The hotel is very clean and well designed (although the lifts can be a bit frustrating at times). However, the stand out feature is the service. The doormen, the reception, the concierge and the cleaning staff are all exceptionally helpful and polite, making you feel so welcome all the time.

Wonderful hotel in a top location. The Staff and service are fabulous. Some rooms are a bit small - esp when travelling with kids. Service is extraordinary. Excellent stay with lots to do close by- especially during a short stay.

Sadly the steam room and hot tub were out of action, but apart from that they excelled in everything Special mentions to the staff that made the stay so special…Jonathan, Maria, Natalia and ash…these guys went above and beyond The personalised room keys are a nice touch

Room was small with roof view next to lift, bath leaked too below room, I had to dress whilst two plumbers fixed leak, tried using I Pad in room to order breakfast and failed. This has been my worst global experience in some time.
