Nice and clean. Good room cleaning service. Doors in and out were a little louder then I would like.

We randomly stayed here on our way back up to Indiana. Definitely not the nicest holiday inn express I’ve stayed in but it was better than some of the other hotels in the area. I prefer holiday inn express’s or mariott when we travel. Staff was great and our room was comfortable and clean. Pretty large 2 queen bed room, Piping hot shower with dove washes, excellent hd 55 inch tv, cushy bed. Unfortunately we were able to hear the people above us bouncing off the walls for about two hours. We were also placed by the service closet and the stairs, so we heard the doors from both loudly slam each time about a hundred times. The pool looked absolutely nasty, which was a huge let down to my 7 year old, especially after a 10 hr drive from south Florida. When he saw the pool, he even said “you couldn’t pay me to get in that filthy water.” Breakfast was above average. Eggs, Waffle sticks, 2 minute pancakes, b&gs, muffins, cinnamon rolls, omelets, sausage, oatmeal’s, fruits, cereals. Definitely more variety than others. For $160 it was alright. It’s in a good safe area with food and shopping around the hotel. 7/10 for me

Old receipts and stubs sitting around. Hair in the shower was gross. Bed was decently comfortable. Customer service was great.

I booked a room with two queen size beds and got one with two full size beds. Very frustrating

Quickest hotel check in I’ve ever had. Rooms were clean. Didn’t know the air conditioning was ran by a thermostat in the room but we were helped within minutes of calling about the issue.

All workers were very friendly and eager to help make our Stay as comfortable as possible. They even allowed our grandsons who lived locally and our daughter and son-in-law to come swim and bring food in for us for dinner that we ate in the breakfast room. They provided plates and silverware and everything else we needed. We will be back.

Absolutely loved the room and service , the pool was great , the only issue we had was the room didnt cool like we set it ,but overall a wonderful stay 😀

I booked and prepaid online. The next day there was a charge on my debit. A person at the desk assured me that it would get to the manager to be fixed. The next day it’s not fixed. I asked another person to fix it. She assures me that it will be fixed. The next day it is not fixed and there is an additional charge added. At this point I get angry and demand answers. The manager takes me to his office, is very nice and handles the issue. He gave me 25,000 points for the ($450) inconvenience. I suppose that was fair. I would have preferred not to have to have $450 of my money in IHG’s hands for four days and the aggravation of continually having to work to get it back, than to have gotten a free room

Nice beds. Good variety of breakfast options. Daughter loved the pool.

Recently remodeled

We had to book our stay on very short notice, so we didn’t expect much. However, Holiday Inn Express totally exceeded our expectations, and took a lot of stress out of a very stressful trip

Room was okay, however the bathroom was very dirty! Husband had to clean before we could use it.

I was told at check in that they do not rent to locals due to the probability of partying. I’m a 56 yr hard-working grandmother who is a nurse by profession. I rent locally when I come home from working as I rent out my place. I will no longer ever use Holiday Inn. Furthermore, if my refund is not returned by Monday, March 18, I will not use ir recommend Expedia either.

I stopped here as a weary traveler. The bed was hard as a rock. The elevator ding is so loud I heard it all night down the hall. The ice machine is in a small area that echoes down the hall as well. The amount of people slamming doors and running through the halls close to midnight was ridiculous. Lots of missing or broken breakfast items.

It was a great untie vacation. The hotel and staff were wonderful. The room was in perfect order and quiet. Great location and we love going to Pucket’s.

There isnt any soundproofing. Its hortible. But the wonderful staff like Victoria at front desk and Lisa at breakfast room more than made up for it. Yhey were great.
