This place is awful. We booked the room not knowing their pool/hot tub was under construction. They graciously offered to cancel our booking so we could stay at the Marriott close by, where their pool was open (we have kids). They never canceled our stay and when we asked them about it, they said there isn’t anything they can do. Was met with great hostility from Candace, who wouldn’t even get us to the manager, as she clearly isn’t a manager with her lack of people skills. But she was absolutely no help. We are having to dispute the credit card charge, since we didn’t stay there and they didnt cancel our stay like we asked. Candace is the absolute worst and not sure how she is employable. Marriott use to be our hotel of choice, but no longer will be. #TeamHilton #CandaceSucks

my room looked renovated, it was clean and comfortable and large. The breakfast was really good. They were doing a bit of construction which made a little bit harder to get to the breakfast area, but I’m sure it’s all gonna be very nice when completely done. Will be back

It was great. The suite was big with a separate sitting area with a couch. The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioning was quite noisy so we didn't use it much.

The best customer experience ever!!! Austin the night shift guy was AMAZING and helped us out when we were in a pinch and needed a room. Excellent property and breakfast!

When we arrived, the room I reserved was not available, there was no other option but I had to pay more, the hotel conditions were terrible, I had to change 3 rooms because of the smell, the breakfast was not that bad, the kitchen staff was very friendly. front desk staff not bad but some should be more presentable, I definitely do not recommend it or return there

Do not stay here anytime soon! Costruction is so loud during the day! Literally a jackhammer on 6th floor! When you complain, the Manger Kelsie is not very sympathetic. Only offered to change rooms after myself and others complained about the noise. Drywall in elevator walls etc. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. Won't stay here ever again. No mentioning of under construction or anything. (Misleading).

For the money I paid, it was a good stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and just all around awesome. The rooms were roomy and having a mini fridge was a surprise so that was nice. It just needed to be cleaner. The sheets had stains and there was a bug. I don’t think it was a bed bug since I never got bit, but it was icky. Otherwise, it was a pretty good stay considering.

Nothing works in this hotel. From internet to the tv. The beds are not queen size they are full size's. To top it off it’s under construction. Microwave stopped working and started to smoke, mini fridge started over heating. They serve the same breakfast every day. Plus I booked on Expedia and when I put my card on file they charged me 3 more times for the same room so I’m out $1500 and that’s not including what I booked. This would honestly be the last time I stay at this place.

When we arrived the computer system was not working and there was construction going on off the lobby. It was a mess. The room appointments were acceptable for a 3-star rating. There was a hole in the wall in the shower/tub and the ceiling in there was pealing. Signs around the property were downright rude including one that said “If you prop open this door you will be escorted off the property immediately.” We asked for a later checkout and were told “No late checkouts today.” No, “Sorry, but we cannot accomodate your request today,” just “No.” We will not be back.

Didn't know I would have to pay for parking. The condition of the room was not great. The carpet was in bad condition, little stains and spot on the walls. AC unit had a smell. Tub drain didn't seal. Towel rack was broken in spots.

This property was by far the worse hotel I think I’ve stayed at. The check in process was terrible the lady told me it would be months until I received my deposit. Then I go to the room 609 this room was soo dirty I didn’t even want to sleep. I had already checked in and paid deposit I didn’t think about getting a refund but at the end of the day I never stayed here because it was so dirty

With the very minor exception of the driveway and parking asphalt needing a new layer, this was one of the most pleasant, clean, well-appointed properties I have stayed at in the Denver area for quite a while, and I visit the area frequently. Best part? The staff. Knowledgeable, very very helpful, friendly, professional, team-oriented, accommodating … I could go on and on. I was there for personal and business and family reasons, and had to accomplish a lot in less than a week. I don’t think I would have succeeded as well as I did without the staff at your property. Thanks to them I was well rested and well fed with a delicious breakfast each morning. Look forward to going back soon. Deeply appreciate the care with which every single person on the staff there does their job.

No hot tub and the parking fee was not presented upfront so that was an extra charge i wasn't expecting. Room was old and well used. Fridge was broken, walls were dirty, bedding had stains, hotel in the same parking lot doesnt charge and is much nicer.

The gentleman that checked us in was kind. Our first hotel room wasn’t very clean in general, but when we pulled the sheets back on the bed around 10pm we couldn’t believe how dirty they were. My husband went downstairs to share pictures of what the sheets looked like and ask for another room and the front desk person wanted to know why we were just noticing the sheets. What?? My husband said because we hadn’t been in the room. The front desk person gave us a different room to move into and that room had clean sheets, but the carpet and bathroom were dirty. It was disappointing to say the least.

The hotel was so outdated. The beds are terrible I should have paid $30 more to stay at the Marriott. The pool water was freezing. The receptionist was the only thing that was good! He was super helpful and welcoming !

Friendly staff willing to assist you. I never felt like the staff didn't care they have many amenities, with laundry room that's self service. Front desk will sale you a roll of quarter's to guests quarters. Pretty friendly

Hotel was decent. Some items were a bit worn down in the room. Carpet could stand to be replaced. Soaps in the shower were empty and almost empty. Staff members were excellent and checkin/checkout was easy. Overall, not bad for one night.

The bed was the most uncomfortable as it was rock hard making it impossible to get any sleep. We had to pay for parking which seemed ridiculous. There was much noise from the room above us and in the hallways. The staff was all very friendly.
