We picked the place for its proximity to the lifts (5 min walk with ski booths on). The room itself was very spacious - easily accommodated 2 adults + 2 kids over 5 nights. The pull down bed was actually comfortable. However, the property is a little dated, from bathrooms and kitchen to the heater that's built into the wall between the bedroom and living room and was extremely loud (we had to shut it off at night).

We loved staying at the Silver King hotel. We stayed at a 1 BD apartment with two bathrooms. There was a queen size Murphy bed in an alcove off the living room, what was a great surprise as it was 4 of us and a Murphy bed is always more comfortable than a sofa bed. The unit also had a washer and dryer, the kitchen was well equipped and it was very quiet. The hotel is two blocks from the ski area and the free shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. Parking is included in the fee, which was another great surprise. We will definitely stay again here!

The room was comfortable.

The pool was being renovated and our room was right next to the pool area. construction started at 8am and went till 6pm. on wednesday afternoon our room was shaking because of the drilling and breaking up of concrete. on thursday all day was the pounding of hammers on pipes! this palce should be closed till construction is completed

Check in and check out process was seamless and easy! The location was great and the property was exactly as pictured. Simple, but what I needed.

Place was nice, but felt it was a bit outdated. Drapes and blinds probably need to be replaced. Also, would suggest providing a few more USB ports for charging. We only found one.

Clean, convenient to shopping and a walking/bike path. Really liked having a full kitchen. Comfortable bed and sofa.

Nice accommodations. We recommend the Silver King for a great Park City stay.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Thermostat would not adjust the temperature. Bathroom was well designed, but would have been nice to have an additional switch to control the fan.

Roomy and comfortable lodging, a short walk to lift and Village Center. About a 15 minute walk to historic district (or a quick convenient Park city shuttle ride). Wonderful stay.

The pool are was falling apart. Rusty beams. Our room had water damage in the ceiling with paint falling on the floor and spits in the floor that were damaged. Very out dated

The on site parking and ski lockers were great perks and our unit was was very spacious. The fireplace was a welcome feature.

Being able to walk to the ski resort was convenient however the stay was not worth the extremely high cost. The room was dirty and had leftover filthy towels in it. Communication with the front desk was awful regarding the room issues and we had to fight to get an extra hour for late checkout. The building is kind of rundown and the amenities such as the hot tub aren’t open past 10 so didn’t get to enjoy that after a long day of skiing and exploring the town.

We really liked how close the Silver King was to the ski lifts. It took us one minute to get to the ski rental shops and the main ski lifts.

This was a great condo. Clean and tons of space. Very comfortable.

Everything was good. The staff was friendly and the checkin and out went well.

Our unit was beautiful. It opened right up to the pool. We had a wonderful stay.

Exceeded our expectations, has several TV's , very clean, everything was in good and working condition.

The location of the property is great. Staff are pleasant and quick to help. The condo was unique and larger than expected. The hot water took a while so we had to plan on letting the water run for about 3 minutes before showering.

We rented this for the night for my daughters 13th birthday. We arrived at 5:30. We were immediately yelled at by the neighbor that "he lived there." Her and her 3 friends were excited and went to the pool. It was 700pm they were yelled at by this man again for being in the hall. Then when they came back inside from the pool he yelled at them again and had the front desk come up. I reminded them it was 8pm and they would be inside abs quiet by 9. They were inside and quiet by 9 for the rest of the night. As we were leaving the next day he confronted us in the hall way and informed me that these girls were rude and to leave and never come back. It ruined my daughters birthday. Being harassed the entire trip by this man. Don't rent this place if you have children. The room was ok. Spa was fun. Little out dated but clean.

Old rooms , need to be redone. Missing blinds tvs didn’t work stove didn’t work room looked like it hasn’t been deep cleaned for a long time.
