Comfy bed, better cable package than most. We could watch both NFL and the World Series. Many delicious options for breakfast. Appreciated the hot tub after a day riding the trails.

We were there 3 nights. No maid service. Bath towels left on the floor to get fresh ones & there they stayed. Toilet paper running out, went to the desk for another roll. Chlorine in the whirlpool super strong, 5 minutes was too long.

As soon as we walked into the lobby, we started coughing from some unknown irritant. It was even more irritating and harder to breathe in the pool room. We could not stay in the pool area very long before needing some fresh air.

We stayed a few days and did not have anyone offer to empty the trash etc so the room was very cluttered by the end of our stay. Lack of elevator and ice machine for the second floor are to be noted. Only aware or laundry facilities from overhearing another guest as upon check in we were not made aware of many offerings.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Nothing was hot, we had to heat our Jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches in the microwave. Everything else was cold. Bagels, cereal, yogurt….very much just ok

I brought a group of 9 students to the motel and we had a very nice stay. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the rooms very comfortable. Convenient location and helpful staff. Great Stay overall

Always enjoy my stay when in Rice Lake. Friendly staff, good location (close to restaurants) and pool is a great amenity. Only improvement would be healthier options for breakfast.

Appreciated the hot breakfast in the mornings, and that the pool was open a little later than some other hotels we have been to. Could use a little better signage showing the entrance to the hotel parking lot, but the hotel itself was great!

This was an excellent, quiet and comfortable place for our family of 5 to spend the night. The double queen bed room with the bonus twin bed was perfect. Really well stocked free breakfast area was appreciated. The fire was roaring in the fireplace when we checked in made for a very comfortable lobby. The pool/hot tub were in great shape.

Motel is showing age. Rusty ceiling grid in bathroom. Sink cracked. AC fan rubbing and making noise. Were redoing parking lot. It was a muddy mess and we had to park away from the building, where the lights didn't work.

We loved the pool and hot tub and enjoyed the free breakfast and the fact that it was available for several hours. The bed was also very comfortable.
