Great property, really beautiful. All inclusive is the way to go, don't have to worry about food or drinks. Only downside is the ocean is inaccessible due to rip tide. It would be perfect if you could swim or snorkel off the beach! But the property makes up for it with an abundance of pool options.

Booked a 4 night stay and checked out after the FIRST night - losing the entirety of our money because the hotel failed to offer any incentive or even offer a partial refund! This hotel is dirty, cheap, run down and outright disgusting. Their hospitality is lackluster, food and drink are the equivalent to a buffet. This is a glorified motel, the photos are completely misleading. After 5 minutes of walking in our room, our feet turned black. The manager failed to make us feel welcome or offer a consolation to enjoy the rest of our stay. Zero accommodations were honored during our one day stay. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The MARQUIS!

Peace and serenity ! Staff is super friendly and attentive! Few dining options were closed due to renovations but understandable. Skypool bar was also closed for the same reason and heard fabulous things so couldn't enjoy it but a peaceful vacation and good food.

This property needs a great overhaul. We were given an upgraded room as part of the VIP perk. This is where the nightmare started. The hall bathroom light and fan did not work. Then the living room hall developed a leak. The maintenance team had to come and fix the leak (apparently this is a known issue) and then mop up each time takin 30 mins or so. Then the phones in the suite stop working. Guess what, now there is no way to get maintenance, get a golf cart to go anywhere in the property. Between getting the leak fixed and failed attempts at getting the phone working, we loose half a day being stuck while the issues get fixed, and they can’t fix either. Then in the evening we are offered to stay or change rooms, to a building far away. If this is the condition of an upgraded suite I shudder to think what the regular rooms will be like. The property is also not kid friendly and the description is not correct. The beach is not open for swimming in the ocean. One has to take a 30-40 min shuttle ride for which reservation is required to get to the sister property that has a beach safe for swimming in the ocean.

We enjoyed this property very much. Loved the Marketplace. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite, but it was dated. One evening we came home & the master bathroom was flooded, water coming from ceiling. Maintenance came within 15 minutes & fixed the problem. The bathroom should have a handheld shower, floors very slippery in shower. The staff were great & helpful. We will come back.

An Unforgettable Stay for All the Wrong Reasons Our recent stay at Pueblo Bonito Sunset was an experience we won’t soon forget, but unfortunately, not for any positive reasons. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that this resort had seen better days—perhaps decades ago. The first issue we encountered was the overwhelming presence of pests. The resort had an infestation of roaches, which we discovered almost immediately upon settling in. If that wasn't bad enough, we were constantly swatting at flies inside the hotel and even encountered birds flying freely in the dining areas. These conditions were far from the relaxing and comfortable environment we had hoped for. Adding to the discomfort, the interiors of the hotel were incredibly outdated. The furniture looked worn and shabby, as if it hadn’t been replaced in years. The overall ambiance was more reminiscent of a budget motel than a luxury resort. We were shocked by how little attention had been paid to maintaining even a basic standard of cleanliness and modernity. As for the food options, the selection was incredibly limited unless we were willing to pay extra for anything beyond the most basic offerings. The meals included in the package were bland and uninspired, with no variety. We quickly grew tired of the repetitive and uninspiring menu.lastly all the staff cared about was the Tips! No tips no good service.

I recently stayed at Pueblo Bonito and had a comfortable stay overall. However, I was disappointed with the cleaning services. The room was not thoroughly cleaned daily, and I found bugs, dust and dirt in certain areas. The bathroom could have been cleaner, and the towels were not always replenished. I hope the hotel will take steps to improve their cleaning protocols. With better attention to cleanliness. Suggestions: - Pay closer attention to detail in high-touch areas like bathrooms - Ensure towels, sheets and blankets are replenished daily Positives: Comfortable bed, friendly staff, great location!

The sky pool and the main restaurant as well as zoa Shen were closed and the bistro was only Buffett I would have preferred to know this before booking. As far as the coop amenities I did not receive all of them.i also think they were short on staff as getting a cart ride was lengthy. The setting is beautiful as long as you realize you can not get in the water at this location and it’s about 20 minutes from town .

I enjoyed staying in your resort but I let not impressed and happy for so many reasons. Mainly and more important was the lack of organization of services for tourists. It offered great views but not entertainment, it was very clean around the property, some of the staff was not friendly as others. I am sorry but I was not impressed much.

The staff all seem very unhappy. We travel a great deal. These employees are very unhappy and only slightly friendly. We talked to a few of the waitstaff and we’re told some of the reasons why they are indeed not happy to work at PB Sunset. It was enough for us to not return to this companies facility. I was also very frustrated to speak with the spa and be offered a 90 minute couples massage for $180 “Buy one get one” I said I would check with my husband and call you back. 5 minutes later I was told the manager said no. I had planned on using the Spa, but after that we declined any further services. This was especially upsetting since I booked this location for the Spa. We were also upset that the day after we arrived the sky pool was closed as well as two restaurants. Our room had roaches!!!! I specifically checked and learned this location sprayed regularly and had no issues with roaches. That was not the case. Overall I was a bit disappointed based on the above. We will be back in Oct and again December since we are retired and live in San Diego but won’t be staying at PB

I had such an amazing time the food, drinks and the views was amazing. The resort is very clean.The workers were very nice and they used the golf cart to make me go around the resort. The food was very tasteful. They have a Japanese restaurant that serves amazing sushi! I can’t wait to go back again!!

We loved the property and amenities available and access to all 3 pueblo bonito resorts. The only issue we did experience was we lost AC and hot water the last 2 nights of our stay. Power went out for 1 1/2 hours. Unfortunately, the hot water was not restored, AC was better but not cool like it was before power outage. Maintenance was notified twice, we were told it was fixed. However, last 2 days cold shower on honeymoon wasn't cool. Aside form that issue all else was great.

Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is an amazing vacation weather you’re a couple or a family. My last trip was my 6th stay with Pueblo Bonito resorts. When you stay at Pueblo Bonito, you have the option to visit two other locations that are beachfront, The Rose and The Blanco. If you choose the all inclusive option, you are allowed to eat and drink at the other locations as well. The staff is always so helpful and there is a shuttle that takes you from Sunset Beach to the rosé every 30 minutes. Sunset Beach is on the hill and it’s very exclusive and private. Unfortunately, you cannot swim in the ocean on that side of Cabo, it’s too dangerous with the undertow. The food options are amazing and top rated. You have your options of fine dining, to the casual marketplace with different international stations. You will always find more to eat!! Sunset Beach is a beautiful Paradise vacation that I look forward to every year. A Five Star ***** rating from me!!

Loved the property itself, but it was far away from town. Easy enough to get to the sister resort by free bus but must make a reservation time for both ways and times fill up. We were given a vip room but the AC didn’t work, they moved us to another room with no problem. Although it wasn’t a VIP room, which was originally beach front and larger. All and all enjoyed the property.
