Let us stay after checkout time, due to our plane leaving at a later time. I appreciate the accommodation and there was always fresh cofee and a nice breakfast. Room was clean and close to Fort Collins. Also price was reasonable.

They charged me $20 dollars more at check in than what my invoice from hotels.com quoted me. It's a fine hotel but charging way more than it's worth for the condition it's in. I was expecting it to be more up to date and cleaner since it's more expensive than other hotels in that area.

Super clean and well run place. The room was a bit outdated, but not terrible. We had the accessble which may have been user error and the shower head not very good, and just outdated. We would still stay again if the price was right.

Honestly hated to leave a less than stellar review as the staff at the front desk were so friendly and welcoming. Unit had no fan or A/C that worked consistently and the satellite / internet service went in and out several times over a single hour period, so I couldn’t work or watch TV- so I just resigned to reading and heading to bed (probably best anyway). Luckily it was a cooler night and was able to open the window.

This was not great. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the bathroom was borderline dirty (just from years of wear and tear/dirt build up). The tub/shower was small, the curtain was falling apart and the curtain rod was not curved. Every time you shower, the entire bathroom floor would be a puddle (I wish I was exaggerating, but large pools of water formed). The average nightly rate we paid was ~$245 (all in). I felt safe in the area and the hotel was a short drive into Fort Collins. Aside from being close to the highway and Fort Collins, I would not recommend this hotel.

The service was great. We had a problem with the room, leak from the bathroom soaking the floor. I reserved and paid for the room through expedia so that made getting a room change difficult. The hotel staff made it right but expedia was not helpful at all. Nice hotel and rooms were nice, just bad circumstances. Thinking I might not use expedia to book rooms again though.

We stayed here for 5 days while visiting family in the area. If we hadn’t paid for the 5 days upon checking in, we never would have stayed there past the first night. Our room was cleaned very poorly. There was garbage along the undersides of the beds that looked like it had been pushed under there with a vacuum instead of being picked up. There was no toilet seat lid… We had to be extra careful not to drop anything in the toilet because it was wedged closely between the tub and the sink vanity. The pool had a broken jet that was extremely sharp. The steps in the pool were tile and not bullnosed. They were extremely sharp and someone sliced their leg open while we were in the pool. Our room keys NEVER worked. We had to have keys reactivated every single time we tried to enter our room. The air conditioner barely worked. The whole hotel smelled like cat litter…. Not clean smelling, but like they were trying to cover up odors. We asked housekeeping for one item while we were there and never received it. There was inadequate parking. Definitely not enough parking for how many people were staying there. The garbage cans outside the hotel were always overflowing with garbage. Staff friendliness/helpfulness was inconsistent. Some staff was friendly and others should not be working in a service field. Also very inappropriate to complain about other staff members at the front desk in front of guests! It’s what you would expect from a hotel for $90/night. Will not stay again.

I’ve stayed here many times over the past 10 years with no problems. Everything was comfortable, clean, and in working order. This stay was awful. The floors had not been vacuumed. The beds were lumpy. The outlets were old and only worked sometimes. The lamps had shorts and would randomly flicker. The water pressure was so low I struggled to rinse my hair. The nail in the coffin was the abysmal breakfast. The food was gross. Flavorless sausage, stale cereal, watered down coffee, spoiled milk and curdled coffee creamer. Worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. I will never come back.

Had problem in requesting maid service and never got it till 2 days later. Stayed there twice both times had terrible problems with the tv service. The facility was clean but the bed in our room 123 was definitely worn out and needs replaced(mattress).

The facility looks good but has many flaws that need to be addressed. The building ownership and management company need to decide if they want to invest in this property or just bleed the cash from it and abandon it when maintenance issues become to great.
