It was okay for a solo one night stay, but definitely would not stay again. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well and the the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke.

I didnt stay there I had to cancel and it was a night mare to cancel. I thought I was making the reservation with the desk at the motel, but they had farmed it out to expedia or some other outside agency that spoke very little english. I finally got it canceled, but with part of my money returned even though I gave them a weeks notice of my desire to cancel. Not a happy camper- NEVER AGAIN !!

Elevator didn't work and TV had only 2-3 channels and remote didn't work. Staff was nice though.

On arrival and checked in and went to room. The room smelled like a smokers room.
The next day told desk personnel. They said the smell was caused by the food they cooked. No offer was made to change rooms.
The next day upon returning to my room. I found only hand towels in the bathroom. I went to the front desk. I explained that there were no bath towels. The desk clerk argued with me there were. I finally got a bath towels.
A customer should be treated better when there are issues.

From the time we entered our room there was a mildew smell that was very strong.

Customer service rep had a no so professional attitude. Elevator out of order and the stairs nearest our room there was only one access, a propped open emergency door. Sometimes it was peopped sometimes it wasnt. First couple days only coffee cup offered was a 4 oz cup đź‘€. The water never turned hot. The housekeeping and maintenance staff did make the stay a little more worth while.

The elevator was out of order. As a person with health conditions, climbing 3 flights of stairs was bad. Nothing was done for this inconvenience. I reserved a queen studio. The bed slept like a standard full.

I stayed in this hotel in 2018 and it was great. July 2024, not so great. Sone of the staff was nice but most of them were very unfriendly. The breakfast may as well not been served.

The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and was able to provide a first floor room for us. The room was clean, but very well used could use some updating . The elevator has been done for several months per the front desk although there is no mention of this on Expedia's site when booking the room.

The Elevator was not working. I didn't know I would get a room on the 3rd floor which used to or still allowing smoking. The entire floor smelled like tobacco. It was nice the attendant allowed me to check in an hour early.

This property is overpriced. It was the worse stay. The elevator wasn’t working and I was placed on the 3rd floor. I wasn’t notified about the elevator until I checked in. The front office said the elevator would be down for the next couple of months. The hotel is dirty. I didn’t eat breakfast due to the cleanliness of the hotel..lack of. The AC wasn’t working on the staircase and the AC wasn’t working in the hallway after climbing 3 flight of stairs. I do not recommend this hotel to a field rat.

Stayed overnight from a long drive. Check in was easy. Place is rundown. We decided to skip the breakfast since it was not that great anyway. Just good for a one night stay overall.

The front desk staff were friendly. The elevator was out of order and the staff did not say anything until after I checked in. My room was on the third floor and had to tote luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. The room itself wasn’t clean properly. The bed spread had cigarette burn marks. The bed I slept in had hair in it. The breakfast was sparse. My experience was a horrible one and I will not return. I would not recommend this hotel.

That Hotel was TERRIBLE!! I couldn't even stay there. It reeked of Marijuana and just dirty. Smell of mildew grounds needed some care.

The smell inside the hotel was horrible. It smelt like an old wet stench that have been hanging around for years.. I purchased two rooms...in the blind,through Expedia. My worst Hotel experience ever!! The man did attempt to accommodat.
My family members were in room 125. after taking one step into the room, the smell was so bad, I immediately went to the front desk and ask for some kind of deodorizer. The room had a stuffy wet stenchy smell, like it once had mold in it. and smelt like a long term wet stench. the smell instantly stuck to the hairs in your nostrils.
The Linen and spreads looked like they were previously used.There were traces of mold on corner of one mattress, and a damp wet stain that appeared to be a urine stain on the corner of the other mattress. The furniture was badly stained and dirty (room chair and window cushion). I would have never allowed anyone to occupy these two rooms.
In the other room (129), the smell was just as bad as room 125, spraying the room with deodorizer didn't help. There was a small puddle of water on top of refrigerator waiting to evaporate, one half of the toilet seat in the bathroom was broken and wouldn't stay in place when you sit on it. the linen on both beds had multiple small black matter and somebody's hair still in it. The room chair and window cushion were filthy.
although we were move out of both rooms,and into different rooms on the second flr, the quality of the rooms remained the same, and the elavator was broke.

