The staff at this hotel were excellent. No issue with cleanliness. What you see out your window I s industrial. Walls not sound proof, extremely noisy entrance doors to the rooms, hallways noisy with guests running around at odd hours of the night, having loud conversations with no regard for people trying to get some sleep. If you are looking for a restful sleep, you will not get one in this hotel.

Good clean hotel, nice bed and pillows. Don't bother with the restaurant. They have a poster in the elevator advertising cook to order breakfast, so I thought I would try it. Was there at 6:55am and told to come back at 7. Waited, then when I asked to see the menu, they said it was only buffet. Not into buffets so I left. I guess the poster in the elevator was a lie or the staff are too lazy to cook a breakfast order that they are advertising. That evening, I wanted to get a snack plate, waited for a long time standing in the restaurant until the desk clerk saw me. Thankfully she took the order and had it sent to my room. Cheese plate took almost half an hour. When it came I charged it to my room. Plate not worth the $28. I went to sleep around 9;30, to be awakened by the phone ringing. Front desk said they had a computer problem charging the food to the room and asked if someone could come up and I pay another way. Had to get pants back on, waited until almost 10pm for them to come up. Not impressed. I had a very long day and this was very annoying. Also, no pen or pad in the room which I typically use (business travel) Was annoying that there wasn't any. Also a couple bottles of water in the room, but cost $2.50 each if your not one of their silver and up members. Pen, paper and a bottle of water I have had standard at most hotels.

After driving for 10+ hrs with my son, we were thrilled to arrive to a nice, quiet hotel that had everything we needed. Hotel lobby and rooms were clean and beautiful, I highly recommend staying here.

Ate dinner in the cafe. My daughter began throwing up about 3am. Appears to be similar to food poisoning. I am ok ( ate different dish). Somethings not right in the kitchen. Spoils an otherwise good stay.

1st of all, the staff was fantastic keeping us stocked with snacks & drinks for our stay. The breakfast was amazing, and the cleanliness of the common areas was above par. That being said, our king room had a filthy air vent in the bathroom, the shower door came off track then hung crooked, and there were large tears in the carpet. I will definitely book a Hilton Garden Inn again as I'm a Silver Member, but probably not this location.

We just stayed one night but it was very quiet. The pillows for the King sized bed were not very firm and there was no recycling bin in the room. The shower was great and we loved the soaps and lotions. We ordered room service and the food was good.

The hotel is clean and feels new. That’s the best part of it. The shower was a bit finicky but I got it to work. An hour after checking in, the cleaning lady walked on us having sex lol. I asked her to leave. She was confused. It was funny so I won’t hold it against the hotel.

Son was writing the MCAT the next morning and was studying in the room, hence why we took a larger room. But young kids were running up and down the hallway with their lacrosse sticks in hand while parents were chatting in the hall. Lack of respect for others. Blame the parents, who didn’t see the need to stop their kids. Not really the hotel fault but perhaps when you know there’s a tournament of some kind, you could emphasize the fact they must refrain from screaming and running in the halls.

Staff were very nice. Bathroom in room wasn’t clean. Wiped it down myself. Makeup smears on the door and counter. Took kids down to use the pool but water was dirty. Lots of things floating on surface. Son commented that it looked like someone threw up in the pool. Have stayed at other locations without any issues. We won’t be back to this particular location.

I found the front desk staff ok. I felt that paying $350 for one night and not even a complementary breakfast of a bagel or coffee a bit ridiculous personally as every hotel I’ve stayed at has had a cold breakfast option if not a hot breakfast. But the facility itself was clean and the pool was kept well. The maids were friendly when seen in hallway. The coffee maker wouldn’t work in the room, and there was no toothpaste or mouthwash in the room, another thing I’m not used to. I personally wouldn’t pick this hotel again unless I had to.

Great place to stay, no complaints about staff, food or service. They were all wonderful. I loved the accessibility, the Service Dog welcome. Pool was clean. Very comfortable bed. Nice room. But I have a MAJOR issue with the absolute lack of ANYTHING to watch on the TV! No Netflix, no Prime, no Disney. Not even a free movie channel, like Tubi!!! There was no Guide provided, either; it would have been helpful to know what few channels were available. There was no option to rent anything, which I would have been happy to pay for. Otherwise, a great stay.

Everything was fabulous! We arrived after 1am and had a great rest an d superb breakfast! Breakfast staff were VERY attentive and friendly! I’ve stayed in other Hilton properties where paper plates, plastic utensils and cups were the norm and the food ver basic.

It was good for what we needed. 45 min from Rodgers center at a 1/4 of the downtown price. It was quaint. I mean it not a Ritz Carlton obv but a good clean family choice for a reasonable price.
