Very friendly staff & calm environment.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Beds and pillows were super comfortable as in all Hilton. Rooms and bathroom were immaculate and cleaners working hard. Room decor is dated and worn out. Sad furniture. Carpeting in hallways and stairs is also tired.
Disappointed that there were absolutely no vegetarian or vegan options for breakfast. Only junk food in the pantry and soda type drinks.

Hotel was ok. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the pool. We were disappointed with the comfort of the bed. The pillows were not very plush.
Service was average. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice, however there was confusion regarding check out time. The door said 12:00 so that’s what time we assumed it was since no one said otherwise. We had the maid not so politely knocking at our door along with the front desk calling at 11:20 to tell us check out was at 11 and the sign on the door was wrong. We felt rushed and didn’t like the way it was handled considering they should’ve told us what time we needed to check out when we arrived and change the time on the door. Wouldn’t stay here again or recommend this hotel to a friend.

We were in the room closest to the lobby. Saturday & Sunday mornings were VERY loud starting at 6:15 AM, ruined our weekend

Great location. Comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. Our original room #257 had a sulphuric odor and a clogged sink. Fortunately after one night we were able to change to #256 and it was much better. Did find a bug in the new room but it’s the desert. Lots of bugs live in the desert.

Service was great. There was a sewage/sulfur smell around the lobby & elevator areas on both floors that was unpleasant. Otherwise, a great stay.

I liked that I convenience of the fitness room, and that there were breakfast and dinner provided here. The staff was also very welcoming and polite. I would definitely return to this hotel and recommend this place to friends and family.

Furniture worn and dirty in lobby. Needs renovation all over. Shame on Hilton, charging almost $300 f o r Motl 6 quality. Never ever again will I go there

Not a great experience from the moment I walked in the vibe wasnt great, instead of Hello I was given its gonna be a second, the staff wasn't rude but wasn't great either (in terms of customer service), You walk into the room with a bottle of water thats says something like "We want to say a special thank you to the Diamond, Gold Silver Guest by giving you a free bottle of water...everyone else its $2" The bottle of water perfectly sums up the vibe of this Hotel. AC is not very cold, I went to go take a shower in the morning and the handle broke off and the lady at the front desk couldnt of cared less, and then when I went back to my room my key didnt work. The breakfast cost $10....a hotel that costs the same amount per night down the street offers free continental breakfast...Not happy with my stay at all.

The elevator was out of service when we went to leave. Paid for view of pool but could not see unless sitting on the bed by the window. Thought breakfast was included but had to pay $9.99 and up for so so breakfast. Evening clerk at front desk was great and very helpful.

Easy parking, front desk people very friendly and kind. Room smelled very musty. I went to the front desk to let them know and they immediately put me into a different room which was a little better but I noticed that the sheets were also very musty in the second room. Other than that I did sleep well, with lots of pillows :-)

Room is very clean and beds are comfortable. Checked in very smooth although when breakfast time little bit Disappointed the service lady, not much helpful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Upon arrival my room had a horrible smell! Maintenance came put some very strong chemicals down the drain and gave me room spray. I was trying to put my baby down for a nap. I complained a second time and I was finally moved to a different room. If I hadn’t have booked this through Expedia I would have asked to be compensated!

Sign in room stating that housekeeping only every other day. On 3rd day no house keeping. Ran our of clean towels. Also, no TV channel guide, and nothing on TV...just many, many channels, but no way to find CNN, PBS, etc.

I felt the area was unsafe because it was in a busy commercial mall! parking was not available by our room. Pool area was poorly presented and far from the rooms.

Place was dated and the air conditioning and refrigerator kept us awake all night- sounded like fighter jets were flying overhead.

The hotel is older but overall ok. Room 128 was handicapped accessible and was quite large good for wheelchair. Bed was clean but looked a little unmade. There was quite a large bang when the shower was used in an adjoining room. Stain on wall of bathroom left side of sink. Check in and Check out was fine, staff was pleasant. Food in restaurant was good but service was slow. I had to flag down the young man that took our order several times for coffee.

After a long drive and checking in I went down to use the spa only to find the water temperature in the low 80's and not desirable. As I was leaving another couple came down to use it as well and were also upset over the cool water that should have been closer to 104. Disappointed to say the least.

Nice simple hotel in a good location. Restaurants in the area. Staff was awesome. I appreciated the free EV charging. The hallway carpets are well past their prime and need to be replaced.
