is within walking distance, trams, trains and private cars/taxis are readily available. Our stay was on the 5th floor with an incredible (unforgettable) view of the Blue mosque. Thank you for making us feel so welcome in Istanbul and for an incredible stay with you! We hope to see you again :)

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Arcadia Blue. The location is convenient and safe, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The best part was the view, which is simply stunning. As a bonus, the food at the restaurant was also quite good. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

My stay was excellent. The hotel arranged for my transfer to and from IST airport. They also provide me with a map of the local sites. They offered to arrange for a tour of the local sites - Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi palace, but I found that this was not needed. I decided not to use a guide (also 120 Euros), and I did not need to wait in line. Additionally, when I overheard English guides in at the above mentioned sites, they did not tell me more than a wikipedia page or signage in the site. The hotel arranged for a 25 Euro cruise of the Golden Horn and Bosphorus, which was fine except that the tour leaves you for an hour on the Asian side for "shopping" but there is really only one store (a leather goods store). So perhaps you could pay more and get a tour that did not stop for an hour with nothing to do. The restaurant is on the 9th floor of the hotel with amazing views of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia and the Sea of Marmara and the Bosphorus. I ate breakfast and dinner there for 3 days. The food was very good and the service was excellent. The housekeeping cleaned my room everyday. I did not sign up for the hotel app that gives you a free minibar because I did not want the app to have so much access to personal information. There is a water dispenser in the lobby that I used everyday, twice a day to fill my four water bottles. The hotel is very genuine in its concern for the environment. I would stay at this hotel again.

We had a great stay at this lovely hotel. We were upgraded and enjoyed a perfect view of the Blue Mosque. The location was great and there are plenty of restaurants close by. Emir, the Bell Boy, is a tremendous asset to this hotel, he is cheery and goes out of his way to be helpful as well as have excellent English. The rooms are small but very comfortable. Breakfast is served on at their rooftop restaurant, I concur with previous comments that this would be better as a buffet service versus a la carte. In the mornings people are pressed for time to start their sightseeing so the a la carte service can be more of a hindrance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was beautiful -our room had an amazing view through huge picture windows of the Blue Mosque.The upper floor restaurant with huge balcony provided the most incedible city views-was an amazing place to eat breakfast and enjoy an evening meal.Staff were very helpful and attentive -Emerir could not have been more helpful and friendly on reception. We loved our short stay here and would definitely stay here again when we return to Istanbul. We also loved the kind way that treated the hotel cat -who was much loved and well cared for.

The property is in a prime location, walkable distance to everything. The room was nice and decent size, however the only issue we had was the bathroom drainage smell. Every time upon entering the room and bathroom, there was a really bad smell coming from the bathroom drainage.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and modern with amazing views - we had a seaview room. Free breakfast located on rooftop overlooking all of Istanbul - menu was extensive, fresh and delish. Located on a quiet street surrounded by lively streets with restaurants and shops and ideal for major tourist attractions and public transit. Highly recommend.
