Superior service at the front desk no matter who assisted us. The breakfast was good and both evenings we got (3) free bar drinks each along with some really good food options, all of which were free. The parking garage was super convenient and also free. This was the first time we have stayed at a Drury Inn & Suites, and we will definitely use this hotel chain in the future.

It was a long awaited get-a-way. Everything was perfect there!

The hotel and room were nice when we arrived Saturday afternoon. The staff were friendly. However things deteriorated quickly. There were visiting teams for a sporting event staying at the hotel. It became very noisy in the hallway and lobby. After we returned from dinner there were pizza boxes soda cans and spilled soda scattered around the lobby. The noise continued late into the night and we left early Sunday morning.

In my opinion our stay at this hotel was one of the best we have had. All of the staff were very friendly and at a moments notice willing to respond to any of our questions. Very clean and comfortable.

This hotel appears a bit under-staffed. Finding someone to come to the front desk and check us in took a good15 minutes. Housekeeping didn't leave full decks of towels. Never saw a wash cloth during 2 stays a week apart.

We had a stopover in Overland Park and needed a place that accepted dogs. The staff was so friendly, even to our two black labs!

The room had garbage in the shower and a tobacco pouch on the floor. Other garbage under the bed a d food crumbs all around the microwave. The door would make noise every time somone came out of the pool which was all day and night. For a family this would be great. For a couples getaway not at all

This was our first stay at Drury Inn. We were in town for a Dr appt and other medical testing. We were told on phone we could check in early. When we arrived, the front desk person ( Laticia) was unprofessional and rude. Really will make us think twice before coming here again.

An unfortunate stay as the hotel seemed full first with many teenagers and chaperones who trashed the public areas with popcorn and trash that never was fully cleaned up. The buffet breakfast was overcooked and inedible. They offer a special cocktail hour but no seats available as it was crammed with families.
Tried to use the very limited computer and printer… took a long time to hook up successfully.
Two days no housecleaning done and my trash cans weee full.
All in all it was not a good stay

Stephanie, Brenda, Brandon, and all of the staff made you feel welcome, including our foster dog, which they gave him treats. All of the staff wanted you to have a wonderful stay. They succeeded! We highly recommend this property.

The hotel was in very good shape physically. The evening happy hour and dinner was very well prepared. Breakfast was great. The service was excellent and the front desk clerk Brian was very a comedy

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. Everyone is so friendly & helpful. The complimentary evening food & breakfast is really good with a great variety. We have stayed at this location several times over the past few years and we're always pleased. This is a GREAT place to stay if you are in the area!

When we checked in our king room wasn't ready yet so they upgraded us to a king suite which was nice to have the extra living room space.
Room had lots of extra floor space being a king suite, comfy bed, room & bathroom were clean and ready for our arrival.

The pool and hot tub are fantastic. The hotel accommodations were excellent including dinner and 3 free cocktails. The breakfast was yummy and the staff was friendly and accomodating.

Our family really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The receptionist was very welcoming, the rooms were clean, the pool was wonderful and there was more than enough food to satisfy to teenage boys. The fitness center has several cardio machines and some dumbells. The mattresses were very comfortable and we all slept very well. We will be staying here again when we come to the K.C. area.

Enjoyed the stay, breakfast was good, bartender was very nice, pool and hot tub were ok but crowded. Room was hot so we had to turn on the AC, every time ot kicked on it sounded like a semi driving away. Kept waking me up so that spoiled the nights sleep.
