My room was never cleaned the entire time I was there. I asked for an extra pillow and they had none even though the hotel was not full. The furniture was very dated.

Staff menners were very friendly, but the hotel feels abandoned and death. There is no atmosphere, it’s old and the rooms are not up to date either. Shower is terrible. A shame that a hotel like Dormero is in a state like this. Breakfast and parking is overpriced.

Lovely hotel, very close to shops. Not much for us to do in Plauen, but it was a stop off on the way to other cities. This hotel is effect for that.

Great hotel. Complimentary drinks in the minibar. Great location to the city - easy walking distance to downtown. Location was nice and quiet. Staff were very friendly. I would stay here again.

We chose to stay in Plauen as we wished to visit some old friends. We have stayed at the Dormero before. It is a very well kept hotel in a quiet location but right in the town centre next to the Theatre. Although the room rate seemed quite low, both parking and breakfast are extra which brings the overall cost up to a similar amount you would pay for a hotel of this standard anywhere else. Parking is underground and absolutely secure. The breakfast was of a very high standard with a wide choice of hot and cold food. The rooms are a good size with modern en-suite facilities. We ate with our friends in a local restaurant in the city. There are several good traditional places to eat in the beautifully restored old town quarter. Plauen is very quiet at nights.

Dormero never disappoints. On my 4th stay here, I got to try new features like free of charge on demand movies. Minibar drinks are still free. Rooms are nice, spacious and modern. The bed is very firm and comfortable. And the location is unbeatable for downtown entertainment. This is definitely my hotel choice in Plauen. If anything, perhaps Id change the parking fee and include it in the room.

I have stayed here twice for business and really like it. The staff is friendly and speak English very well. The bar is well stocked and the food in the restaurant is very good. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. And the prices are reasonable.

We were very impressed with the Dormero Hotel Plauen - cool furniture, comfortable room, friendly staff. Restaurant was very good also. It was one of the most pleasant places Ive stayed in a long time.