I'd like to start with the kindness and friendliness of the staff.
They were super accommodating, upgraded my room for free, and dealt very patiently with upset customers.
The reason that they had upset customers was that the only elevator in the building wasn't operating so you had to walk your luggage all the way to one end of the building before you could drag it upstairs.
They had an Alhambra machine in the lobby that stayed completely dry the entire time.
The first room that they gave me had a guy next to me that had the tv on super loud all night long and the fridge and the tv didn't work in that room.
They were very kind and switched me to an upgraded room, but it smelled like urine!
Broken down cars in front, etc.
It was a little rough to say the least!

Huge health and safety risks. The beds were damp, everything smelled like mold well everything except the lobby it smelled like weed and mold. There were dehumidifiers in the hallways trying to dry the carpets. The doors didnt even lock making us feel very unsafe. We booked two rooms after one person in our group got ill from the damp and mold they had to leave. We requested a refund which im sure Ill never recieve the woman at front desk made that pretty clear. I was told the hotel canceled the rooms on their end but hotels.com would not give me a refund. Im all about getting what you pay for but this place shouldnt even be aloud to be open. They offered to move rooms from there it only got worse. One room didnt even have working lights which was probably a good thing so I couldnt see what sticky mess I was standing in. They also offered a room with 1 double bed and a badly smelling and stained loveseat to a group of four.

The entry hall had a strong odor of an illegal substance. The lights in the room flashed constantly. The shower head was mounted 3 feet from the tub floor. The coffee maker was missing the single packet holder so you couldn’t brew coffee in the room. The elevator was broke so I walked stairs to the 3rd floor. The stair well has extremely hot and had a strong smell of mildew.

I had to switch rooms 3 different times. The first room the door wouldn't shut properly and the sheets had holes and were filthy. The second room sheets were also filthy. Finally I asked for a non-smoking and it was a little better but the sheets still looked nasty. We were so tired of moving by the end, and we knew we weren't going to get our money back so we just suffered the night. In the bed we didn't sleep in, I have no idea what that stain was under the sheets. (This site wouldn't let me add my picture) There was also stuff on the floor I had to use a towel and clean up myself. They definitely need new housekeepers, and new sheets!!

The rating on this was not warranted. I booked it because it was rated very good. Silly me for believing that. The shower was dirty as it had not been cleaned. There was a used washcloth left hanging on the curtain rod from whomever was in the room before. This put such a huge cringe factor on everything. The hotel had a musty smell from old carpet so at least the room was hardwood floors (which were clean but a bit sticky from whatever they clean it with.)
There was open wiring left where it seems they never got around to getting a fan in the room. The cushions of the chair and window seat were badly stained and very dirty so I didn’t want to put anything on them much less sit on them. All in all- it was a good price through the app but wrongly rated and I will not stay again.

Property is in declining state of repair. Elevator is out of operation, air conditioner in room 316 did provide cooling, but runs very loud and woke me several times during the night turning. Top cover had cigarette burn holes, even though it was identified as non-smoking room. Desk chair unsafe to sit in. You get what you pay for.

The hotel was exceptionally cheap... I was traveling alone and didn't arrive until almost 11PM... and was leaving at 10AM so I really one slept there... the room is very basic... the couches are OLD and need to be replaced... the flooring is new... no carpet so that is nice... The light is the bathroom is hooked to a fan and was exceptionally loud so I had to use the heated timer light to shower... there was shampoo but no conditioner so I didn't wash my hair... The timer cut off while I was showering and I was in the dark for a few minutes until I finished shower and got out to turn the timer light back on... kind of funny actually. I feel like this stay was a clean bed and that is it... I am 64 years old and had to stay on the 2nd floor and there was NO elevator so I had to carry my bags up and down... I did tell the desk about both the light and the elevator.

The elevator was broken. The chair in the room had fresh stains on it. One of the blankets had cigarette burn holes in it. There was not a stopper in the bathroom sink. I won't be staying at one of these places again.
