Respectable hotel up on a hill directly off I-90 in a quiet area.
They have a pool and offer decent breakfast options (eg make your own waffles, egg & sausage patties, bread, english muffins, pkg’d sweet muffins, granola bars).
An ideal place for those who prefer a quiet rural-ish area not too far (~5-6 miles) from the outer western edge of businesses in the city-suburban area of La Crosse/Onalaska.

The room was clean and nice, however the bed was the absolute worst. That mattress was hard and so uncomfortable, we could not sleep. The breakfast food was cold, and not good.
We have stayed at this hotel every year for at least 10 years, but things have changed, and not for the better.

Nice stay for a friend’s over night in West Salem. There was a pool and hot tub but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. There was breakfast but nothing extravagant, very basic. There is a Kwik Trip very close by. Overall, nice stay though it was a short one.

I am a wedding Officiate and had a wedding 8m8n form the hotel so extremely convenient but check out time 11 am and would have appreciated a 12 noon time.

Easy check-in, signage off I-90 could be a little clearer, rooms were great, good breakfast, afternoon/evening desk clerk was fun and a great help. When I'm in the area I'll definitely stay here again.

Room was clean comfortable quiet. New carpet, paint etc.. Nice big indoor pool. Breakfast was typical, eggs, waffles, sausage etc..

Opened the door to the room they gave us to find another guy sitting in there. Staff apologized and gave us another room. Breakfast was good.

The value for the money you get from this place is hard to beat. They provide Dove soap and Dove shampoo and conditioner on top of good coffee, plenty of clean towels and quality beds.
I used them twice during the same trip I would happily use them again.

Hotel was out of the way of any shopping or restaurants. Clean room and staff accommodated switching room to main floor to make it easier with pet.

My wife and I stayed with our dog. The room had a king size bed. There was adequate room for the dog to rest. The bed was firm. Check in was easy. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was standard fare for this type of motel. There was an indoor pool and Jacuzzi for residents. It is conveniently located right off the interstate. Overall this was a good value.

We stayed here to attend a wedding. Kids loved the pool. Room could have used some updates but was fine. Breakfast was pretty awful, but oh well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was ok. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Microwave inoperable, toilet had a uncleanly ring in it and no black out curtains to darken room at night, only a simple pull down shade.

The vending machines were broken so that late night snack was disappointing. But the room was clean, didn't smell bad. The hotel common areas were also clean. The breakfast area was kind of cramped and hard to get around but breakfast was good; sausage links and patties, eggs, waffles, cereal. The people at the desk were very friendly.

Couldnt understand the receptionist asking for my i.d. A/c barely worked. The bed was made oddly. Sheet on top of blanket on top of sheet.
Hot tub barely worked and was dirty.

Right off Interstate 90. Secluded from other businesses so you need to travel a bit to find restaurants. Kind people who work very hard; very good customer service; much appreciated. Rooms are newly remodeled, very clean. Breakfast was OK; very basic.

Hotel was great for the price. No elevators, which wasn’t a problem for us but could be an inconvenience to others. Breakfast was good and so was the coffee. Right next to a gas station, but about a 10 minute drive into downtown La Crosse. La Crosse was a great town to visit too!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the deadbolt did not work. The metal plate did not line up with the lock so it could not be used.

The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom didn't have a fan, so it got very steamy during a shower. Also, the toilet seat was loose (I tightened the bolt twice) The pool was enjoyable. The breakfast was ok, the layout for the breakfast was odd. Plates were in one area and utensils another. I had no issues getting a late check-out which was awesome. Overall, a decent hotel. I'd stay there again.

Breakfast was ok. Hard to understand staff at desk. We called to see if room was ready was told yes and than were told $30 few to check in early. Seemed crazy as hotel was not busy, The hot tub didn’t work as in the jets asked the front desk and he came and push the button and said it’s broken… no kidding!

Our check in by a wonderful and efficient young lady was followed by getting into a fantastic room with comfortable queen beds that appeared and felt like new. The entire property was like new. The AC kept the room at a perfect temperature all night without the usual sudden start up & click off noises. Large flat screen TV and walls must have bee sound insulated because we heard no neighbors or outside noises for the entire night. Best hotel we used this year! Highly recommend!!

This hotel is a gem. Quiet well stocked rooms, very good quality flat screen tv, wonderful hot tub. Pool was a little dirty and water was cool. Breakfast was very good. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Best of all rate was excellent.
