Was an overall really great stay. Some quirks about the property I didn't like - such as limited and inconvenient parking options, elevator being so far away from our room rather than more central to the building, lower deck/ patio was closed I think and we were looking forward to utilizing it. Room had cheaper items like pans, utensils, etc. But far far better than any hotel!! Highly recommend

The property is great, inside the 'emory cloth' called toilet paper is terrible and very hard on the butt.

Great room, clean, spacious, everything we needed. Staff was friendly, beautiful view. The thermostat didnt work and the room was very hot. Talked to front desk and no one came to fix it as promised. Would still recommend.

The front desk ladies, Wanda and Vicki, are awesome. Made us feel soooo welcome and glad we were staying with them😄

This was a fun place to stay. Loved seeing the boats every day. Had everything we needed.

The condo was pristine and the view couldn't be better

My husband and I came down for the seafood and wine festival. Our unit was extremely clean and the bed was amazing. I loved being where the location of the hotel because I could walk out on the balcony and look out at the bay. We will be back.

Beautiful view, updated condo style units. Wonderful staff and property was cery clean. It has a great location near shops and restaurants but was still quiet and felt safe.

Great stay in a lovely studio unit in a great location. Fabulous views over marina. Only downsides - bed becomes less comfortable the longer the stay, and no tea provided (always provided in hotels).

Loved the condo at The Landing. It was very clean and comfortable with great front desk staff. Lovely view of the marina and its a close drive to a number of beaches. The only thing missing was a hot tub.

Very nice property and well managed. The only downside is that sleeper couches rarely make comfortable beds.

Lovely roomy condo near Old Town

We love staying here. Just like home except with a beautiful view of the marina and Newport bridge. People are super friendly and if you see in town, it’s just like you’re friends. Make you feel so welcome. And they love pets!

While the check-in was friendly and helpful, we did ask for no steps. However, we were placed in a unit the furthest from the elevator--and the property is LONG. We appreciated that the unit was very clean when we checked in. The bed was very comfortable and in unit 202 at least there was both a full bath and a half bath for a 1 bedroom unit. However, in the bedroom closet the fixed hangers are on the wrong side of the closet which made it very awkward to hang up and take down our clothes. There were no hangers on the more accessible side of the closet. The kitchen appliances were very good and easy to use. However, the kitchen inventory was lacking: no lids for pots, skillets or saucepans; odd numbers of various china pieces; only 4 sets of silverware [standard we were told] and non-essential stuff apparently left behind by previous users. Also a warning, the TV setup in this unit is flaky--need two remotes--one to turn on and one to turn off. Spectrum evidently provides 200 channels as listed on the channel guide, but only about 30 or so are available for use. There is no channel guide to the actual channels one can use. In addition Netflix is provided but seems to be locked to the profiles already entered so one does not seem to be able to log in to use it. Evidently the provision of TV service is up to the owner of the condo so this problem may not be experienced in other units.

I loved the view from our room of the bay and the activity in the bay. I loved the roominess and comfort of the size of our room and all the considerations. Like two bathrooms, pet dishes, and a bed. It was very clean and easy to keep that way during our stay. I guess if there was something to add it would be breakfast bar with rolls, juice

The view of the marina and the Newport bridge were excellent. Watching boats going in and out of the bay was an extra treat.

The staff was more than friendly, beautiful room and community. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to stay and I’m looking forward to my next visit

The property called us ONE DAY prior to our arrival and cancelled our reservation! We had to make a last minute scramble as we were already on the coast and only 20 miles to the north. I was SO looking forward to staying at this location. We were VERY disappointed to get the phone call!

the only thing we didn't think about was that it is an operational bay and so we didn't take in account that there would be some noise at night but, that being said we still had a very nice visit. Thank you
