Nice stay

Nice property. Unfortunately we had a room next to the pool and a person next to us had their TV on THE WHOLE. NIGHT. I understand the hotel can’t do much about that. It’s just that this was our experience.

Clean facility, clean pool and hot tub, friendly, knowledgeable staff, great area, restaurants and shopping within walking distance We come here and spend the nights often while visiting friends.family in New Berlin. WI

Everything good except the shower it was a hand held and wouldn’t stay up in place

Easy check in and check out. The breakfast was really good and just a little bit more than your average continental breakfast. The room was clean and stocked well. Beds were comfortable. Thanks for the excellent hospitality!

Fair price for our short and last minute stay.

Lobby was full of some kind of kids team making it a little chaotic. So we decided against eating in the dining area. Room was clean but mattress was old and lumpy but comfortable enough. The lamp outlet and light didn’t work, so I had to plug in my phone and hearing aid across the room. It was kind of pricey for the average amenities.

Great location well run

Toilet ran if you didn’t play with handle. There were ants crawling on the walls; which I didn’t notice until the second day so the rest of the time I kept itching every time I felt something. Pancake cooker is cool but seems like it could be hard to clean.

Quick easy check in and easy to get to

Clean comfy room. Air worked great. Best breakfast and coffee at comparable hotels. I try to book at holiday inn Express only... because the mattresses are great and I wasn't disappointed.

Was a good time

I arrived late on Tuesday night , and left today ( Sunday ). It would have been a much better experience if I didn’t have to repeatedly ask for them to come take my trash or give us clean towels, without anyone actually doing it . I was there for nearly a week and housekeeping didn’t enter my room once until I went down to the front desk the last night of our stay ( Saturday afternoon ) and asked them to please service our room. I let them know I was upset at this point because I had asked Thursday , Friday and now I was asking again , Saturday (the last day of our trip) The man at the front desk brought a girl from housekeeping to talk to me and she said she would service our room, “If that’s what I wanted” but I had to leave my room , ( which I was leaving for the day anyways ) when she did finally go into the room , they made the bed with the same sheets and blankets that had been on the beds all week, grabbed the trash and left a few towels. Definitely not worth the money I spent to stay there for the week whatsoever. It’s unfortunate, because the location was perfect for my families needs but , I will never book this hotel again.

The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful, especially Carol at the front desk. From helping me get my reservation set prior to our visit to her welcoming kind voice while there. Breakfast staff was so accommodating and the cleaning staff was helpful and welcoming.

To many party's loud kids couldn't enjoy pool without yelling kids

We've stayed here a few times and continue to return because of the wonderful staff, facilities, and how comfortable we are.

I found a washcloth hanging on the shower rod, but most of the room and hotel was very clean. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a diesel generator and was pretty obnoxious, but overall, no problem.

Great experience! Clean, easy to set up and easy to check in and out. I wish there was more parking but the area had a lot of good restaurants nearby

Everything good, but mattress was too soft.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The only issue was there was not extra bedding for the sofa bed. The pool water was chilly, but the hot tub was great! Breakfast was good.

Staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast excellent. In general the hotel was exceptionally clean, this also includes the pool and exercise areas. We highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at many hotels in the area. This is the best and will be go-to location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub were excellent and clean. The rooms were clean and provided ample space. The breakfast was phenomenal.

We stayed one night and were very impressed with the quality for the price. The room was immaculate and the bed linens and pillows were super soft and comfy. The shades on the windows made the room so dark sleeping was a breeze. And, the room was very quiet. The hotel breakfast was a bonus and just what we needed to start our day. Everyone on staff was super nice. We will definitely be staying again if we are ever passing through.

Employees are very will to help you with any request. The continental breakfast was great. rooms were very clean. I always check for bed bugs, In the sheets and in the bed itself. I found no trace of them. I will defiantly be coming back. My wife loved the c pods in room for coffee machine.

Like how clean and how everything is newer and in good working condition. The coffee and breakfast were good too.

The pool area was a wonderful gathering spot. We also utilized the common space for an impromptu pizza dinner!
